Only 5 minutes on foot from Paradise beach lies our new built, Gescmackvolles, family friendly house "Mare E Sabbia".
In the house we have 3 beautiful and comfortable apartments, one with one and two with two double rooms, all with very nice sea view.
All you need for a leisurely holiday's nache house (Lebensmittelgescheft, bakery, restaurants ...).
From us, you have a few minutes walk to the city center, but our neighborhood is really quiet.
All apartments have air conditioning in every room, every sleeping room has a lot Baden rooms, completely aligned kitchen, living room, satellite TV, free wi-fi, sea view balcony and parking.
The price includes the Aufenthaltsgebuhr, registration, air conditioning, a car park, the bed linen, Handtuher the dishes and.
As hosts we will endeavor that you spend us your vacation comfortable and carefree.

Dream vacation
We, a family with one child, stayed in the upper room at the end of July. The apartment is really well furnished and we didn't miss anything. The host Iva is very very nice and helped us a lot when we wanted something. The apartment is very clean. The path to the beach, no matter which one, is only a few minutes' walk away. We had a wagon, which made it even easier. Parking is available at the house.
We will definitely come back.

again and again with pleasure
we spent a great week with Iva. We had the flat on the top floor with a great view. In the attic flat there is a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower and a terrace with enough space for a table and 4 chairs. The sea view is priceless! Iva is a great landlady and host. You can easily talk to her in German. Already on arrival Iva had valuable tips for us, e.g. where to go for a good meal (Fortuna = top) or even a full fruit basket in the kitchen. Before we left, Iva surprised us with a plate of homemade pancakes. Hand on heart... where else can you find something like that?
We rated everywhere 5 stars except the location (only 4 stars) The way to the beach is definitely doable on foot, well it drags. We recommend a beach trolley or a folding lounger on wheels which can also be used as a means of transport
Beach: we liked the small beach (easier to reach from the flat) next to Paradise Beach better. The beach is really sandy and there is sand in the water (so you don't need to wear shoes) and what was surprising was that the deckchairs were actually all around. Where else can you find something like that? Maybe only before the high season but always there
We had a great week in Lopar. And the capital Rab is a must-see. Very much worth seeing! So to all those who are still thinking about it.... it is definitely worth it...Rab, Lopar and the flat with Iva :-)

Die Ausstattung ist modern. Die Aussicht toll. Nette Vermieterin. Volle Punktzahl bei der Ausstattung kann es nur deshalb nicht geben, weil bei einem 4-Sterne-Haus Kleinigkeiten wie Weingläser, Gemüsemesser, Geschirrtücher, vorhanden sein sollten. Die Kaffeemaschine, von der wir dachten, sie sei verkalkt, stellte sich bei Abreise als neu heraus. Wir hatten aber Zeit und somit 45 Minuten auf den Kaffee gewartet. Das war aber unser Fehler. Hätten wir der Vermieterin gleich Bescheid gesagt, hätte diese sicher sofort einen Ersatz gesorgt. Wir haben den Urlaub bei Fam. Jakuc sehr genossen und sind richtig erholt wieder nach Hause gefahren. Vielen Dank.

RAB-URLAUB 2016
Ein neu gebautes Haus mit bester Ausstattung, sehr nette und freundliche Hausbesitzer, in schoener Lage und mit herrlichen Blick auf das Meer.
In der ruhigen Umgebung haben wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und kommen im naechsten Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Super Urlaub mit atemberaubender Aussicht!
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und ist top gepflegt. Besonderer Service: Bettwäsche und Handtücher ohne Aufpreis! Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist super, man schaut direkt aufs Meer! Die Hausbesitzer sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung zu 100% weiter und werden auf jeden Fall noch mal kommen!

Sehr gut und modern ausgestattete, saubere, geräumige Wohnung.
Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche.
Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer vorhanden.
Hand- und Badetücher werden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.
Tolle, ruhige Lage mit super Blick aufs Meer. Zum Strand gemütliche 10 min. Fußweg.
Sehr nette Gastgeber.
Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub und Gastgeber
Ein sehr schönes Appartment mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern ausgestattet mit Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, was natürlich an den sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern liegt.
Ein Highlight ist natürlich abends auf der Terasse zu sitzen, wenn der Mond langsam hervorkommt.
Jedes Zimmer hat ein Bad, alle 2 Tage werden neue Handtücher gestellt. Die Küche ist geräumig.

Jederzeit gerne wieder!
Das Haus liegt befindet sich auf einer kleinen Anhöhe. Kleiner Nachteil die Steigung. Aber der Balkonausblick auf's Meer lässt einen die kleine Strapaze vergessen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhige Umgebung, man ist nach wenigen Minuten am Strand, bei der Bäckerei, Lokalen, Supermarkt etc. Wir waren in Appartment 2. Selbiges ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und die Besitzer Iva & Zdenko sowie Söhnchen Jacob sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
