A beautiful break in Noordwijk

By chance and a booking gap, we ended up in the Zomerbries house and felt very comfortable there. The house is small, but lovely, and it had everything we needed for a vacation. The house is located in a very quiet residential area, a bit away from the tourist crowds, yet very close to the beach and the town. The landlords are very nice; what more could you want? If we come to Noordwijk again, we would be happy to stay there again.

Very nice, clean holiday home with terrace and parking. The amenities are excellent. Nothing is missing. Very close to the sea and the city, everything the heart desires. Local places nearby. Very nice rental, we would love to come back. What is also important to me is that dogs are welcome. It was a very pleasant, quiet stay with wonderful weather.

Our short vacation in Zilte Zee - A relaxing paradise for two and four-legged friends

We, 2 adults - 71 and 63 years old, and 1 dog, 3 years old, medium-sized, were allowed to vacation for the first time in Zilte Zee at the beginning of September. One week was planned, but due to the weather, we left after the 4th day. And that was very unfortunate because Zilte Zee is such a lovingly decorated, bright, and clean holiday home. The outdoor area is beautifully designed, and if the weather is nice, you can sit there very comfortably - in the evenings it is very romantic with the various lights. We were also surprised at how well we could sleep on the mattresses. The whole facility is up to date, kitchen appliances, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning. And the shower is great. It was also fantastic that the dog beach is easily reachable on foot, and the city and other shopping possibilities are also within walking distance – not difficult for us seniors at all, and certainly not for our dog. However, he didn't want to climb the stairs, he's not used to it - or did he want to be carried? ;-). The garage provided, two streets away, was also helpful. Last but not least - the warm welcome from the landlord and the availability when we had questions twice, we received immediate help. Thank you for that, and we wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful holiday home.

Very nice holiday cottage, very friendly hosts, great location.

We were completely satisfied with the little house. The location is perfect in a quieter part of Noordwijk aan Zee, but not far from the beach and the many beach clubs. The shopping street and many dining options are also within walking distance. The furnishings are very good, and everything was cozy and very clean. The hosts live right next door and are really nice. A highlight in the house is the sink on the upper floor right by the window. Great idea! We have two small suggestions that would make the equipment complete: roller blinds/sun protection for the windows on the upper floor for the hot season and clothespins for windy days :-). Thank you for the lovely time in Noordwijk aan Zee! We will definitely come back!

Traumhafter Urlaub

So we were in Noordwijk again and spent 3 wonderful weeks there. Beautiful small summer house, parking right in front of the door. Beach, center, everything within 10 minutes reach. Great friendly owners who are always there immediately when you have a wish. We will come back.

Delightful little house in the center

We had a wonderful holiday in Noordwijk. The cottage is small, but very complete. The upstairs area is accessible via a narrow staircase. It was super clean and everything you need is there. Very nice that towels and bed linen were included. Also, comfortable beds. The cottage has a private parking space in front of the door, which saves you €15 per day, and is located about 500 meters from the beautiful Noordwijk beach.

We really enjoyed it. The apartment, the location, many sights. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. The landscape is beautiful and the house was top-notch, very clean, nice, the beach is not far away, many shopping opportunities. The town is nearby. I stayed there with my two children and our two dogs. Our dogs also enjoyed the holiday very much. We can definitely recommend it and we would always holiday there again. Simply top-notch.

Super great holiday house

We felt comfortable from the beginning. The vacation home is exceptionally clean and has a perfectly equipped kitchen. Bed linens and towels are in top condition, there is enough consumables like dish soap, paper towels, etc. The TV is equipped with Apple TV, a high-quality Bluetooth speaker and dimmable lights complete the offering.
The location is good, to get to the nearest meadow with the dogs you have to walk a little bit.
It would be recommended to have an additional mirror in the single room, a small trash can at the sink upstairs, and possibly a motion sensor light on the stairs...but that is complaining at a high level.
We would love to come back.

