The detached holiday home in country house style, completed in 2016, offers enough space for 6 people. It has a living area of approx. 105 m² and is located on a 480 m² plot in a cul-de-sac in the new development area of Neßmersiel.
Here you can find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle. The large south-facing terrace is protected from the wind by 2 hedges and invites you to enjoy the good North Sea air.

The house is located in a dead-end street in a new development close to the dyke in Nessmersiel. There is a small supermarket 400 m away and you can easily walk along the salt marshes to the beach of Nessmersiel. Norddeich, Bensersiel and the seven islands can be reached quickly from here. Neßmersiel is a state-recognised North Sea coastal bathing resort and belongs to the municipality of Dornum.
It has an approx. m² bathing beach with beach chairs, a playground and a restaurant with an outdoor terrace. Here you can build sandcastles with the children, swim, go in search of mussels and crabs in the mudflats, play Frisbee or volleyball, or just laze in a beach chair. Guided mudflat walks through the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park and to the North Sea islands of Baltrum and Norderney start from here. Here you can experience the rhythm of the tides. Use the high tide to experience the sea, the low tide to explore the mudflats.
In Neßmersiel you will find shopping facilities and excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Various sports and leisure activities are available, such as cycling on the well-signposted cycle routes, inline skating and Nordic walking along the dyke. From the paddle and pedal station in Neßmersiel, you can also explore the beautiful East Frisian landscapes by canoe or simply fly a kite on the kite meadow.
Since March 2007, Nessmersiel has been home to the largest self-contained indoor leisure and holiday centre on the East Frisian North Sea coast.
