Ideal for family vacations! The new holiday home for 6 1 people (up to 4 years) is located in a cottage area and right on the romantic coastal forest. Access to the beach via a forest road to the natural stairway on the cliff. In the colder months or fresh summer evenings invites a fireplace for a cozy fireside chat. 2 parking spaces are at the house. Small garden shed for garaging of bikes available. Koserow is located at the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and the island of Usedom Usedom. The new holiday home complex is located at the southern end of Koserow and directly in the middle of quite beautiful old beech forest. Up to the cliffs with beach access via a natural stairway is about 500 meters, or 7 minutes. Before you cross it the Usedomer hiking and biking trail that is a direct connection between Peenemünde and Swinoujscie. The beach is wide and fine sand. Ideal starting point for sports activities such as cycling, hiking, swimming. On the backwaters (about 10 km) sailing surfing and diving courses are offered, it is possible to drive yourself boat and in the season offers a variety of cultural attractions to Koserow (Kurplatz old church). Zu empfehlen
Das Haus ist für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern perfekt. Super ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Küche, Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl...uvm.
Das Angebot mit den Handtüchern vor Ort ist auch gut, aber ich hab sie gleich vor Ort nochmal gewaschen, da sie nach Rauch rochen.
Die Sauberkeit war iO, aufgrund dessen das das Haus sicherlich ( Corona geschuldet) länger leer stand, nur die Silberfische haben uns sehr irritiert. Mit einem krabbelnden Kind nicht so gut.
Sonst tolle und ruhige Lage, etwas abseits aber mit Rädern kein Problem.
