Centrally located in the village, in a quiet cul-de-sac.
It offers space for 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years.

The cosy bedroom has a double bed. The wardrobe with mirror offers enough space for your wardrobe.
The third bed is an extra bed.
The kitchenette is modern, equipped with dishwasher, microwave and various kitchen appliances.
Living area with comfortable couch, flat screen TV, radio and CD player.

The south-west terrace is equipped with a seating area, wooden garden bench and parasol.
Beach chair April-September at the beach of Dornumersiel.

A supermarket with bakery is within walking distance.

Location and surroundings of object

You will spend your holiday in a central, quiet residential area.
The beach is approx. 1300 m away.

By car: Either via the A31 to Emden and then via Norden (the town) to Dornumersiel, or via the A1 and the A29 to Wilhelmshaven and then via Wittmund and Esens to Dornumersiel, or via the A1 and the A28 to Leer and then via Aurich to Dornumersiel. For exact route planning, please use Map24
The North Sea resort of Dornumersiel with the district of Westeraccumersiel belong to the municipality of Dornum in East Frisia.
There is an approx. m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment as well as a heated open-air seawater pool.

In the village you will find the Kurmittelhaus, supermarket with bakery, small shops, bicycle rental, various restaurants and cafes.
Mini-golf, boat hire, skating rink, tennis, open-air seawater swimming pool, deep-sea fishing with the MS Freia, play barn in the reed house by the sea.

Outpatient spa treatments are possible in Dornumersiel. Talk to your family doctor.

High chair, travel cot 120x60 (currently not available for hygienic reasons) and parking space free of charge.

The municipality of Dornum charges a visitor's tax:

High season:

Cancellation terms:

**Translation to English:** **Cancellation by the Tenant** The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by submitting a written declaration to the landlord. The decisive factor is the time at which the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, he/she must pay a lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amounts: - Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least €25) - Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50% - Thereafter and in case of no-show: 80% The tenant retains the right to prove that the landlord has suffered no loss or a significantly lower loss. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the tenant may nominate a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in his/her place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if this person appears to be economically or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the rental agreement, both the third party and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rental price and any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party. The landlord is obliged, in good faith, to re-rent any accommodation not taken up and must offset any savings thereby made against the cancellation fees claimed. It is recommended that the tenant takes out travel cancellation insurance.
