The holiday home is in a quiet, idyllic location directly in the coastal forest of Koserow. The access road to the house is a private road and is only used by the people who also live in the holiday home settlement.
You can reach the Baltic Sea beach in approx. 600 - 700m by foot through the coastal forest.
The next shopping market in Koserow is also about 600 m away. At the shopping market you will find a butcher, baker, savings bank, hairdresser, pharmacy, Stolz department stores', fitness centre, ice cream parlour, petrol station This beautiful newly built holiday home, which was rented out for the first time in July 2014, is located in a newly built holiday home development not far from the Baltic Sea beach. It is located directly at the coastal forest of Koserow. Absolutely quiet and idyllically situated without through traffic.
