Excellent guest house in the middle of the large Mediterranean garden, in a quiet location and
only 150 m through the park to Paradiessandstrand. Restaurants, cafes, packing and shops
can also be reached within 150 meters. Ideal for your pleasant family vacation.
Our tasteful house has several apartments
for 2 - 5 people, with one or two bedrooms and one or two
Bathroom.
All apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer, wi-fi internet and
a balcony - loggia or terrace with stunning sea views or panoramic views.
Our shady, paved parking lot is in front of the house entrance.
A beautiful courtyard, garden terraces in the shade figs and olives,

Well-known, kilometers long paradise beach, with the shallow sea and warm sand is a paradise for children and adults, to laze, swim or snorkel. On the beach there are various offers such. B: restaurants, cocktail bars, massage, sun beds and umbrellas for rent. Our house (with cozy apartments) is only 150m away by park from the beach.
All beaches and beautiful secluded coves are within easy walking distance of our house and are waiting to be discovered by them.
Numerous excellent restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and shops are within 200 meters of the area.
Resort Lopar
Lopar is a popular holiday resort on the island of Rab, with its diverse bays and 22 unique sandy beaches, including 3 nudist beaches (Stolac, Sahara and Gypsy) ... ideal for a pleasant family holiday ..
Here you will also find many small, secluded coves, where you can relax with family or just a couple in silence, only with the sea.
Many hiking trails, bike paths through incredible nature, with lots of contrasts, stunning views of the sea and other Kvarner island make Lopar an attractive destination, even for an active holiday. The best time to discover and experience island beauty is May, June and September.

Relaxing and familiar
We received a very warm welcome at Pension Katica. Special wishes were catered for directly, and a very familiar and friendly atmosphere is emphasised
The flats are equipped with everything you need and are very clean. The beach of a wide, very shallow bay with clear water can easily be reached on foot in 5 to 6 minutes. The location of the pension is quiet, there are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities, as well as bakeries and a pharmacy, which can be reached very quickly. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the Katica guesthouse.
A very relaxing holiday and recommended for sun-seekers with and without children!

Beautiful holiday and a great stay
This is the third time we have been to Lopar, but the first time with Katica and Boris. It is highly recommended!
The hosts are very friendly and kind. They often brought us something from their organic garden, a beautiful outdoor area. They were always available when we had questions and were always helpful.
The flat was very clean and comfortable, after three days the flat was cleaned and the towels changed. The location is top with short distances to beaches and the centre.
We will be happy to come back!

Nice vacation

Perfekter Urlaub
Tolles Haus mit vielen Unterkunftvarianten für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir waren im EG mit traumhafter Terrasse und Balkon. Super geeignet auch für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung.

Top Unterkunft!
Wunderschöne sehr gepflegte und saubere Wohnung! Alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Katica und Boris sind sehr liebevolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Absolut tolle Pension!
Wir sind mit unseren 2 kleinen Kinder in Lopar bei der Pension Katica gewesen. Wir können sie nur empfehlen! Die Beherbergen Katica und Boris sind mit Liebe und Aufopferung für Alle ihre Gäste da und haben jederzeit für alles ein offenes Ohr. Der liebevoll gepflegte Garten mit Obst und Gemüse wird ebenso liebevoll gepflegt wie die gesamte Anlage. Alles ist zu Fuß perfekt erreichbar und man kann komplett auf das Auto verzichten. Auch die Lage im tollen Ort Lopar ist für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern perfekt. Sandstrand aber auch typische Kroatische Felsenstrände sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch für Sportler/Wanderer ist die Pension perfekte Ausgangsposition. Sie befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu tollen Wanderweg der Rund um Lopar führt. JEDERZEIT WIEDER!!!!

Ein Bilderbuch-Familienurlaub in Lopar
Wir sind montags auf gut Glück nach Lopar gefahren und, nach ein paar Absagen von von anderen Unterkünften in der Nähe des Strandes, bei der Pension "Katica" gelandet.
Durch eine zufällige Stornierung hatten Katica und ihr Mann Boris die perfekte Unterkunft für uns 4 ( 2 Erwachsende und 2 Kinder).
Eine tolle Unterkunft, der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, jede Menge Restaurants rundherum und eine Flaniermaile machen aber noch nicht einen Familienurlaub perfekt, dafür haben nämlich Katica und Boris gesorgt. Sie sind sympatisch, herzlich, zuvorkommend, interessant, humorvoll uvm. Wir haben sie gerne um uns gehabt und ins Herz geschlossen.
Falls wir 2019 wieder Urlaub in Lopar machen, werden wir mit Sicherheit buchen, und zwar bei Katica und Boris!

Again and again with pleasure
We like it very much as a family, nice host family, we cater for ourselves completely, everything we need is within walking distance. Nice guest gardens in the immediate vicinity. We never need the car the whole holiday. Very practical if you are on holiday at a sandy beach and have several children who still like to build sand castles, etc. We have already stayed in the same accommodation 5 times and each time we were very satisfied. There is always something new to discover in the surrounding area.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir kommen schon mehrere Jahre zu Katica & Boris und fühlen uns jedesmal wie zu Hause. Als Gast wird man hier wie ein Teil der Familie behandelt.
Katica & Boris sind zwei sehr liebevolle sowie hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben hier wirklich Freunde gefunden die den Urlaub auf dieser schönen Insel noch perfekter machen.

Beach holiday with friends
Perfect beach holiday in a family atmosphere. Nice, well-maintained guesthouse in a great location in Lopar, central to the unspoilt beaches and bays on this side of the island. It's not for nothing that many of the house guests have been coming back regularly for years and enjoy the hospitality of the owners. I have been going to Katica for 20 years and enjoy it every time.

Holiday with Katica and Boris
We spent a wonderful holiday with Katica and Boris. The house is situated on high ground in a large garden. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The beach and the restaurants are within walking distance. We have been coming to Lopar for several years and always to Katica and Boris. It is simply beautiful here. There is a parking space in front of the house.

Holiday with friends - welcome with open arms
It was a very nice time in the large holiday flat! There was no lack of equipment, the flat is large, bright, airy and very clean. Once it rained and Katica saved our laundry on the balcony from the thunderstorm. A great all-round service and very very nice and warm hosts! We will be happy to come back!

Simply perfect!
Katica and Boris are much more than just hospitable, they really take care of you completely! Nothing is missing here, great garden, great rooms and above all everything very clean and the one or other glass in the evening together! You really make friends here and we will definitely come back more often! I can only recommend to put the big hotels aside and support such guesthouses with excellent hosts!

Once at Pension Katica and never again anywhere else
It is just perfect, the quiet location, the beautiful garden, the equipment, the cleanliness, the parking space - everything is there, not to mention the landlords Katica and Boris. We have developed a wonderful friendship and for years we have been going to the beautiful south as often as possible, nothing more needs to be said. (Be sure to take olive oil and mirto with you, it's a dream to make yourself)