Very nice little house

The holiday home is equipped with everything you need and was very clean upon arrival. The bedrooms are a great size and cozy. The kitchen is fully functional and has everything you need. You can also sit outside in the sunshine. The owners are very friendly and helpful and even offer to exchange the bedding and towels for longer stays. Additionally, it's not far to the beach or the city. Everything is within walking distance. It's also great that you can use the parking space in front of the house without any additional costs. And our dog also felt comfortable :).

Sweet little house in a great location

We spent a wonderful week in Nordwijk. The house is in an absolutely great location: you can walk to the beach, the dunes, or the Wilhemina-Boulevard in 5 minutes. You can actually leave the car behind. We went on a family vacation with our dog. A dog beach is also within walking distance in a few minutes. The house is perfectly furnished, in bright colors, tastefully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The hosts are very warm and helpful. We felt absolutely comfortable and would come back anytime.

Small but nice

The house has everything it needs. With parking in front of the door and our bicycles we could lock them up in a separate garage. The kitchen equipment was great, everything was available from the dishwasher to the capsule coffee machine. The only thing that could bother someone is the small sink in the bathroom, but that is more than sufficient for a week's vacation. The apartment is very clean and communication with the landlords was super easy and uncomplicated. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely holiday at Zomerbries in a beautiful small apartment with first-class amenities and very nice hosts. Towels, kitchen equipment and everything you need is available. Also suitable for holidays with dogs. The bathroom is small but okay. The bedrooms are upstairs and can be reached via a steep staircase. The first days were very hot and humid in Noordwijk, with no relief in the evenings. Then it is not pleasant to stay in the bedrooms. All ways to the city, the beach and the dunes are within walking distance.

Summer vacation with a dog?

It was a beautiful week in Noordwijk! The house offers everything the heart desires, starting with a great cozy decor, with a lot of attention to detail. Everything you need is available, whether for cooking, for coffee, toaster, kettle, towels, bed linen, etc. Very clean. Everything was perfect, can only recommend this to everyone, which I have already recommended to my circle of friends. Very friendly landlords, many thanks to Maurice & Stefanie ter Weeme. Very dog-friendly, so my dog Enzo saw the house as his own. The location is perfect - within about 8 minutes, you reach the beach. Everything can be reached quickly on foot, like the beach promenade, pedestrian zone for shopping, and also for groceries. Thank you once again for everything, it was a great time! The holiday home is very lovingly decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there. The staircase is very steep, the bathroom is very small but in good condition. It is great that the beds are already made. Sufficient towels and kitchen towels are also available. You can park your car directly in front of the house. We were also allowed to store our bicycles and bike rack in the lockable garage. The beach and the center are easily accessible on foot. The hosts are very nice and always available and approachable. The holiday home Zomerbries Noordwijk completely met and even exceeded all our expectations. The host/landlord was extremely helpful, friendly, and always approachable. The holiday feeling set in immediately upon entering the small, sweet holiday home. The parking space directly in front of the holiday home was super convenient for loading and unloading luggage and shopping. The location is quite central and only a five-minute walk to the beach, and shopping facilities can also be easily reached on foot.
We would book this accommodation again at any time!

Beautiful holiday flat for couples with or without dog

We stayed in the Zomerbries flat in May 2018
The flat is not very big, but very clean, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need.

Towels, tea towels, dishwasher with tabs, dishwasher detergent, washing machine with detergent, freshly made beds and even shower gel, hand soap and coffee pods were available. We could have had fresh towels after a week.
The stairs are quite narrow and you need a little practice climbing up and down. But with time it is not a problem

The free parking space right in front of the house and the free Wi-Fi are great.

The landlord welcomed us very nicely on arrival and gave us the most important information.
During the entire stay, the landlord was not intrusive, but always available.
There were also enough documents about Noordwijk and the surrounding area in the holiday flat, so that you could get good information about the place and the possible leisure activities.

The beach with many great pavilions is about 5 - 10 minutes walk away and very clean.
The boulevard with many cosy restaurants can be reached in the same time.
The city centre with a variety of shops can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes on foot.

On departure, we noted a few small things for improvement (holder for shower gel in the shower). This was implemented directly and sent to us by e-mail with photo evidence and kind regards :-)

All in all, it was a very successful holiday for us.
We can unreservedly recommend the Zomerbries holiday flat and will certainly come back again.

