We offer a detached villa for 6 people with 130 m² of living space for comfort, plot of 442 m², fully fenced garden with private access to the small canal, a wind-protected south-facing terrace with terrace furniture, loungers and Weber grill, 2 parking spaces at the house.
3 bedrooms, one with extra TV, DVD and safe (2 x double beds (1 x box spring) and 1 x 2 single beds). Living area with leather seating set and bioethanol fireplace, dining table for 6 people, XL flat-screen TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime (via satellite TV, German and many international channels can be received, no Dutch TV), DVD, small DVD collection, small library, free Wi-Fi. Conservatory area with relaxation lounger and bioethanol fireplace.
Modern kitchen incl. dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee machine, Senseo. A bathroom on the ground floor with a glass bathtub for 2, separate barrier-free shower, separate guest WC, another shower room with WC as well as a family sauna on the upper floor.
A complete workspace with desk and office chair in the third bedroom.
In the park there are two restaurants, bowling, golf course, a subtropical swimming pool, tennis court, indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, bicycle rental, bread roll service.
The wide and repeatedly award-winning beach is approx. Easily reachable on foot or by bike within 1 km distance.

The villa is located in the exclusive holiday Ooghduyne. The well-tended park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. The park has numerous recreational activities:

A riding stable, where they rented horses or, horse riding trips is about 300 meters away.
The nearby North Sea beach begins behind the imposing dunes. The approximately 40 km long, wide and sandy beach has been honored with the Environmental Award of the EU. In the region of Julianadorp there are two supervised beach pavilions, a whole year.
Not only the beach but also the unique dune landscape invite to hiking and biking trails.
Julianadorp aan Zee: The place has a central village square with pharmacy, bank, supermarket (Aldi and Lidl), fishmonger etc. Next, there are two shopping centers with two well-stocked supermarkets. Cosy restaurants invite you to eat.
In the area there are many worthwhile trip, as the nearby island of Texel, the IJsselmeer with its picturesque town, Alkmaar and Bergen aan Zee. Amsterdam is easily accessible by train 1 hour away

Julianadorp is a small quiet village with the most sunshine hours of the Netherlands. It is close to the wonderful beach and a unique Dünenandschaft. The area offers the midst of blooming tulip fields a wide range of walking and cycling routes. Nearby lots of cozy places like Schagen, Medemblick, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Texel and Amsterdam (1 hour away by train). In our division, there are two restaurants and a snack bar. Several supermarkets are within 1 km.
Other Activities: canoeing, jeux de boules, Rollerscating, mini golf, etc.
Golf: A 9-hole A status Golf Course (par 70) is located on the resort and a covered driving range. For beginners and children is a 9-hole fun course, golf school and SHPO on the premises.

| Arrival and departure is always the Saturday during the season. For last minute availability shorter bookings are possible in all periods, this day may be arranged flexibly. Please send us a request. Rental is inclusive of electricity, heating, water, sset, taxes, bottle of wine. Cot (without bedding), stair gates and high chair are available on request free of charge. For pets, a flat fee of 25 € will be charged. Sheets and / or towels optional for 10 € and 5 € per person to be booked. |
Cancellation terms:
15% of the booking amount will be retained for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival. The contractually agreed retention of 15% of the booking amount in the event of a cancellation is a standard cancellation fee as a flat-rate compensation for the effort and risk of not being able to re-rent the canceled period, or only doing so at a special price. Villa Beach&Sun
We were with 5 adults and 2 children for a week at the beautiful house Villa Beach&Sun. The house has a great location and is gorgeous. The decor is modern and chic, there is plenty of space. Everything is clean and tidy. It is a lovely oasis to relax and enjoy. The beach is easily accessible on foot, but you can also easily reach it by car as there is a large parking lot right at the beach. For children, the area also offers a lot of fun, with several small playgrounds and a swimming pool available. It was a great vacation, and we would love to come back again!

Absolutely recommendable
This holiday home was, by far, the best house we have stayed in Julianadorp. We didn't want for anything. The view, the peace and quiet, the furnishings...everything was impeccable! Perfect feel-good house, pure relaxation!
Wonderful large, bright house, huge equipment, nothing is missing. Pure relaxation through sauna, large bathtub, reading corner, fireplace, and comfortable beds. Perfect location, not far from the beach and shopping facilities. Very, very nice and informative email exchange with the owners, the Sturm family. We felt very comfortable again and will come back.

We are a family (with a son) from the Ruhr area, Herne. There we work in our own law and tax consulting firm. Since we have always preferred to spend our holidays in beautiful holiday homes, in 2011 we bought our Strandhuus in Travemünde and in the following years our 4 houses in Julianadorp. We have renovated all houses and furnished and equipped to a high standard. All houses are rented by us personally.
