The house offers 105 m² of ample space for up to 4 guests, with two cozy bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Enjoy time together in the living room by the crackling fireplace or on your own terrace overlooking the well-kept garden. A private parking space is available directly at the house. The open kitchen is fully equipped: Here you will find, in addition to a ceramic hob and extractor fan, a refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and all dishes – ideal for sociable meals at the large dining table. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth at any time of year.
Additional amenities include TV, satellite TV, radio, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and a hairdryer. The house is intended exclusively for non-smokers and is also ideal for a longer stay. Large windows let in plenty of daylight and offer a beautiful view of the lovingly landscaped garden. Here, children aged 5 and up can play while you relax on the terrace. Koserow is located at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom. The holiday home is situated in a quiet holiday home area not far from the Baltic Sea beach. In 5 to 7 minutes you can reach the central cycling and hiking trail and the beach via the coastal forest and a staircase.
Via roads and paths you are quickly in the center of the Baltic Sea resort Koserow. Koserow has a variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and cafés, and there is also a small shopping center and Karl's Strawberry Village. With your spa card, you can use the Usedomer Bäderbahn free of charge since 2024.
