Description
The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and towel radiator.
The sunny south-facing garden features a covered and illuminated terrace, deck chairs, and a Kamado grill. The planting is still relatively young, already offers pleasant privacy, and will become denser in the coming years.
The chalet is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is child-safe. Two bicycles are available, beautiful bike paths lead through the surroundings. A handcart with beach chairs, sun umbrella, and toys provides leisure fun. Fast Wi-Fi and a private parking space nearby are available. The beach is within walking distance, perfect for walks, bike tours, or relaxing days at the beach.
Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels must be brought along, but can optionally be rented. The chalet is pet-free and offers everything to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the coast.

We understand that plans can sometimes change. That’s why we have clear and fair cancellation policies, based on the RECRON terms and conditions for holiday accommodations. More than 3 months before arrival: 15% of the rental price will be charged. Between 3 and 2 months before arrival: 50% of the rental price will be charged. Between 2 and 1 month before arrival: 75% of the rental price will be charged. Within 1 month before arrival: 90% of the rental price will be charged. On the day of arrival or later: 100% of the rental price will be charged. Service costs such as tourist tax, accommodation fees, and cleaning fees, as well as the security deposit, will be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation. In case of early departure or non-use of the accommodation, there will be no refund of the rental price. The payment obligations arising from this cancellation policy remain in effect, regardless of whether payment has already been made. We strongly recommend that you take out your own travel cancellation insurance with your insurer or during the booking process. This way, you can avoid having to bear the costs yourself in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Great short vacation
The chalet is very lovingly furnished. We had a great time there with our 3 children. There are indoor games, sand toys that can also be used at the beach, and a small soccer goal. Additionally, there is a cart and 2 bicycles available. The kitchen is also very well equipped. We can definitely recommend the chalet 100%.
