Everything is always perfect from the booking to the departure.Especially nice is the parking space in the underground garage where the car is safely guarded....and included in the price

Cute little central holiday flat

The flat is in a super central location. Everything is within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, bars and the beach are just around the corner
John is a very friendly landlord who welcomed us with a smile

Beautiful apartment in a prime location with a very friendly landlord - Highly recommended

4 nights were definitely too short! Zandvoort and Studio 9 with John Jansen = unbeatable! Everything is as shown in the pictures, the distances to the free car park (which is very important in Zandvoort), to the beach, shopping, the train station, and the "pub district" are 100% accurate. The landlord is very helpful, very friendly, and his "wine" tastes wonderful. We would gladly return (if not fully booked) - but then definitely for a longer stay. Thank you, John Jansen, for the perfect rental.

Top Unterkunft in Zandvoort

This apartment is really great. We spontaneously spent a weekend in Zandvoort. Contact with John was quickly established and very uncomplicated and friendly.
One day later, he welcomed us in his beautiful, small apartment in a great location in Zandvoort. The apartment was nicely furnished and well-equipped. We lacked nothing.
The small bench in front of the apartment also appealed to us, and we were able to enjoy a coffee in the sun there. The location made it possible to be very spontaneous. The proximity to the sea, as well as to the restaurants and shops, convinced us.
A big advantage is also the parking card.
We will definitely come again!

Perfect apartment for two people.

Nr. 9 Studio is perfect for two people and centrally located in Zandvoort. The furnishings are ideal, the landlord John is very nice and helpful. Everything is great!

Central accommodation to feel comfortable

During our stay, we didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable in the beautifully furnished apartment. The landlord is extremely friendly, always approachable, and concerned about the well-being of guests. The location is very central. You are immediately in the town and also quickly at the beach and the train station.

This vacation rental is worth a glass of Champagne.

It's wonderful to sit on the bench in the small street in front of the door, clink glasses, and start the vacation. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and a comfortable bed. Everything as it should be!! The landlord is also excellent! We will be happy to come back!

I don't usually personally review accommodations, but I was so impressed. Nothing was missing, everything was perfect and above all very, very clean and lovingly furnished with a great box spring bed. I especially liked the garage service and everything worked out perfectly, everything included. I stayed in this accommodation over Easter; even the Easter Bunny visited me. Great small apartment and nice landlord.

The apartment exactly corresponds to the photos shown. Everything is well-maintained and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bathroom is also well-stocked with plenty of towels and attention to many small details. Mr. Jansen is a very nice landlord and very helpful with any questions. You can tell that it is important to him that you feel comfortable in his apartment. We were provided with a storage option for our bicycles. The apartment is located in a quiet street and the closest supermarket can be reached in about 300 meters, so a car was not necessary at all. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the beach. Since we like to sit outside after our activities, the bench was a bit uncomfortable for us to linger for long, and the two chairs in the studio were not quite comfortable for a relaxed evening. But these are just minor things. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and the studio is definitely worth recommending! ! ! !

Super chic little studio in a great location!

The newly furnished studio in the heart of Zandvoort was the ideal accommodation for our short break! The studio is fully equipped with everything one might need. The furnishings are new and in top condition, from the bed, kitchen, to the bathroom! The small outdoor area with a bench and the underground parking space complete the offer! The existing WLAN network is extremely stable and runs very fast and comfortably even when multiple devices are used simultaneously!
On the day of arrival, the landlord greets you friendly waving on the street and welcomes you in a friendly and uncomplicated manner!
In the apartment, a bottle of wine awaits you as a welcome gift, as well as the basic equipment for the Nespresso machine.
So you can immediately prepare a delicious coffee if you like! The landlord is also very friendly and helpful. Since the apartment is located in a small alley, you can find peace and can also sit comfortably in front of the door. However, it only takes a few meters to reach one of the lively streets in the old town! We also found it very pleasant that everything you know and appreciate from home is there. Be it decent kitchen utensils like knives or pans, or even the available roll of kitchen paper! Finally, after a week full of sun, beach, sightseeing tours, all that's left to say is:

And we can highly recommend this accommodation especially for couples without reservation!
