Description
The Deichkrönchen was newly built in 2017 in the style of a captain's house. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a carport and two additional parking spaces directly at the house. The beautifully landscaped garden with several terraces and a garden house for cooler days invites you to relax
On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen, a storeroom with washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower and sauna (from the bathroom you have direct access to the separate sauna garden). The staircase in the spacious hallway leads upstairs to three individually furnished bedrooms with double beds and TV in each bedroom, as well as another bathroom with whirlpool tub.

Location and surroundings of object
The Deichkrönchen Neßmersiel is located in a dead-end street in Neßmersiel. You can reach the Edeka market and the bakery on foot in four to five minutes. The first coffee shop is just around the corner. Other restaurants can be reached in five to six minutes on foot. Neßmersiel is a place of peace and quiet. It offers everything you need - restaurants, a bakery and an Edeka market.
Leisure activities are provided for. Cycling, hiking, lying on the beach, walking on the mud flats, skating, fishing, canoeing, boat tours, a range of wellness treatments in the Sauna Oasis and a play paradise for children in the Sturmfrei on Störtebeker Straße. Sturmfrei also has a family cinema, bowling alley, climbing wall, trampoline jumping, Wii games and much more. Due to its good location, Neßmersiel is a popular starting point for mudflat walks. There is also a golf course nearby, as well as a mini-golf course and a heated seawater swimming pool.

Tolles Ferienhaus, wunderschöner Urlaub!
Moin liebe Familie Wershofen,
vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus.
Wir haben sehr viel Spaß gehabt und können es nur weiterempfehlen.
Vor allem hat uns der sehr schöne und große Garten gefallen.
Sobald wir unseren Urlaub für 2021 geplant haben, würden wir gerne nächstes Jahr für zwei Wochen in den HH-Sommerferien kommen.

Zum zweiten Mal und wieder toll
Wir hatten dieses Jahr das Glück das Ferienhaus Deichkrönchen zum zweiten Mal zu mieten. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Haus in dem man sich super wohl fühlen kann. Toll finden wir das es immer wieder neue Dinge gibt und das Haus sehr gepflegt ist.
Wir hoffen wir können es nächstes Jahr wieder mieten.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus
