Here you will find a spacious dining room, a cozy living room, a pub room with bar and beer taps and a game room with foosball, darts and large screen TV. The wellness area is also second to none. Here we offer a large sauna with panoramic windows and views over the river and valley, as well as a relaxation room and a shower room with foot basin and resting benches.

Large simple house. Unfortunately, showing signs of age.
If you don't expect too much, you can have a good shared vacation in the house. Unfortunately, the pictures and information do not match. Instead of 6 bathrooms, there are only 2, some of which are also faulty, and 3 guest toilets separately, with an ice-cold shower room with 2 showers in the basement. The furniture (wardrobes, sofa set, etc.) is also very broken and unattractive. The kitchen equipment is good and the various lounges are nice. The sauna with the panoramic window is very nice. This and the common room enhance the entire house. The communication with the landlord was uncomplicated. However, since it is located on a busy main road, it is unfortunately very noisy, and you have to like the quarter-hourly ringing of the church bells from 7.00 a.m. Overall, it's okay, but we wouldn't book it again.

Family weekend at the Lemmerquelle
Very nice house, everyone found space to play, eat, sleep, and also to be alone. Well-kept bed linen, clean rooms, and bathrooms. Sufficient glasses and dishes for everyone. Shelves are missing in the fridge. Pans should be renewed. An industrial dishwasher would be great. Beds were good, but some mattresses were quite worn out. All in all, we were thrilled. Unfortunately, the key safe does not work.
