Welcome to our comfortable apartment Lindeneck!
Light-flooded, spacious rooms in a harmonious colour scheme with exclusive furnishings offer you the perfect setting for a relaxing stay: light granite floors, high-gloss EB kitchen, walk-under washbasin with designer mirror, ground-level extra-wide shower and underfloor heating in the bathroom, Wifi. The open living and dining area with kitchen is almost 50 sqm and very bright all day thanks to large windows. The apartment has its own barrier-free front door leading directly to the parking spaces. Extra wide interior doors. The apartment is a dream for guests who appreciate spacious living and is therefore particularly suitable for families with children, senior citizens and people with disabilities. Pets not allowed (exception: therapy/ guide dogs by arrangement).
The flat offers you a large entrance area, storage room, a shower room with washing machine and dryer (free of charge), two large wheelchair-accessible bedrooms with satellite TV, spacious living area with satellite TV, music system, large sofa, armchair and WiFi as well as a large adjoining kitchen with dining area.

Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children under 3 years in a travel cot (120x60)
Living area and kitchen merge into each other and are almost 50 sqm in size. You can expect a high-gloss EB kitchen in basalt grey and worktops in white granite. At the 1.00 x 1.90 m dining table you can dine, play, chat with the whole family ... The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 people. There is nothing left to be desired in terms of equipment.
In spite of Germany's highest number of annual sunshine hours, we have made provisions for usseless days: you will find a large number of games, game collection, UNO, memory, puzzles, Yenga, card games etc.. For the little ones there are building blocks and Duplo bricks. Colouring and pre-school books + knowledge and quiz games. For cosy reading hours, we have a large number of good novels and numerous children's books (from read-aloud books to teenyboppers) ready for you. Or you can treat yourself to fresh waffles from the waffle iron. You can use the wifi connection with your laptop, smartphone or iPhone.
The two bedrooms are very large, can be completely darkened and have satellite TV.
Each room has a double bed with a mattress in hardness level 2 and 3, a total of three beds with a senior bed system (electric slatted frame, also height-adjustable). Bed gallows available if required.
One room with comfort entrance height 65 cm, in the second room entrance height adjustable from 45 cm upwards, which is especially suitable for guests in wheelchairs!
Large wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Two baby cots with extra thick mattress, hygiene pad and changing mat available free of charge. You can choose between winter beds with down and allergy-suitable summer beds without down.
In the large bathroom you will find a heated floor, a towel warmer, a bathroom radio and a level access maxi shower measuring 115 x 150 cm. Two mirrors and a washbasin that can be accessed from underneath make for a relaxed start to the day! WC with handles. Sufficient storage space. Hairdryer, soap, cosmetic tissues, mirror and toilet paper are provided free of charge. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine and dryer for free use.
A large hallway and a spacious storage room offer further storage space. Free use of a rollator and a shower/toilet chair if required.
Our terrace is over 11 metres long, enclosed with a beech hedge and closed off to the car park with a solid wooden gate. You will find a table, 6 adjustable chairs, 2 loungers, parasol as well as a high quality Weber electric barbecue. In summer, you are surrounded by greenery and flowering shrubs. Spend wonderfully relaxing hours there! A beach lounger, windbreak, parasols etc. are available for your visit to the beach, easy to transport in our trolley.

