Villa Philine is located directly on the high shore of Sellin beach. From our suite you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the beach, the Baltic Sea and the Sellin pier.
Restaurants, bakers and shops are just a few steps away. The Sellin indoor and outdoor swimming pool can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

Super beautiful, better than expected.
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with everything and much more. Every day there was worth it and justifies the price. We felt very, very comfortable and would book the apartment again at any time.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Wohnung und fühlen uns einfach superwohl. Der Blick auf die Ostsee und die Seebrücke von Sellin ist traumhaft. Die Qualität der gesamten Ausstattung ist extrem hochwertig und geschmackvoll.
