The holiday flat is located on our 1700 sqm property in Lüttkevitz, halfway between Altenkirchen and Wiek.
With 90 sqm, it extends over the entire ground floor of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for a long holiday with cooker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, freezer and refrigerator and offers plenty of space for the family breakfast or the larger dinner. The 35sqm living room is equipped with a dining table, couch corner, flat screen TV and plenty of space. A maximum of 2 additional people can sleep on the pull-out couch. The large panorama windows let the summer in and offer a wonderful wide view. In both bedrooms you will find a double bed (190*200 or 140*200 - both with separate mattresses) and of course a wardrobe for everything you need on holiday. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower at ground level. The flat has underfloor heating and can be rented all year round. The installation of baby cots or an extra bed is possible
Of course, patio furniture and a sun lounger were also part of your holiday home. During your evening barbecue, you can watch the sunset over Hiddensee and listen to the wind blowing across the fields.
If the sun is too hot in summer, you are sure to find a shady spot on the 1500 square metre property.

Location and surroundings of object

On the Wittow peninsula, 2 km each from Altenkirchen and Wiek, your holiday home is located in a small district of Wiek.
The property is surrounded by wide fields. In spring you can enjoy the rape blossom and in summer the smell of freshly mown grain. Autumn also has its special features. Geese rest in the surrounding fields and cranes pass overhead again and again with loud calls
As the last in a small row of semi-detached houses, you have a clear view over the fields and meadows. In the distance you can see the Hiddensee lighthouse and above the Bodden the kitesurfers' umbrellas flash in the sky. You can quickly reach the northern beach or the shore of the Bodden on well-developed cycle paths, and the beach of the Schaabe is not far away either.
You will find shopping facilities in Altenkirchen and Wiek and restaurants are also within easy cycling distance. the nearest bus stop is 200 m away.
Wiek is a resort that stretches along the Bodden of the same name. In the centre of the village there are shopping facilities and restaurants. The small harbour has developed into a centre of attraction for the Wittow peninsula. In addition to restaurants and the marina, the recently restored chalk bridge invites you to look around and promenade. From your holiday flat in the district of Lüttkevitz, you can reach Wiek in a few minutes by bike.
