If you are interested, you can also book there easily & conveniently with the payment method of your choice. We offer a detached villa for 6 people with 130 m² of living space for comfort, plot of 442 m², fully fenced garden with private access to the small canal, a wind-protected south-facing terrace with terrace furniture, loungers and Weber grill, 2 parking spaces at the house.

3 bedrooms, one with extra TV, DVD and safe (2 x double beds (1 x box spring) and 1 x 2 single beds). Living area with leather seating set and bioethanol fireplace, dining table for 6 people, XL flat-screen TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime (via satellite TV, German and many international channels can be received, no Dutch TV), DVD, small DVD collection, small library, free Wi-Fi. Conservatory area with relaxation lounger and bioethanol fireplace.

Modern kitchen incl. dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee machine, Senseo. A bathroom on the ground floor with a glass bathtub for 2, separate barrier-free shower, separate guest WC, another shower room with WC as well as a family sauna on the upper floor.

A complete workspace with desk and office chair in the third bedroom.

In the park there are two restaurants, bowling, golf course, a subtropical swimming pool, tennis court, indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, bicycle rental, bread roll service.

The wide and repeatedly award-winning beach is approx. Easily reachable on foot or by bike within 1 km distance.

The villa is located in the exclusive holiday Ooghduyne. The well-tended park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. The park has numerous recreational activities:

A riding stable, where they rented horses or, horse riding trips is about 300 meters away.

The nearby North Sea beach begins behind the imposing dunes. The approximately 40 km long, wide and sandy beach has been honored with the Environmental Award of the EU. In the region of Julianadorp there are two supervised beach pavilions, a whole year.

Not only the beach but also the unique dune landscape invite to hiking and biking trails.

Julianadorp aan Zee: The place has a central village square with pharmacy, bank, supermarket (Aldi and Lidl), fishmonger etc. Next, there are two shopping centers with two well-stocked supermarkets. Cosy restaurants invite you to eat.

In the area there are many worthwhile trip, as the nearby island of Texel, the IJsselmeer with its picturesque town, Alkmaar and Bergen aan Zee. Amsterdam is easily accessible by train 1 hour away

Julianadorp is a small quiet village with the most sunshine hours of the Netherlands. It is close to the wonderful beach and a unique Dünenandschaft. The area offers the midst of blooming tulip fields a wide range of walking and cycling routes. Nearby lots of cozy places like Schagen, Medemblick, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Texel and Amsterdam (1 hour away by train). In our division, there are two restaurants and a snack bar. Several supermarkets are within 1 km.
Other Activities: canoeing, jeux de boules, Rollerscating, mini golf, etc.

Golf: A 9-hole A status Golf Course (par 70) is located on the resort and a covered driving range. For beginners and children is a 9-hole fun course, golf school and SHPO on the premises.

Arrival and departure is always the Saturday during the season.
For last minute availability shorter bookings are possible in all periods, this day may be arranged flexibly. Please send us a request.
Rental is inclusive of electricity, heating, water, sset, taxes, bottle of wine. Cot (without bedding), stair gates and high chair are available on request free of charge.
For pets, a flat fee of 25 € will be charged. Sheets and / or towels optional for 10 € and 5 € per person to be booked.

Cancellation terms:

15% of the booking amount will be retained for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival. The contractually agreed retention of 15% of the booking amount in the event of a cancellation is a standard cancellation fee as a flat-rate compensation for the effort and risk of not being able to re-rent the canceled period, or only doing so at a special price. Please refer to our website for cancellation deadlines for cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival, or contact us directly.

Villa Beach&Sun

We were with 5 adults and 2 children for a week at the beautiful house Villa Beach&Sun. The house has a great location and is gorgeous. The decor is modern and chic, there is plenty of space. Everything is clean and tidy. It is a lovely oasis to relax and enjoy. The beach is easily accessible on foot, but you can also easily reach it by car as there is a large parking lot right at the beach. For children, the area also offers a lot of fun, with several small playgrounds and a swimming pool available. It was a great vacation, and we would love to come back again!

Perfect feel-good house, pure relaxation!

