The small half-timbered cottage (a non-smoking house) has a living area of
The small half-timbered cottage (a non-smoking house) has a living space of 85 sqm, a terrace of approx. 20 sqm with south-west orientation as well as another terrace including a log cabin under a large poplar are available to nature lovers
The approx. 330 sqm large property is completely fenced with double bar fencing and is also ideal for dog owners
You have your own parking space directly in front of the house free of charge
The holiday home offers space for up to 6 people. A large living-dining area invites you to linger. TV and a small hi-fi system are obligatory. A shower with WC (underfloor heating) is also located on the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor. Here we also provide a barrier gate (protection for child or dog). In the hallway a small shelf offers various books for adults and children as well as some games to choose from. Three bedrooms and a guest toilet are also located upstairs. Two bedrooms have a large double bed ( x m). The third bedroom has a king-size bed ( x m). In the larger bedroom a small travel cot can also be used (please bring a mattress and duvet/cot for this). There is also a second TV in the larger bedroom
A small wooden plank house in the garden offers space for your suitcases, your bicycles and much more. We are happy to provide you with a handcart. There is also a children's high chair in the small wooden house. Sun loungers for the terrace as well as a large free wooden seat invite you to linger in the garden. The property is completely fenced and offers holiday fun at its best also for the accompanying furry noses (max 2 dogs). A height-adjustable dog food bar also ensures that the dogs do not go thirsty.

The half-timbered cottage is located on the Wismar Bay landscape conservation area between Wismar and Rerik, opposite the island of Poel
If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will feel very comfortable here
For lively city life, the nearby town of Wismar offers everything
You can reach the natural beach, which is free of tourist tax, after about 300m
Due to the shallow water, families with small children or guests with dogs can enjoy a carefree beach holiday.
There is also a sunbathing lawn on the natural beach.
The small half-timbered cottage is located in the middle of a small idyllic holiday home settlement, arranged in a roundabout. You can walk about 300 m to the beach through a beautiful avenue of trees.
When you reach the beach, you can see the island of Poel on your left and the Boiensdorf Werder peninsula on your right. The village of Boiensdorf with its district of Stove lies north of Wismar and belongs to the municipal area of the Boiensdorf Werder peninsula, which juts out about one kilometre into the Mecklenburg Bay of the Baltic Sea.
The Salzhaff offers a special kind of natural spectacle: wild geese and various other bird species make their home there
For shopping, you can drive to the nearby supermarkets or to the bakery in Stove or to the old mill in Stove to enjoy the delicious homemade cake.

In any case of withdrawal, you are entitled, in accordance with the booking confirmation, to provide a substitute participant who will assume all rights and obligations under the contract concluded with you. Relaxed holiday

After the holidays, we needed to relax and slow down. The small cottages were just the right place for us. Nature and absolute tranquillity on the Baltic Sea for people and animals. The small holiday home settlement is out of the way, but the village shop has everything you need for your daily needs. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The infrared heating was top, despite the storm always nice and warm in the house. Since it is a building with a lot of wood, there is sometimes a spider that comes out of the crack, but that is quite normal ;) !!! The whole process with the landlady Mrs. Przybylla and the support of Mrs. Burmeister on site were very good and unproblematic.

Unclean and overgrown

In the vacation home, there are cobwebs everywhere, sand on the sofa, a dirty drain in the shower, and a dirty floor, despite being cleaned in the morning. The light on the top floor hallway doesn't work, according to the caretaker, who mentioned it has been like that for years. Therefore, small lamps on the staircase with motion sensors are used, which only turn on when you are already on the stairs. Outside, the garden is overgrown with blackberries, not ideal for dogs stepping on thorns. Unfortunately, the pictures on the website do not reflect the current status. The light outside also did not work, so the terrace could not be used in the evenings. It was reported on Sunday and after being put off and empty promises, it was fixed on Friday.

Super nice holiday home!

Super nice holiday home to relax and linger. The small half-timbered cottage is beautifully furnished, open, friendly, and modern. The spacious rooms and the great fenced garden appealed to us, especially to our four-legged friend! Here you can really switch off and enjoy the peace.
The surroundings are very beautifully rural. We particularly liked the island of Poel, which is easily accessible. The half-timbered cottage is highly recommended without any restrictions. We will definitely spend our vacation here again!

