Description

The Holiday villa is located only 3 km from Petra, in a nature reserve, practically in the middle of the forest and offers a breathtaking views of the mountains, the landscape and the chapel of Bonany.

The holiday villa has a large plot of approx. 20.000m² and a living area of 400m², distributed over three floors. The modern villa from the 19th century, was restored in 2008, it is tastefully furnished and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 1 guest WC, as well as Internet (WIFI).

Main floor

The entrance area welcomes you in bright and friendly design. From here you enter the spacious dining area with open kitchen. Next to a large dining table for a total of 10 people, there is a fireplace, as well as a music player. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.

First floor

On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious and bright living room. In the Sofa area you can relax with satellite TV on the leather sofas or spend your time together at the large table, where you can get together comfortably, play games or cards or just relax with a glass of wine. From the living area, you have direct access to a large terrace, from which you can enjoy the fantastic nature and admire the landscape.

One of the highlights of this villa is of course the exterior area with the saltwater Pool (11.00m x 5.00m length and depth of 0.00m – 2.00m). There are sunbeds and parasols around the pool, so you can unwind. You can relax on the porch and enjoy delicious and fresh food from the BBQ at the large dining table. The Garden offers space for all to play or to relax and read a good book.

Location and surroundings of object

Visit the chapel of Bonany and enjoy the magnificent view over Mallorca or drive to Manacor, the city of pearls and furniture. Take a stroll along the typical Petra (3km) weekly market and stroll through the typical Mallorcan village with its narrow alleyways and return to one of the bars and restaurants with typical local specialties. Visit the birthplace of Juníper Serra, the founder of American cities such as San Francisco. The nearest beaches can be found around Porto Cristo or in the tourist resorts such as Cala Millor.