Feel good, arrive, relax

We had very bad weather and had to spend a lot of time with the child in the accommodation. We were therefore very grateful that we rented this small, fine, tastefully and nicely furnished house.
The landlords are also very nice and helpful. The equipment is well maintained, all newly renovated.
The beds are comfortable. We didn't miss anything. The stairs are a bit steep, but we know that from many other small houses. We managed it without any problems with a small child.
It was pleasantly quiet, especially with a child, we were relieved by the quiet street. Parking space right in front of the door - great!
The beach is not far away, a nice walk to the city center. We can only recommend it!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

We stayed with our dog in the holiday home for a week and felt very comfortable all around. Our experiences with the landlords, who live in the house next door, were also first-class: They are there when you need them, but in no way intrusive, just great as previous speakers mentioned.
The house has its own parking space, which is almost a super plus in Noordwijk! The facility is lovingly detailed, complete, and lacks nothing, we got along great. The proximity to the beach and yet the "heavenly peace" at night contribute greatly to relaxation. Noordwijk is our absolute favorite after testing many other holiday destinations in the Netherlands. There is good food, delicious cappuccino, bars to relax after a beach run, very nice shops, and otherwise nothing is missing . . . . . WE'RE NOT GOING BACK TO HOUSE SUMMER BREEZE and to Noordwijk

The Zomerbries is a newly renovated, very tastefully furnished holiday home. We stayed with 2 people and 1 dog in this house, which was completely sufficient in size. The location is very central, you can walk to the center and the beach in 5 minutes. Parking is right in front of the house. Television (many German channels)... Washing machine with dryer... very good for longer stays. The kitchen has everything you need. The 2 bedrooms are very well equipped. enough cabinets for the clothes. I can only concur with the other vacationers about the landlords. . . . . super nice. . if you need help they are there. . . . . but by no means intrusive 100% TOP. Also, there is the possibility to store bicycles. We were thrilled and will definitely come back! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

the apartment is completely newly renovated and well-equipped. Everything is very clean and in very good condition. Short distances to the beautiful dog beach, a lovely shopping street that is easy to reach on foot. The holiday was very relaxing. We would book here again.

Beautiful and cozy holiday home!

The house is very clean and newly furnished. Everything you need is available.
The landlords are super nice. Everything went smoothly. We were in Noordwijk for the third time and this little house was our favorite.
We will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable!!

In the mentioned period, we were guests for the first time at the ter Weeme family. The little house made a very well-maintained impression from the outside. It was great that we had our own parking space right in front of the house, which is not common for a holiday home in Noordwijk! Behind the large double-wing entrance door, which can be darkened with a curtain if needed, is the living-dining room and the kitchen. From there, a small corridor with a wardrobe and the bathroom with toilet can be accessed. From the living-dining room, a staircase leads to the upper floor. Very pleasant, a separate, small washstand has been installed there. On the left, we found a bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed, on the right, a smaller bedroom with two single beds and bedside tables. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Even a washing machine with integrated dryer and a dishwasher are available! There is a small 3*** freezer compartment integrated in the fridge, which is great in hot weather! TV with German-language programs and WiFi are available.
Conclusion: We would come back anytime! The house is very clean and tastefully furnished. The equipment is like new, the beds impeccable! The ter Weeme family, who live right next door, are very nice, accommodating, friendly, and humorous. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment! Thank you for the great time!!

Beautiful holiday home near the beach.

We spent three days in the vacation home and we really liked it. The house was very nice and modernly furnished. All the kitchen utensils we needed were available. The booking and payment process went smoothly and uncomplicatedly. The beach and town center are easy to reach on foot. Supermarkets are also located nearby. We can only recommend this accommodation.

Schönes, modernes Sommerhäuschen

The Sommerbries house is very tastefully and practically furnished. Finally a house where all kitchen utensils were available. The beds were also great. The location is ideal for beach lovers. There is also a free-roaming area for dogs in the dunes nearby. So perfect. The landlords are very nice and respond immediately if something is broken. I can definitely recommend the little house.