Location and surroundings of object
Our new dream flat is located in a quiet apartment building built in 2008. The 104 sqm barrier-free living space extends over almost the entire lower floor. The terrace is west-facing, approx. 11.5 metres long, completely enclosed and gardened. There you are protected from view and wind. Two parking spaces, one of them extra wide, are located directly in front of the entrance door.
The house is situated on a traffic-calmed street. The location is very central. The bakery is 30 metres diagonally opposite, the Edeka is 200 metres around the corner
The Zingst promenade is 150 metres away. It is only 450 metres to the pier (wheelchair-accessible beach) and to the endless, white dream beach (textile, nudist and sports beach) gently sloping into the sea. Various restaurants and bicycle rental can be reached in a few minutes
Rostock (Warnemünde, harbour with cruise ships, ferry to Denmark, old town, Karl's farm) and Stralsund (maritime museum, Ozeaneum, huge Hansedom fun pool) as well as Rügen can be reached quickly by car in an hour. Hiddensee, Barth and Born can be visited by boat from Zingst harbour. The Darßer Ort lighthouse is 11 km away from Prerow by horse-drawn carriage, bicycle or on foot. A new climbing forest is located in Born, about 20 minutes away by car.
Zingst is located on the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, in the middle of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschft nature reserve. The former fishing village has developed into a popular Baltic Sea spa, but has managed to retain its charm. The unique natural landscape with its fauna and flora is breathtaking and can be explored by bike or on foot along kilometres of well-maintained paths. A special kind of spectacle is offered every autumn from September to November, when tens of thousands of cranes visit the peninsula as a resting place on their flight south. During a boat trip on the Bodden, the evening flight of the cranes can be observed particularly well. The annual New Year's Eve party at the pier is legendary and attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Our apartment is completely on one level on the ground floor and extends over 104 sqm. The flat is absolutely barrier-free and suitable for wheelchair access due to the spacious layout. Since there are no stairs, this exclusive flat is also particularly suitable for families with (small) children, senior citizens and guests who are not so good on foot. And for everyone who appreciates high-quality furnishings combined with plenty of space!
We know from experience that especially when travelling with children, mothers are happy about all the things you don't have to lug around. Therefore, when you arrive, there are already many useful little things ready for you: kitchen roll, coffee filters, aluminium foil, baking paper, straws, dishwashing liquid, tabs for the dishwasher, freezer and bin liners, yellow bags, candles, lighters, hairdryer, cosmetic wipes, make-up mirror, soap, toilet paper, umbrellas etc
Two baby beds with extra thick mattresses, a high chair, a trip chair and a changing mat are available free of charge in the apartment. Towels and bed linen can be rented optionally from us. You will find a large number of beach toys for your children, as well as a large, stable handcart. In the storage room you will find cleaning products, spare parts, tumble dryer, vases, iron and ironing board.

Fantastic
The apartment Lindeneck is centrally located in Zingst. The apartment is excellently equipped with everything the heart desires. Lovingly, modernly furnished with great taste. Nothing is missing. Even consumables and spices are sufficiently available. The kitchen has everything you need. Since I enjoy cooking myself, I could "let loose." Comfortable sofas and excellent mattresses ensure relaxation. The bathroom is also a highlight. Parking lot in front of the house and everything well planned for people with disabilities. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect holiday apartment
We spent 2 weeks in the perfectly equipped vacation apartment. Nothing was missing. Just unpack your personal items and already feel at home. Everything was thought of down to the smallest detail. It is also perfectly suitable for wheelchair users.

Can't get any better!
We had another wonderfully relaxing stay in Zingst in your great apartment! Even during our now third visit, we felt very comfortable and everything was perfectly prepared again. I already told your housekeeper how great it is that as a guest you really don't have to worry about anything because everything is there! That's not the case in other vacation rentals and it makes your apartment something special.
Aside from that, your apartment has been furnished with a lot of love (including attention to detail) and just appeals to us.
Thank you very much for everything, you will definitely hear from us again next year!

Fantastic New Year's Eve!
We had a wonderful time in your vacation rental! The apartment is amazing! We didn't miss anything. Thanks to the kind Mrs. Schröder, who prepared everything wonderfully. We will be back in July and are already looking forward to it!

Exceeded all expectations!
We struck gold with this apartment! Close to the beach, the baker with a small café right opposite, and the furnishings of the apartment left nothing to be desired! Handicap accessible (a wheelchair for the shower available, also a walker), two high chairs for children, plenty of carefully selected games, (children's) books, household items of all kinds (more than in our own household), washing machine, dryer, electric adjustable bed slats in the beds. The apartment matches exactly the description put together by Mrs. Wiesmann. We have never experienced anything like this before! Usually only half of the description in apartment listings is accurate or exaggerated, but in this case - simply amazing! Not least, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness. My family and I are very sensitive to that! But there was nothing to complain about. On the contrary, we couldn't stop marveling. Mrs. Wiesmann, along with Mrs. Schröder (who was very friendly on the phone with me) and the team, created a super beautiful, ground-level, cozy, and modern oasis in the heart of Zingst. We were guests in the apartment from March 12 to March 19, 2017, together with my parents, for whom this vacation was a gift from us for their round birthdays and at the same time for their golden wedding anniversary. Mom has difficulty walking and climbing stairs and felt very comfortable in the apartment. We will all not forget this week! Many thanks again to Mrs. Wiesmann and Mrs. Schröder for the warm welcome with champagne, card, and chocolates! P. S.