Wonderful large, bright house, huge equipment, nothing is missing. Pure relaxation through sauna, large bathtub, reading corner, fireplace, and comfortable beds. Perfect location, not far from the beach and shopping facilities. Very, very nice and informative email exchange with the owners, the Sturm family. We felt very comfortable again and will come back.

Deeply relaxed

Thank you very much for the fast and uncomplicated process. The time in your accommodation was very special for us. As a family, we managed to completely switch off and forget the worries of everyday life (especially in times of Corona). Wunderschöne Villa, die zur Entspannung einlädt

In the "Beach and Sun" villa, every wish is fulfilled. The perfectly equipped and tastefully furnished house allows one to forget about the stress of everyday life and spend relaxing family time. Located at the outer edge of the holiday park complex "Landal," it offers a wide view of the fields and dunes. The service provided by Mrs. Sturm and Jessica on-site was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much, felt almost at home, and will definitely return. The house is highly recommended!

Simply great!
The house is perfectly equipped.
The location is top-notch.
All the amenities of Landal are available for the kids.
You can reach the beach, Schagen, or Alkmaar in no time.
Due to its location, it is very quiet, and the evening sundowner with a view of the dunes is a dream.

first-class summer vacation

A wonderful stay unfortunately ended way too soon! We are two families, each with a son (13 and 14 years old) and stayed in this great holiday home for a week. We were incredibly lucky with the weather (4 days around 30 degrees Celsius with no wind, resulting in a "flat-as-a-pancake" North Sea! Then a bit cooler at around 24 degrees Celsius with some wind :-) !). We also had (thanks to the landlady) all e-bikes and were able to take wonderful trips. We all - even the boys - enjoyed this holiday starting with the feel-good factor of the house and the deeply relaxed Dutch people very much! We can only say: Price/performance of the accommodation match and award five stars for all criteria! *****

Great house in a wonderful location

We (2 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs) spent 14 days here on vacation and are thrilled: the holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The fenced garden allowed our dogs to run free, when the sun is shining you can have a cozy breakfast outside, and thanks to the washing machine, families with children don't have to worry about not having enough clothes on board. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house and look forward to another holiday there.

Perfect holiday home, close to the beach, quiet, great view.

We were fortunate to spend a week in this extremely well-maintained holiday home. The house is lovingly furnished, the kitchen is equipped with all inventory, and the bathrooms are of the highest standard.
The house is situated in a very quiet area with a beautiful view of the tulip fields, dunes, and lighthouse. The terrace and garden leave nothing to be desired for relaxation and possibly dogs.

Wonderful house with all comforts...

We stayed for a week in November with our 2 dogs in Villa Beach & Sun" in Julianadorp. The house is very spacious and equipped with everything your heart desires. We especially liked the very tasteful furnishings and the location of the house. The garden is completely fenced, not very visible and is located directly on an idyllic canal with a fantastic view. The rooms offer many "feel-good corners", such as the conservatory, and in the evening the two fireplaces conjure up a great ambience. The sauna and the whirlpool are also a highlight. The beach can be easily reached via a pedestrian path along the canals. Shopping facilities of all kinds are also in the immediate vicinity. The beaches in Julianadorp are an absolute dream, especially for dog owners.
Conclusion: Great house, fantastically furnished in a super location. We will be back!

Great family holiday at the North Sea

We visited this beautiful holiday home with our 3 small children and had a very nice and relaxing vacation. The house is modern and well-equipped. Due to the location of the house, you have a great view of the dunes and in the evenings, you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine on the bench by the canal when the children are in bed :-). Furthermore, the house is very quiet but still central within the park. The contact with the landlady is very friendly, uncomplicated, and accommodating. We will book our next vacation with the Sturm family again.

Finally, all we have left to say is: "Thank you for the lovely vacation!"

5 very beautiful days in Julianadorp aan Zee

It is a very beautiful holiday apartment with everything you need. The sauna was great. After nice walks on the kilometer-long beach in a stiff breeze, the sauna session was particularly good. The reception at the park was always a competent contact person, whether it was about information in the area, bread service, or renting an e-bike.
