Description
We rent an apartment with total area of 100 m2 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen and living room. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and sandy beach Livacina. In one bedroom there is a bed for two persons (double), in another room we have bed for two persons with extra bed for one more person (triple). The apartment is air conditioned, the living room has a LCD TV with satellite channels and a large sofa. We give to use our own bedding (linen) and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped (pots and cutlery, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cleaning products, ceramic hob with four cooking surface . The apartment is fully tiled. Parking is located directly in front of the apartment. Taxes are im price included. Use of air conditioning, WLAN, cleaning of the apartment at the departure and use of bedding (linen) and towels are free of charge. If necessary, we provide the use of a cot. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. A deposit of 30% of the total price you pay when booking accommodation, the rest of the price upon arrival. In accordance with the period of reservation apartment can be used (time of arrival) from 02:00 pm and must leave (departure time) until 10:00 am. On request we can provide the use of a washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner. Use of washing machine is additionally charged.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is 5 minutes walk from Paradise beach, Črnika and Livacina and tourist centar San Marino. We are located 2 minutes drive from the ferry Rab (Lopar-Valbiska on the island Krk) and 20 minutes (20 km) drive from the ferry Mišnjak (Mišnjak island Rab - Stinica land).
Near our house there are several restaurants, a bakery and shops are within a 5 minute walk. At the same distance (5 minutes on foot) there are the famous sandy beach Livacina, Črnika, Paradise Beach. We are located just a few minutes walk from San Marino, the tourist center of Lopar, however, our neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We rent only one apartment in our house.
In Lopar you can experience a wonderful vacation with your family. Our house is located just 5 minutes walk from the sandy beaches Livacina, Paradise beach, Črnika and the port of Lopar, where you can find varied offer of interesting activities (restaurants - Beach bars, Eis bars, Fast food), you can rent chairs, umbrellas, kayaks or pedaling. Sandy beaches are known for shallow water, therefore are extremely suitable for children and non-swimmers. If you are looking for a quieter beach, in the harbor Lopar you can hire a taxi boat or rent a boat and get to know our natural sandy beach Stolac, Sahara, Dubac, Sturič or Ciganka. Some of these beaches are nudist beach. With taxi boat or glass bottom boat you can visit the islands of Grgur and Goli otok, famous for its historical prisons, on which today You can find restaurants and interesting flora and fauna. In the port of Lopar are several boats that organize trips (excurisons) to the nearby islands of Krk (Baska) or around the island, scuba diving, the possibility to rent a jet or a speedboat towing a parachute. Close to Paradise beach and our house (5 minutes walk) there is a tourist center of Lopar with lots of small shops with souvenirs, clothing, accessories for the beach,, bakery, exchange office, pizzerias, restaurants, eis-bars, fast food, tennis playground, mini-golf, trampolines and other facilities for children. If you like long walks or bike rides in the countryside, in Lopar you can find many made and wild paths through the rocky landscape as well as the beautiful Mediterranean forest. Lopar has more grocery store, pharmacy, post office, gas station, 3 ATM. On the island of Rab (in the town of Rab 10 km away) you have a bank, veterinary station as well as a beautiful historic old town. Every day you have a bus line to the city of Rab. From Lopar You have a ferry to the island of Krk (Valbiska) where there is an international airport. In Lopar there are camp and famous tourist resort of San Marino, which also offer interesting tourist offer. Dream holiday
Our family had a wonderful holiday in the house with sea view this summer 2022. The location of the house was excellent for us. A bit off the beaten track, very quiet, everything within easy reach. The place itself offers nice swimming possibilities and great restaurants. The landlords are incredibly friendly and always approachable. We especially liked the homemade treats that were given to us in between. Service and cleanliness are very important here. Everything is very bright and friendly. We were particularly taken with the balcony. We would book this beautiful accommodation anytime. A dream!!!

Sloping, spacious, clean, air-conditioned, close to beach
A bit out of the way from the noisy crowds in the tourist arcade, but still in the middle of it all thanks to the great view from the large terrace. Flat 3 even has 2 full bathrooms with toilet, so there is no hurry to get ready. Everything is really very clean. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommendable!

Pure holiday, just great
We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children. We stayed in flat no. 3 for 2 weeks. It was fantastic. What did we particularly like? Large spacious terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The flat was very well equipped. Nothing was missing. Very modern and high quality furnishings. Comfortable beds, good functional bathrooms. The couch in the kitchen/living room was also comfortable for our daughter to sleep on. Air conditioning very quiet. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is bordered by the pine forest. It was heavenly quiet provided all the housemates were quiet too. ( We were lucky). The landlady is incredibly nice. There are many tips for excursions, restaurants and even small delicious gifts. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. A family beach is 5 minutes away. Many other very empty and beautiful natural beaches are within walking (short hike) or driving distance. The also very good and relaxed diving school is also only 8 min walk away. There was something for everyone
I already miss the sea view and can highly recommend a holiday in this great flat.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
We have been coming to Lopar for many years, but this vacation rental is simply amazing and pure relaxation. The owners in particular are very warm people, and we are looking forward very much to our next vacation.
