Our Penthouse 27 & SPA in Villa Mathilde cannot really be described. You have to experience it! This luxury penthouse on the top floor with its own roof terrace and view of the Baltic Sea is unique and perhaps the most exclusive penthouse in the Baltic resort of Binz!
The stylish modern penthouse with 130 sqm living space and 40 sqm roof terrace has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with sauna and whirlpool, hallway, large living and dining area. The rooms are furnished with high-quality designer furniture and leave nothing to be desired. The spacious rooms are stylish, well thought-out but also very harmoniously arranged
Our domicile on the top 4th floor of Villa Mathilde, which is the closest of the three villas to the sea, can be reached comfortably by a silent lift, which leads directly to the flat and only with an additional key. Alternatively, you can also reach our flat via the elegant staircase with its noble natural stone flooring. Upon entering the rooms, you will immediately see the very good construction: floor-to-ceiling grey windows, lighting all around in all rooms with ceiling spotlights set into friezes, an integrated hoover system and high elegant white carpenter's doors specially designed for this property. Throughout the flat there are accents, shelves or even furniture made by the carpenter especially for this property in fine American walnut.
You have wonderful views of the Baltic Sea from the living area, one bedroom, the sauna bath and the roof terrace.
All rooms are laid with large-format modern appealing designer tiles. Of course, all rooms have underfloor heating.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms are equipped with real glass showers, Villeroy & Boch ceramics, Dornbracht fittings and rain shower heads.
The bathrooms are also fitted with high-quality large-area tiles, some of which are up to 2.50 m high and thus wonderfully seamless, which conveys a very modern, appealing design
In our penthouse, we provide the exclusive BVLGARI "Green Tea" cosmetics range for you.
Living room
In the spacious living area there is a comfortable black leather couch with ottoman. The couch can be converted into a full-size bed with a very comfortable mattress and slatted frame for a 5th and 6th person within seconds. For cosy TV evenings, an electrically controllable Koinor leather couch is available for you.
A rollable coffee table by Kendo complements the couch corner. Furniture by Team7 in a modern yellow/walnut look harmoniously rounds off the living area.
The real wood fireplace provides a cosy ambience on stormy and cold winter days.
A large 50-inch flat-screen TV with 3D function, a cinema digital surround sound system and a Blue-Ray
3D player incl. films create a cinema atmosphere. The modern designer Twiggy arc lamp by Foscarini completes the elegant living area
Kitchen / Dining
When you enter the living room, you are immediately greeted by a highlight, the extraordinary designer kitchen "Marecucina" in boat shape. This extravagant kitchen in boat look with bow and stern as well as a mast with ceiling sail will inspire you! Under the sail with lighting, the freestanding kitchen block houses the Miele induction hob, the dishwasher, the electrically extendable extractor bonnet and a large work surface in boat deck look with sink
Opposite is the modern Miele oven with microwave, dual-zone wine fridge and a Jura fully automatic coffee machine. Other small kitchen appliances such as a waffle iron with sandwich maker, a blender, a hand blender, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and an egg boiler as well as other kitchen equipment round off the above-average kitchen equipment.
Enjoy this maritime ship's kitchen in combination with the views of the Baltic Sea.
Various fish pictures by the artist Sabine Fleckstein underline this maritime ambience.
Next to this wonderful kitchen is a built-in cabinet in Zebrano and the dining area with a designer table made of walnut wood by Walter Knoll with six leather chairs by Rolf Benz. The dining area is illuminated by an extravagant designer lamp by Occhio, which projects two orange light cones upwards and two white light cones downwards. You can also enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea from the dining area.
Bedroom
The two bedrooms, which can be darkened, are furnished with Joop beds, Joop commodes, Joop curtains and Joop bed linen. Limited edition paintings by Hundertwasser hang on the bedroom walls. Fancy lights conjure up light for reading and relaxing.

The Penthouse 27 & SPA is located approx. 100 m from the Baltic Sea beach and in approx. 5 minutes you can reach the centre of Binz, the pier and the main shopping street of Binz on foot. Various restaurants are within easy reach in the immediate vicinity. Our penthouse is therefore ideally located, quiet and yet central. In Binz you can experience and discover a lot, but also find peace and quiet. Binz is a year-round destination with numerous restaurants, shops and casino.