Super "rest"- relaxing holiday

We felt comfortable in this holiday home to our complete satisfaction. We lacked nothing. Especially suitable for families with children and/or dogs who are looking for peace and quiet. The fully fenced property is especially recommended if the dogs need to "run free". :) However, a vehicle is recommended if you also want to get to know the closer surroundings, e.g. the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the island of Poel, the Baltic seaside resort of Rerik. We are happy to recommend this beautiful half-timbered cottage.

Wunderschönes kleines Haus

The small cottage is well equipped and has everything you need. The garden is perfect for barbecuing or sunbathing, which we did both. Definitely visit the island of Poel and the Hanseatic city of Wismar, always worth a trip. The area is perfect for long walks. In Rerik, you can walk along the beach or take a boat trip, both are great.

The house is beautiful, only the rest has totally disappointed us!!!

Anyone who likes food scraps in the cutlery drawer, spider webs and dust everywhere, mold on the bathroom window, views from the sofa of an old GDR relic and a rotten caravan, will feel right at home here. Additionally, there is no street lighting, so when darkness falls, you can't go for dog walks. The landlord responded to our complaint about why he did not mention in the listing that there is no street lighting in the area, saying: "There is no requirement in this town to have street lighting, and the dogs could have gone in the garden." Sorry, my dogs are trained not to go in our garden or any other garden but to take a walk for an hour in the evening to relieve themselves for the night. We ended our "vacation" after two days.

Dadurch dass die kleine Kate in einer ruhigen und idyllisch gelegenen Ferienhaussiedlung in unberührter Natur liegt, nur Felder und Wiesen in der Umgebung zu finden sind, haben die Spinnen auch ihren Lebensraum dort und so kann es sein, dass ich schon einmal die eine mit ihren Weben anfindet. Das ist Natur pur. Der Wohnwagen hat mir auch nicht gefallen, liegt aber auf dem Nachbargrundstück, kurzweilig zum Abtransport, und da habe ich leider keinen Einfluss darauf. Durch das Schneechaos über Ostern fängt die Natur erst jetzt langsam in Mecklenburg Vorpommern zu sprießen an. Einen Monat weiter und das Grundstück ist zugewachsen. Meine Gasthunde hatten immer viel Möglichkeiten zu laufen mit Frauchen und Herrchen. Da hatte ich nie Klagen, im Gegenteil! Für die Urlauber liegt auch immer, falls es spät wird, eine Taschenlampe parat. Ein kleines bisschen Abenteuer kann auch in unserer heutigen hektischen Zeit doch gerne auch mal sein. Die Urlaubsregion um das Haff von in Stove ist einzigartig. Die Ausflüge sind so vielfältig, da bleibt nie viel Zeit, im Hause zu verweilen. Herzlichen Gruß

Beautiful little house in quiet surroundings

The cottage was our central holiday point ... Centrally located for day trips to the island of Poel, Wismar, Rostock, etc
If you are looking for a nice holiday destination without the hustle and bustle of tourism, you are in good hands here
The facilities are perfect for both the tenants and their dog(s).
Since the weather cooperated, the holiday was exactly as it should be... or in short: perfect.

Vacation with the furry friends

It was the first vacation with our 2 furry friends and it was fantastic. Due to the complete fencing, everyone could enjoy the beautiful house in a relaxed manner. The surroundings are also wonderful. It was a very relaxing holiday. Family Christensen.

Family vacation with dog

We were now for the second time with our Tibetan in the beautifully and practically furnished half-timbered house. This time with our son and family (2 grandchildren). We all liked it very much. The equipment is top-notch. Everyone had space at the large table, whether for eating or playing. It was nicely quiet and relaxing. Even the two little early risers slept longer in the mornings. We could make nice trips to Wismar and Warnemünde. Even our Ajax felt comfortable. Would love to see you again.

Living in nature...

I would like to give this review for my two huskies - because when our fur babies are happy, we are happy too.

The house is very beautiful and comfortably furnished - in a way that allows for easy vacuuming and cleaning of the floor. The leather couch does not catch any hair - and the best part is the fenced garden - which is also very suitable for larger dogs - wild and romantic - escape-proof. The walks on the natural beach were a true enrichment for all of us - here, a dog can be a dog - and the human heart opens up. Even if it rains - simply an unforgettable atmosphere.

Wismar was worth a visit for us several times - including the harbor tour.

As nature lovers, we are big fans of the Kate and its surroundings.

Natur pur

Beautiful timber-framed house and heavenly peace. Beautiful beaches can be found in Rerik and on the island of Poel. A trip to Wismar is also recommended. Perfect for dogs. We will gladly come back.
