We Feriewohnung cca 50 m2,1 bedrooms, 1 bathing room, living room and kitchen. In the bedroom we have 1 double bed for 2 person with additional bed for one person. In the living room we have a large sofa that can be converted into a bed for up to 2 people. The apartment balcony has with sea views to the beach Livacina In Apartment we have air conditioning, LCD TV with satellite programs. We give our bed linen and towels. We can make your clothes washed in the washing machine for our extra 5 Euro per wash (up to 2 times a week washing machine is use for free). In kitchen you have kitchen utensils, smittel, large fridge freezer, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob (ceramic hob) and dishwasher. Air conditioning, wireless Internet, tourist tax, bed linen / Towels and the apartment on departure are free in. In all Holiday tiles on floors. Parking is also available. If necessary, the use we give a cot. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. A deposit of 30% of the total price you paid on booking, the rest of the price on arrival. Location and surroundings of object
In Lopar you can have very beautiful holiday with your family. Our apartment is 5 minut by walk far from sandy beaches Livacina, Paradis beach, Crnika and harbor Lopar where can man many interesting activities and facilities (Find diverse Restaurants- Beach bars, ice-bars, fast food), you can deckchairs, umbrellas, kayaks and pedal boats. Beach is known for its shallow waters, suitable for children and non-swimmers. If you are looking for a quieter bay you can take from the port by taxi boat, or rent gliser and our natural sandy beaches Stolac, Sahara Bay, Dubac, Sturič or Cigankabucht meet. Some of these beaches are naturist. Can you come with taxi boat or glass boat to islands Grgur and Goli. Both islands are known for historical prisons, jetz can man on both islands Restaurants Find Interesant flora and fauna. In the harbor you can more ships that organize trips to the island of Krk or around the island of Rab, diving school, you can rent jet skis, or you may speedboat with parachute try. Very close by Paradis beach and our house (5 Minut on foot) is the city center where you can many small shops with souvenirs, clothes, beach accessories, children's place, bakery, exchange office, pizzeria, restaurants, ice-bars, fast food, tennis court, find mini golf, trampolines and other equipment for children. If you love love long walks or Radfaren in nature, Lopar has beautiful furnishings and wild paths through rocky landscape, but also the beautiful Mediterranean forest. In Lopar we have more shops, Ambulant, pharmacy, post office, gas station, 3 ATM. In Rab (town of Rab - 10 km from user home) there are bank, vet, Outpatient and beautiful historic old town. Each day ride the bus from Lopar city Rab. Lopar there are ferries to the island of Krk, where the International Airport is. In Lopar there Campsite and great Hotel resort San Marino also offer interesting tourist facilities. Whether you want wiessen wass else in Lopar you have to see or find, it is best to ask board in our tourist.

We are 5 Minut (2 km) by car to travel far from the ferry port Lopar (Lopar-Valbiska island Krk) and 20 Minut (20 km) by car to travel far from Mišnjak Ferry (Rab Mišnjak - Stinica country).

Great holiday apartment with sea view.
The landlady welcomed and looked after us very warmly. We felt at home in the very well-equipped apartment. We can highly recommend the holiday flat and will definitely come back.

Best family vacation
We had an incredibly amazing time with the Jakuc family. They are so warm and helpful. This vacation was better than any all-inclusive vacation. We will definitely come back.

Nice vacation!
We were very very satisfied with everything! Very friendly and warm hosts. Always attentive. A very good service. The apartment and the house in general are very tastefully furnished and very clean. We felt welcome :) We would come back anytime. What was also particularly nice... very child-friendly:) personally, this was very important to us. Many thanks for everything!!

Perfect accommodation and host!
We are totally enthusiastic, both about the super beautiful, new apartment with absolutely fantastic views, and about the lovely host family. Everything was very, very clean and well-equipped (everything has been considered, you can even use the washing machine at any time). The decor is very tasteful and modern. Beautiful beaches and very good restaurants can be easily reached on foot or by car. We would like to express our sincere thanks once again to the Jakuc family and gladly recommend them!

Traumurlaub
The island of Rab, Lopar, and especially the holiday apartment of the Jakuc family made our family vacation a dream vacation. Everything was just perfect. After the long journey, we were warmly welcomed. The very clean and well-equipped apartment had everything: fresh fruit, drinks, all necessary household items, and the balcony with a fantastic view of the beach and the bay. We even saw dolphins one evening. At the house, a barbecue area, playground, and many children's toys (such as balance bike, pedal car, scooter etc) can be used. We were also always happy to help with questions or problems. There are countless, mostly flat sandy beaches, green forests, and mountains with unique views. Everything is neat and clean. No garbage or litter can be seen anywhere. However, those who want to explore the island and Lopar should better have a car or bicycle. A special highlight for the whole family were also the ferry rides to and from the island. In addition, our discoveries in almost untouched nature (including geckos, squids, fish, dolphins, various plants) while walking and snorkeling thrilled all family members. And the old town of Rab (tip: especially in the evening) enchants everyone with its romantic atmosphere. Conclusion: The island, Lopar, and especially the accommodation of the Jakuc family are highly recommended for a relaxing family vacation.
