Description
Decreed 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a free living-dining area and a saltwater pool + whirlpool.
Our modern holiday villa Westside is available in the southeast of Cape Coral. Through the south-west direction one can enjoy the lunch and evening sun on the terrace, the rooms are bright and friendly. The over-sized infinity pool, 13x24 inches, is of course electrically heatable. Solar heating is also provided. The whirlpool can be heated separately. The modern screen without crossbars offers a breathtaking view over the canal. The house and the outdoor area are equipped with a surround system. All bedrooms have king beds and TV sets. The generous living-dining area offers the extra-long 6-door sliding front the free view of the water. The high-quality open kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires, from the XL refrigerator with ice cube maker to high-quality cooking utensils to the Nespresso machine. With the smart TV you can stream movies with Apple TV or Google Chromcast.
All floors are tiled throughout with wooden flooring. In the garage our guests will find 4 bicycles, a beach umbrella, beachbuggy and beach chairs.
The free view through the oversized sliding front and the modern screen without crossbars on the wide channel guarantees Paradise-Feeling!

Location and surroundings of object
Several golf courses, Sun Splash water park, 9 tennis sand courts, shopping facilities like Publix, Walmart is in 10 minutes achievable. Shopping Malls in Fort Myers, less than 30 minutes on beautiful beaches in Pine Island or Fort Myers Beach. The villa is located in a quiet community, but you can easily get to Pine Island Road to Sanibel Island or the Vetarans Parkway to Fort Myers.

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla
Wie waren als Familie (2 Kinder 16 und 11 Jahre) schon mehrmals in Florida, allerdings eher als Rundreise, noch nie im südlichen Westen. In diesem Jahr planten wir 1 Woche Miami Beach und 2 Wochen Cape Coral.
Das Haus „Villa Westside“ hat uns bei der Buchung bereits begeistert, da es sehr modern erschien und uns die Architektur und Ausstattung sehr gut gefiel, vor Ort waren wir dann noch positiver überrascht. Die Bilder auf der Homepage geben 1:1 das Haus wieder. Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles absolut neu und hochwertig.
Das Haus ist durch die hohe Raumhöhe sehr hell und ingesamt sehr modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, vom automatischen Milchaufschäumer, Nespresso Maschine, über sehr gut ausgestattetes Grill-Equipment, ist alles was das Herz begehrt vorhanden, alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.
Den Pool und den Außenbereich haben wir sehr intensiv genutzt. Durch die Poolausrichtung nach Westen, hatten wir allabendlich tolle Sonnenuntergänge mit fantastischen Farben. Die Beleuchtung des Pools am Abend genossen wir von der Lounge oder aber mit nächtlichen Poolbesuchen.
Die örtliche Hausverwaltung waren sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell zu erreichen. Die deutschen Besitzer waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Lage des Hauses ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. Man fühlt sich sicher. Wir hatten kein Boot gemietet, was sich eventuell durch die Lage im Inneren schwieriger gestalten könnte, sofern man auf das Meer heraus fahren möchte.
Wir haben viele Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Naples usw. gemacht.
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht und uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Wir haben das Haus sehr ins Herz geschlossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder……
