Nr. 9 Studio offers a cozy apartment in the heart of Zandvoort - one of the most popular beach resorts in Holland. The shops and the beach are in the immediate vicinity and therefore within walking distance. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults. We are looking forward to welcoming you soon in our apartment! Zandvoort is known for its beautiful beach and its cozy beach pavilions. In Zandvoort there are restaurants, cafes, shopping areas, a casino, a golf course and an internationally known race track. Zandvoort is located in a beautiful area at the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen and the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park. You can hike or just unwind or make gorgeous biketrips.
There are beautiful cycling routes, Noordwijk, Katwijk, Vogelzang (Flower Fields) Haarlem, Bloemendaal, etc. It is a 12 minute walk to Zandvoort race track, and is only 10 minutes by train into the center of Haarlem and 30 minutes to the center of Amsterdam.

Central but quiet
The accommodation is super clean. You can easily stay there with two people.
Shops, restaurants, the beach, and the train station are within easy walking distance.
Definitely recommended for a relaxed weekend or even longer.
A parking space in a parking garage was also booked and was quickly reachable and fairly priced.

I definitely recommend this vacation apartment!!
Very clean and beautiful apartment that lacks nothing.
Absolutely quiet location. Nevertheless, everything can be reached on foot in a short time.
Very friendly landlord.
What is also great, of course, is that you can park your car for free in the underground garage.
I will gladly come back.

Cute little central holiday flat
The flat is in a super central location. Everything is within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, bars and the beach are just around the corner

Schönes Appartement in Top Lage mit sehr freundlichem Vermieter - Absolut empfehlenswert
4 Nächte waren definitiv zu kurz! Zandvoort und Studio 9 mit John Jansen = unschlagbar! Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, die Entfernungen zum kostenfreien Autoparkplatz (der in Zandvoort sehr wichtig ist), zum Strand, zum Einkaufen, zum Bahnhof und zum „Kneipenviertel“ stimmen zu 100 %. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und sein „Wein“ schmeckt wunderbar. Gerne kehren wir dorthin zurück (falls nicht ausgebucht) - dann aber auf jeden Fall für länger. Danke@John Jansen für die perfekte Vermietung.

Top Unterkunft in Zandvoort
Dieses Apartment ist wirklich toll. Wir waren spontan an einem Wochenende in Zandvoort. Der Kontakt zu John war schnell hergestellt und sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.
Einen Tag später empfing er uns in seinem schönen, kleinen Apartment in toller Lage in Zandvoort. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die kleine Bank vor dem Apartment hat es auch uns angetan und wir konnten dort den ein oder anderen Kaffee in der Sonne genießen.
Die Lage machte es möglich sehr spontan zu sein. Die Nähe zum Meer als auch zu den Restaurants und Geschäften hat uns überzeugt.
Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch die Parkkarte.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Zentrale Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben während des Aufenthaltes nichts vermisst und uns in dem schön eingerichteten Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich und stets ansprechbar und um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man ist sofort im Ort und auch schnell am Strand und am Bahnhof.

Diese Fewo ist ein Glas Champagner wert
Herrlich in der kleinen Straße auf dem Bänkchen vor der Tür zu sitzen, anzustoßen und den Urlaub zu beginnen. Schön eingerichtet, topsauber, und ein komfortables Bett. Alles wie es sein soll!! Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls Top! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eigentlich bewerte ich persönlich keine Unterkünfte aber ich was so sehr begeistert. Es fehlte an nichts alles perfekt und vorallem sehr sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem tollen Boxspring Bett. Vorallem der Service mit der Garage fand ich toll und hat alles super geklappt alles inkl

Tolle kleine Wohnung und netter Vermieter
Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos die zu sehen sind. Alles ist gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles Vorhanden, was zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt wird. Auch das Bad wurde von ihm mit reichlich Handtücher ausgestattet und auch hier an viele kleine Details gedacht. Herr Jansen ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Man merkt das es ihm wichtig ist, das man sich in seiner Wohnung wohl fühlt. Für unsere Fahrräder bekamen wir eine Unterstellmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse und der nächste Supermarkt ist in gut 300 m zu erreichen, sodass ein Auto gar nicht nötig war. Zum Strand braucht man etwas 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Da wir gerne nach unseren Tätigkeiten draussen sitzen, war uns die Bank etwas zu unbequem um dort länger zu verweilen und die zwei Sessel in dem Studio waren für ein Lümmel Abend auch nicht ganz so bequem. Aber das sind nur so kleine Dinge. Sonst haben wir uns sehr gefühlt und das Studio ist auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen!!!!

Super Appartement in zentraler Lage
Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen. Das Studio ist sehr modern, supersauber, gepflegt und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und servicebewusst. Das Stadtzentrum, der Bahnhof und der Strand sind fußläufig in 5 min. erreichbar. Alles prima!

Super schickes kleines Studio in top Lage!
Das neu eingerichtete Studio im Herzen Zandvoorts war für uns die ideeale Behausung für unseren Kurzurlaub!
Das Studio ist komplett eingerichtet, alles was man so benötigt ist auch vorhanden!
Die Einrichtung ist neu, und alles in einem top Zustand, von dem Bett, über die Küche, bis hin zum Badezimmer!
Auch der kleine Aussenbereich mit Bank sowie der Tiefgaragenstellplatz runden das Angebot ab! Das vorhandene WLAN netzt ist äußerst stabil und läuft auch wenn man mehrer Geräte zeitgleich nutzt sehr schnell und komfortabel !
Am Anreisetag empfängt einen der Vermieter freundlich winkend auf der Straße und begrüßt einen freundlich und unkompliziert!
In der Wohnung erwartet einen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein, sowie die Grundausstattung für die nesspresso Maschine.
So das man sich wenn man mag sofort einen leckeren Kaffee zubereiten kann!
Auch sonst ist der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Da die Wohnung in einer kleinen Gasse liegt hat man in dieser seine Ruhe und kann auch mal gemütlich vor der Tür sitzen. Benötigt aber dennoch nur wenige Meter bis zu einer der lebhaften Straßen der Altstadt!
Als sehr angenehm haben wir auch empfunden das eig alles da ist was man von daheim auch kennt und schätzt. Seien es vernünftige Küchenutensilien, wie Messer oder Pfannen oder auch die vorhandene Rolle Küchenpapier!
Abschließend nach einer Woche voll Sonne, Strand, Sightseeing-Touren bleibt nur zu sagen :
