Overall, you can navigate and explore over 60 km of connected canals. In addition to the good house amenities, you will find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach gear in the garage for your trips.

With our floor plans, which you can find at the end of the photos, we want to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.

Your villa faces south and is located on an extra-wide canal. The dock offers a fantastic view of the opening canal bend. Little water turtles regularly swim around the dock curiously. From here, you can enjoy the sunset best with a cocktail in hand.

Shopping options like Publix and Target are just a few minutes away. All golf courses in Cape Coral are quickly and easily accessible due to the villa's central location. Recreational activities such as mini golf, the 'Tropical Breeze Fun Park,' or the 'Sun Splash' water park are also very close by. Do you want to dine out well? Then you have a variety of restaurants to choose from in the area.

The central location, south-facing orientation, and view over the canal offer everything that makes a relaxing and peaceful vacation so valuable.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.

Location and surroundings of object

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
