The Holiday home

The exterior of this villa with total privacy, which are surrounded by pine trees, are beautiful and well kept. On the property there is a 70m2 private lawn area which is fenced in and ideal for younger children to play outside safely. It has a salt 7x4m overflowing pool with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.85m. Around the pool there is a 150m2 paved surface with 12 loungers for you to sunbathe under the sun of Mallorca. In the same area, next to the pool, you will find an 18m2 furnished terrace which is partially covered with a sale, where you can enjoy an appetiser with friends or family. It also has another furnished 73 m2 terrace in which you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your loved ones. At the main entrance, there is a furnished paved area. In the exterior of the property there is mobile barbecue to enjoy outdoor cooking, parking for 5 cars and an outdoor shower.

The fantastic and spacious living room with fireplace and air conditioning is the perfect place to unwind and relax watching satellite TV or reading a good book. Almost every room has access to the outside. The large furnished room is independent and is the perfect place to enjoy pleasant moments with family and friends. The independent and furnished kitchen is the perfect place to let you cook your best dishes, including electric stove. There is a specific laundry room in the house where you can find 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.

In this house you can rest in 6 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the rest with two single bed each. Two of them are located on the ground floor and there are another four on the basement. All bedrooms feature a wardrobe or a walk-in closet except the first one with the double bed. There are 5 bathrooms in the house. Three of them are en-suite and all with a shower. Two are located on the ground floor and the rest on the basement, and one of the bathrooms is also annexed. In this fantastic home you have access to access to 1 crib, air conditioning in all rooms, and 6 radiators for colder months.

This house is located in the quiet, rural area of Sant Joan. This property offers very good and clear views. In less than 10 min. driving you will get to the villages of San Joan and Vilafranca de Bonany, which stand out for its farmer tradition, so you can buy fruits and high quality vegetables. In just 20 min. you will find Manacor. This is one of the most important towns of the island and there, you will have access to all the services you may need. Among other things, Manacor stands out for the pearls factory (Majórica pearls), local stores and furniture shops. Moreover, on Mondays and Saturday mornings there is a market which creates a great atmosphere in the village. Also, in this area, you can easily access the Caves of Drach and Hams Caves.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Your pet is welcomed as long as it does not weight more than 5kg.
The holding of events is only possible upon request and only with the agreement of the agency and the owner. Special conditions may apply.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
