Beautiful bright and friendly flat for up to 4 people with large balcony, only 30 m from the beach promenade and the beach exit. The holiday flat Ostseeglück is located on the 1st floor in the new building of Villa Seeadler with lift and underground parking space (normal spacious parking space; no duplex parking space!) incl. use of two bicycles.
Our popular flat with a size of 45 sqm and a 9 sqm balcony is comfortably furnished and promises a carefree stay due to its bright and pleasant atmosphere. You simply feel at home in this flat. This flat has a perfect floor plan with a practical dressing room between the bedroom and bathroom.

The sofa bed is very comfortable with slatted frame and full-size mattress.
Modern kitchen with induction cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and lots of storage space.

Villa Seeadler was built as a beach villa in 1905 in the classic style of spa architecture and is located directly on the famous beach promenade of Binz, directly on the fine sandy beach of the Binz bay. The newly built flat house of the Villa Seeadler, which was built in 1996, is directly adjacent to the old building of the Villa Seeadler. The flat house has an underground garage, bicycle room and lift.
You reach the beach after 30m. In the immediate vicinity are various restaurants, cafés and other shops. The pier and the pedestrian zone are within walking distance in about 7 minutes. Experience the beautiful Baltic resort of Binz with its classic spa architecture and 6 km of fine sandy dream beach
In Binz you can experience and discover a lot, but also find peace and quiet, depending on your taste.

Vacation in Binz, in the Villa Seeadler
The holiday home was centrally located and very quiet. I wouldn't want to be there when all the apartments are occupied. From Binz, you could go on beautiful hikes. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. Despite the season, there were many tourists around. For a quieter experience, the beaches in Thiessow and Lobbe were recommended. Since we catered for ourselves, we had fish daily. The selection was very good.
All in all, a successful holiday.

Schön dass es Ihnen in unserer Wohnung gefallen hat. Das Ostseebad Binz ist gerade während der Hauptsaison natürlich um einiges lebhafter als die von Ihnen erwähnten kleinen Orte auf Rügen.
Der Strand ist jedoch nicht wenige Gehminuten entfernt sondern nur über die Strandpromenade (ca. 30m).
