Our apartment is located in a very central location. Beach and Dishoek are 2 km away.
Domburg, Middelburg, Vlissingen and Zoutelande they can be very easily reached by bicycle. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village Koudekerke, very quiet location, in the direction of Dishoek and the sea.
Koudekerke has all the amenities that you need; Supermarket, bakery, bike rental, snack bar, restaurants, terraces and cafes.
An ideal starting point for a beach vacation or for active vacationers who want to do on foot or by bicycle something.

Highly recommended!
The holiday apartment is simply fantastically beautiful. Peter and Rogine welcomed us very warmly. We felt so comfortable and were very grateful that we were allowed to bring our dog. It was very clean, well maintained and well equipped with attention to detail. The location is great. It is advisable to bring or rent bicycles. There is even a small hut for the bicycles that you can lock. With the bike you can quickly reach the beach. The beach and the dunes nearby are beautiful - perfect even with the dog. The bakery in Koudekerke was good and there were also some shopping facilities nearby. The fresh eggs from the chickens were also very tasty. All in all, simply beautiful and relaxing. Anytime gladly again :-)

Very nice apartment
The vacation apartment is simply wonderfully beautiful. Peter and Rogine welcomed us very warmly. We felt so comfortable and were very grateful that we were allowed to bring our dog. It was very clean, well maintained and well equipped with attention to detail. The location is great. If we come back next summer, the construction site will also be finished. Everything is quickly and easily accessible. We are already looking forward to July 24th.

Deceleration on holiday
Relaxing days in this wonderful holiday flat. We felt very comfortable again. The quiet location, the very well equipped flat, the animals, the very nice hosts Rogine and Peter... everything just fits. You can really relax here in a few days. You can reach the shops (bakery, Jumbo, Aldi) in a few minutes by bike. Short way to the beach - about 6 minutes by bike. Fresh eggs from happy hens. We will be back next year.

Beautiful holiday
We spent a very nice holiday here. On arrival we were very warmly welcomed by Rogine and Peter. In addition, we were always provided with delicious eggs from happy chickens. We will definitely come back, which I'm sure our dog will be very happy about.

Beautiful days in Zeeland
We stayed for 5 nights in the very beautiful holiday flat. We were immediately struck by the idyllic location at the end of the village with horses and chickens in the yard. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome and were greeted with the farm's own eggs. The flat convinces with a very cosy and modern furnishing, where you can relax even on rainy days. Moreover, the shopping facilities, restaurants and the beach are within walking and cycling distance. The proximity to other places, such as Middelburg, is also ideal for day trips
All in all, the flat is highly recommended for a nice holiday for two at the coast.

Feel good on holiday
We had a very nice time. The landlords, Rogine and Peter, were very friendly and sympathetic. Koudekerke is a beautiful place without the usual tourist hustle and bustle. You could make great bike tours along the coast from here
along the coast. The beautiful beach is only 2 km away.

Tolle Unterkunft mit gemütlicher Ausstattung
Der Empfang durch Rogine und Peter war sehr herzlich und angenehm.
Die Lage ist am Ortsrand doch sehr zentral und eignet sich hervorragend für ausgedehnte Touren mit dem Fahrrad, die wir im Schuppen unterstellen konnten.
In der gemütlich eingerichteten Dachgeschoss Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was eine Ferienwohnung haben soll.
Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Es ist eine liebenswerte Gastfamilie, auch unser kleiner Hund Benny hat sich auf der kleinen Farm sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Rogine und Peter sind tolle und jederzeit nette Vermieter. Sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft. Es fehlt an nichts. Von den frischen Eiern der freilaufenden Hühner ganz zu schweigen. Im Juni kommen wir wieder, und freuen uns bereits jetzt auf unsere Radtouren.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub! Besser geht`s eigentlich nicht.
Das Appartement ist groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Der Standort ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

Pure relaxation
We were here for the first time.
The landlords are very friendly and the flat is fantastic
What rounds it all off are the many animals that are on the property..... Horses, a pony, chickens, a duck, sheep and cats. And always fresh eggs - just great.
Even though the time was short, we had a really good rest.
Thank you very much; we will definitely come again.

Total liebenswerte Gastgeber.Die Eier waren natürlich die Krönung.Peter hat uns sogar noch welche mitgegeben bei der Abfahrt.Dann auch noch ein Strandhaus , was will man mehr.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte zu Gast bei Rogine. Die Ferienwohnung ist am Rand von Koudekerte gelegen.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Sauberkeit ist oberstes Gebot. Wir hatten Nichts zu beanstanden. Fahrräder kann man separat in einem Schuppen abschließen. Morgens gibts es frislche Eier von den eigenen Hühnern des Hauses. Das Meer erreicht man bequem in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Supermarkt / Gelegenheit lecker zu essen in näherer Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
