Welcome to our fully renovated holiday home! From April to June 2022, we have redesigned this cozy holiday destination for 2 people, complete with a beautiful south-facing terrace and air conditioning.
The location is simply perfect - just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches, the vibrant boulevard, and the breathtaking dunes.
On the ground floor, a stylish entrance welcomes you, seamlessly transitioning into the modern open kitchen. Here, you can showcase your culinary skills and indulge in some culinary delights. The living room is the ideal place to relax after an exciting day. A large flat-screen TV and WiFi provide entertainment and the best connectivity.
Via a charming staircase, you reach the first floor, where the beautiful bedroom with two comfortable single beds (180 x 200) awaits. The view from the window shows you what a fantastic day lies ahead in the morning. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, a washbasin (including a hairdryer), and a stylish toilet.
You'll also love the outdoor space. The terrace is surrounded by a lovely fence and invites you to enjoy cozy moments outside. Have your breakfast in the sun or end the day with a glass of wine.
Your culinary well-being is well taken care of too. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a high-quality coffee machine (Nespresso), a toaster, a modern dishwasher, an oven, a practical vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine and dryer.
Another advantage is the secure parking in our private garage, just about 350 meters away, which you can use for free.
You don't need to worry about anything here. Comforters, pillows, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets are all included in the rental price.

Great vacation - great location

Super bed, modern furniture, beautiful shower and everything was super clean!
You could also sit outside in the garden. Everything could be locked. We had a wonderful vacation and will come back. Highly recommended!
If anything, maybe a coat rack downstairs and some space for clothes were missing (for a 3-week vacation)!

Unfortunately, we were unable to travel due to illness, so we cannot evaluate the accommodation, but the pictures and reviews speak for themselves! But we can evaluate the way the landlords handled the situation, and it was very positive!:
Many thanks to Stefanie and Maurice, who responded very warmly to our sudden cancellation (one day in advance) and promptly sent us the necessary documents (cancellation invoice) for the travel insurance. Additionally, the accommodation was immediately made available in the occupancy calendar to possibly find spontaneous guests (also important for insurance!). In every subsequent email, they inquired about our well-being and wished us a speedy recovery, offering further assistance if necessary. It couldn't have gone any better or nicer!
We will definitely book the accommodation at a later date.

Holidays to feel good
We spent a few wonderful days in this bright, newly and very tastefully renovated flat. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The small outdoor area is sheltered from the wind and invites you to linger in the sun. The flat is within walking distance of the beach and we could conveniently park the car in a nearby garage. The communication with the landlords was completely uncomplicated and very reliable.
Dear Stefanie and Maurice, thank you again. You have redesigned "Zilte Zee" wonderfully! We will be happy to come back!

Highly recommended
We received a very nice welcome from Maurece. Although we had booked only 4 days before, everything worked perfectly. The small flat is very clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable.
It gets warm very quickly when you come in from the beach and are freezing.
We enjoyed our short holiday there so much that we will definitely recommend it to others.

Autumn holiday with dog ?
As soon as we arrived, we were very enthusiastic about the accommodation. It offers all comforts and is very modern and clean. We wanted for absolutely nothing. The host family is very friendly and was at our disposal for any request.
The beach is only a few minutes away and all shops for daily needs are within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ferienhaus „Zilte Zee“ zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen!
Liebe Familie Ter Weeme,
wir haben uns in Ihrem sehr schönem Ferienhaus „Zilte Zee“ sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gemütlich, hell und technisch optimal eingerichtet.
Der kleine feine Außenbereich rundet das Ganze ab. Wir konnten in Ruhe die Sonne genießen.
Auch die Lage ist sehr günstig, da wir zu Fuß den (Hunde-)Strand schnell erreichen konnten.
Wir waren aber auch schnell in der Fußgängerzone bzw. im Supermarkt.
Wir können Ihr Haus nur weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Haus Zilte Zee
Das Haus, welches wir für unseren „Miniurlaub“ gebucht haben, ist ein Traum! Sehr moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung, sodass wir uns sofort heimisch gefühlt haben. Zudem ist die Stadt und der Strand in fussläufiger Nähe. Die Familie, welches das Haus zur Verfügung stellt, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir empfehlen es sehr weiter und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen!
Lieber Maurice, liebe Stefanie, was für eine schöne Woche durften wir bei euch verbringen . Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral zum Strand und mit soviel Liebe neu gemacht und eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts und super sauber. Die Terrasse ist niedlich, eingezäunt, geschützt und läd für Frühstück am Morgen oder ein schönes Glas Wein am Abend ein. Wer mit Hund reist, sehr zu empfehlen der Hundestrand befindet sich genau in der Nähe über den Parkplatz rechts am letzten Strandabschnitt runter laufen und rechts am Strand lang, hier können sich die Hunde austoben ohne Leine. Auch kann man dort ungestört sich den ganzen Tag am Strand aufhalten mit Hund. Bei den Strandbars an diesem Abschnitt sind Hunde auch gerne willkommen. Dieser Strandabschnitt ist auch sehr wenig besucht auch zu empfehlen wer seine Ruhe haben möchte und man kann in diese Richtung unendlich weit laufen. Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Geschäften läd zum bummeln ein alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Lidl ist auch im Ort hier muss man aber mit dem Auto fahren sonst sind andere Läden auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Maurice ist für alle Fragen immer zu erreichen, persönlich auch vor Ort und hat viele sehr gute Tips. Wir werden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder kommen, danke an euch! Annett, Tilo und Hund Luna ♥️

Zilte Zee
Wir haben unseren ersten Hollandurlaub im Ferienhaus Zilte Zee der Familie ter Weeme sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und komplett neu renoviert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die eingezäunte Terrasse bietet genügend Platz zum entspannten Frühstück. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder kann man dort auch abstellen. Ein Highlight sind die schönen Bars am breiten Norseestrand (5 min. zu Fuß).
