Welcome to JOMI - Holiday Home Zandvoort – your stylish holiday home for two people with free parking, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, the lively town center, and the train station. Last-minute booking inquiries are also very welcome. Look forward to peace, privacy, and a perfect location for a relaxing stay on the Dutch coast. The holiday home has its own entrance and is accessible via an alley typical of Zandvoort. It has been furnished in a modern and tasteful style with great attention to detail. In the cozy living room, you can relax wonderfully after an eventful day by the sea. The smart TV offers more than 100 national and international channels, including, of course, many German programs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction cooktop, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxed breakfast or a cozy dinner.
A comfortably walkable staircase leads you to the spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. Directly adjacent is the modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a stylish washbasin, and a second toilet.
Behind the holiday home, a cozy part of our courtyard garden is at your disposal. There, two garden chairs and a garden table invite you to start the day with a cup of coffee or to relax in the evening with a glass of wine.
At JOMI - Holiday Home Zandvoort, everything is already prepared for you. Bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, final cleaning, and tourist tax are of course included in the rental price. This means you will incur no additional costs on site.
A special advantage is the free parking space in the covered Centrum Garage, which is only about a two-minute walk from the holiday home – a real added value in Zandvoort.
We ourselves live in the front house and are always happy to assist you with any questions or tips. At the same time, you naturally enjoy your privacy and can spend your stay in complete peace.

JOMI - Holiday Home Zandvoort is located on a quiet residential street in the heart of Zandvoort. From here, you can easily reach the beach, the dunes, the lively town center with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and shops, as well as the train station on foot.
Zandvoort is a popular travel destination at any time of year. Enjoy long walks on the beach, relaxing days by the sea, or explore the beautiful dune landscape of the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park by bicycle. Water sports enthusiasts also get their money’s worth here.
In the summer months, Zandvoort has an especially lively atmosphere. Almost every weekend there are markets, music events, and other festivals. A special highlight is the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, which attracts numerous visitors from all over the world every year and creates a unique atmosphere in the town.
By train, you can reach the center of Amsterdam directly in about 30 minutes. Haarlem, with its historic old town, numerous shops, and cozy terraces, is also quickly accessible.
For motorsport fans, the famous Circuit Zandvoort is very close by. Golf courses, bicycle rentals, museums, and numerous leisure activities are also located in the area. Thanks to the quiet location and the free parking in the covered Centrum Garage, you can enjoy a relaxing stay while all sights and facilities are within easy walking distance.
