Description

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet apartment complex.
It is accessible via the stairs. The car can be parked in front of the complex.
Because it is located at the top of the complex, it has a beautiful view on all sides.
At the front, of the Hilbachsee with swimming bay and water ski track. At the back, of the green slopes, meadows, and forest towards the Hochheide Nature Reserve.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds and thick toppers. 1 room has a double bed with a sitting area. The other room is a bit smaller and has 2 single beds.
A spacious kitchen with dining area.
In the kitchen you cook on a ceramic hob with oven. There is a Nespresso machine, fridge-freezer combination, and microwave.
The living room has a spacious corner sofa and bar table (to enjoy the beautiful view), 65 inch TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and spacious washbasin.
