Decreed 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a free living-dining area and a saltwater pool + whirlpool.
Our modern holiday villa Westside is available in the southeast of Cape Coral. Through the south-west direction one can enjoy the lunch and evening sun on the terrace, the rooms are bright and friendly. The over-sized infinity pool, 13x24 inches, is of course electrically heatable. Solar heating is also provided. The whirlpool can be heated separately. The modern screen without crossbars offers a breathtaking view over the canal. The house and the outdoor area are equipped with a surround system. All bedrooms have king beds and TV sets. The generous living-dining area offers the extra-long 6-door sliding front the free view of the water. The high-quality open kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires, from the XL refrigerator with ice cube maker to high-quality cooking utensils to the Nespresso machine. With the smart TV you can stream movies with Apple TV or Google Chromcast.
All floors are tiled throughout with wooden flooring. In the garage our guests will find 4 bicycles, a beach umbrella, beachbuggy and beach chairs.
The free view through the oversized sliding front and the modern screen without crossbars on the wide channel guarantees Paradise-Feeling!

Location and surroundings of object
Several golf courses, Sun Splash water park, 9 tennis sand courts, shopping facilities like Publix, Walmart is in 10 minutes achievable. Shopping Malls in Fort Myers, less than 30 minutes on beautiful beaches in Pine Island or Fort Myers Beach. The villa is located in a quiet community, but you can easily get to Pine Island Road to Sanibel Island or the Vetarans Parkway to Fort Myers.

Dreamy vacation home in Cape Coral
We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Westside in Cape Coral! Upon arrival, we were thrilled: The house is not only well-maintained but also furnished with great attention to detail – just like in the pictures, if not even better!
The amenities truly leave nothing to be desired: a modern, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a spacious living area, and of course, the absolute highlight – the great pool with a view of the canal. We spent many evenings on the terrace and simply enjoyed the peace.
The location is also ideal: quiet, yet central – supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches are quickly accessible. Communication with the hosts was always friendly, fast, and uncomplicated. You can tell that the well-being of their guests is important to them.
We would book this holiday home again at any time and can highly recommend it. Thank you for this beautiful time!

Dream vacation in a dream villa
As a family (2 children aged 16 and 11), we have been to Florida several times, but mostly for road trips, never in the southern West. This year, we planned 1 week in Miami Beach and 2 weeks in Cape Coral.
The house "Villa Westside" impressed us already during the booking process, as it appeared very modern and we liked the architecture and amenities very much. When we arrived, we were even more pleasantly surprised. The pictures on the website accurately represent the house. The house was in very good condition, everything absolutely new and high quality.
The house is very bright due to the high ceiling height and overall very modern and furnished with attention to detail. There was no lack of equipment, from the automatic milk frother, Nespresso machine, to very well-equipped grill equipment, everything the heart desires is available, all very lovingly furnished.
We made very intensive use of the pool and the outdoor area. Due to the pool facing west, we enjoyed great sunsets every evening with fantastic colors. We appreciated the pool lighting in the evenings from the lounge or during nighttime pool visits.
The local property management was very straightforward, friendly, and easy to reach. The German owners were also very friendly and straightforward.
The location of the house is central yet quiet. One feels safe. We did not rent a boat, which may be more challenging due to the location in the interior if one wants to go out to sea.
We went on many excursions by car to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Naples, etc.
We had a wonderful time in this house and felt really comfortable. We have grown very fond of the house and will definitely come back...
