Enjoy your holiday in an exclusive holiday flat in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, the "Residenz Beach Princess" directly on the Baltic Sea and pier.
This flat offers you a breathtaking direct view of the Baltic Sea from the living room and bedroom. Let the sound of the sea wake you up and enjoy the unobstructed view over the Prorer Wiek to Sassnitz and the chalk cliffs already at breakfast. The approx. 60 m² residence on the 1st floor has a generously designed living and dining area with a high-quality leather sofa set. This is used as an extra bed for a 3rd person. The living area cannot be completely darkened. A fireplace in the living area provides a romantic atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows open up a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea.
The living area is equipped with an HD flat screen TV and a compact stereo system with CD/DVD player/USB. From the living area you enter the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, the beach promenade and the pier of Binz.
The very spacious designer kitchen, harmoniously integrated into the living area, with dishwasher, oven, 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment (***), coffee machine, toaster, kettle and other utensils leaves nothing to be desired. A Jura fully automatic coffee machine incl. coffee is also at your disposal!
The spacious bathroom, tiled with granite, has a floor-level shower with additional ceiling sprinkler and a corner bathtub. An additional guest WC rounds off the exclusive design of the flat. In our residence, care products from the Bogner series are provided for you and you will receive a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome.
The bedroom with a view over the Baltic Sea has a Joop box spring bed, another HD flat screen TV and sufficient storage space for your wardrobe. In the bedroom, an exclusive Physiotherm infrared cabin awaits you with various application programmes from wellness to relaxation to regeneration. Do something good for yourself and recharge your batteries with these beneficial treatments. Of course, you have a direct view of the sea from the infrared cabin.
W-LAN Internet Flat can be used free of charge. Guests have free use of a parking space in the underground garage.
The entire non-smoking flat offers underfloor heating and is laid with a noble granite floor.

You are welcome to make interesting trips into the surrounding area with the 2 bicycles, which are included in the rental price. Experience the beautiful Baltic resort of Binz with its classic seaside resort architecture and the 6 km fine sandy dream beach. In Binz you can experience and discover a lot, but also find peace and quiet, depending on your taste. Binz is a year-round destination with numerous restaurants, shops, sights and a casino. The famous Baltic resort of Binz offers various entertainments throughout the year, theatre, concerts, festivals and events, guided tours, hikes, excursions, children's programmes, etc.

A great apartment
We spent a week in this beautiful apartment over Easter and really enjoyed our time there and also the feeling of being right in the middle of things. The location is truly unbeatable and the apartment offers a good mix of coziness and luxury. We will gladly come back!
