The villa was newly built in 2017. It combines modern standards with tropical flair in the Bahama style of the Caribbean. It is centrally located in the heart of Cape Coral, in a quiet residential area.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers space for up to 6 people.
The living room radiates warmth and cosiness and the large windows make the rooms bright and friendly. The two ceiling fans with palm fronds give a touch of the Caribbean. Adjacent is a small office room with its own desk and armchair.
The dining room overlooks the villa's front garden. A beautiful table stained in dark mahogany offers space for all guests. Here you can spend lovely evenings.
The kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances adds modern comfort to your Florida holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Here you will find a round glass table with upholstered rattan chairs.
The master suite offers comfortable luxury, with a king-size bed and a TV, as well as private access to the pool area. You will love the adjoining bathroom with shower, twin vanities and a deep, luxurious bathtub!
The second guest room at Villa Bahama Bay is also equipped with a king-size bed. This room also offers a TV and its own access to the covered terrace and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom. This one faces the front of the house.
The garden of the house is a private oasis with everything that makes a Florida holiday special. The focal point is the crystal clear pool with jacuzzi. The covered terrace offers sun loungers and a dining area. From here you have beautiful views of the water. From the villa's own small jetty with tiki hat, you have the opportunity to explore the canals and lakes around the villa with one of the two kayaks available. In total, you can sail and explore over 60 km of connected canals.
Your villa faces south and is situated on a wide canal. The dock offers a fantastic view of the opening canal bend. Small water turtles regularly swim curiously around the dock. The sunset is best enjoyed from here with a cocktail in hand.
Shopping facilities such as Publix and Target are only a few minutes away. All golf courses in Cape Coral are within quick and easy reach due to the villa's central location. Leisure activities such as mini golf' the Tropical Breeze Fun Park' or the water park 'Sun Splash' are also close by. Do you want to eat well? Then you have the choice of various restaurants in the area.
The central location, southern exposure and the view over the canal offer everything that makes a relaxing and peaceful holiday so valuable.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.

Location and surroundings of object
Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

- from 90 days before beginning of the rental period: 50% of the invoice amount
- from 30 days before beginning of the rental period: 100% of the invoice amount with the date of receipt at CoralVilla being applicable.
