The detached holiday home Neßmerdiek, newly built in 2020, has a living space of 110 sqm, is bright, modern and furnished with all comforts. With its 3 bedrooms, it offers space for 6 people and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location near the dyke on a 460 sqm plot.
On the ground floor is the cosily furnished living room with leather couch, LCD smart TV, wood-burning stove and adjoining fully equipped kitchen with large dining table. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many other kitchen utensils to make everyday life easier
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, TV and cosy sitting area. Opposite is a bedroom with 2 single beds.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house and so that allergy sufferers also feel comfortable, no pets are allowed.

Neßmersiel is a tranquil coastal seaside resort directly behind the dyke. The sandy beach with its colourful beach chairs and a beautiful view of the islands of Baltrum and Norderney is 2,100 m away and invites you to spend a relaxing day at the beach. A day trip to the island of Baltrum from the port of Neßmersiel is always worthwhile. A small supermarket with bakery as well as the playground at the village square can be reached in 300 m.

A really great holiday home!!!
We felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. The furnishings are perfect with everything you need. Everything has been thought of. The kitchen equipment is more than sufficient. The beds are super comfortable. Very tasteful and beautiful decor, and totally clean and tidy. We could have stayed for sooo many more weeks. The weather didn't cooperate with us sometimes, so we were glad that we could still enjoy our time in such a beautiful house. All in all, one must recommend the holiday home Neßmerdiek without reservation. We would love to come back! :)

The holiday home Neßmerdiek delivers what it promises. We stayed here with the children and grandchildren and were able to enjoy a beautiful and relaxing holiday. The spacious house is situated in a good and very quiet location, making it ideal for a family holiday. The equipment (furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, and mattresses) is perfect and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt completely at home and can only recommend the house.
