Perfect accommodation and great hosts.

We spent 12 wonderful days in your house. Even one of our dogs didn't want to get into the car on the day of departure! We found it difficult to leave the great and very high-quality furnished house. Everything was perfect on this vacation. It couldn't have gone better. You offer a perfect accommodation in a gorgeous environment with your houses. Thank you for that. We will definitely come back.

A weekend we will not quickly forget!!!

In order to celebrate our mother's 50th birthday in a special way (during this Corona time), we rented Möwennest from the Ott family as a surprise for our mother. From the first contact, we felt the hospitality, which was only increased upon arrival at the house! Everything in the house is well-maintained and perfectly furnished! You notice everything this family does to rent out the holiday home in order to provide everyone with a pleasant stay and enjoy it to the fullest. We will definitely come back here and recommend a stay to everyone!

Great week in North Holland

We spent a very nice week at Mövennest house and surroundings. The house is very well-maintained and modernly furnished. Everything has been thought of and the kitchen also offers all comforts. There is enough space for 6 people in the house and in the garden, as there are plenty of rooms inside and seating areas outside to be able to retreat a bit. Particularly shaded, cozy, and pleasant for sitting is the pergola entwined with vines (also a barbecue area) in the garden. The beach is very beautiful, clean, and guarded, so that depending on the weather, wind, and waves, but also calmer waters, everyone, young or old, small or large, could frolic in the sea. We were extremely satisfied and will gladly come back.

Dreamlike short holiday

We thank the Ott family for the wonderful short holiday. The house is furnished with a lot of love and very well equipped! There was nothing missing . The surprise on our arrival is very successful , there were fresh flowers on the table and homemade jam as a welcome . Even a very nice Advent wreath was there ! We enjoyed the time very much also with sauna and whirlpool . I would especially like to thank you again for the surprise cake for my husband's birthday! That was very sweet and thoughtful !!! All in all a very successful short holiday . Thank you very much for that and we will definitely come back again .

Ganz tolle Ferien

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful and very well-maintained holiday home with our adult daughter and dog. We lacked nothing: plenty of space for everyone, a nicely fenced garden where the dog could be left alone, and very comfortable beds. The beautiful bouquet of flowers, homemade jam, and even dog treats as a welcome gift were a lovely gesture that we appreciated very much. Julianadorp itself and the magnificent beach were wonderful. Also, there are great landlords that we had the pleasure of meeting in person. All I can say is: "Goodbye Julianadorp, until next year."

Seagull's Nest Ooshduyne

We had 2 great weeks in a very beautiful and well-equipped house. The hosts, whom we had the pleasure of briefly meeting, do everything to ensure their guests have a successful holiday. Starting with the welcome greeting to providing an additional fridge at short notice (as it was very hot). Julianadorp is a lovely small holiday resort with fantastic beaches. We felt very comfortable and will certainly not be the last time there.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

We, three siblings, had a pleasant stay at Möwennest. A house that offers everything a vacationer needs. The kitchen is fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. The bedrooms are sufficiently spacious, and we slept well in the beds.

We were a bit unlucky with the weather. The sun was rarely seen, it was cool, very windy, and even quite stormy on two days. It's no wonder there is a windbreak on the terrace. It was a good place to relax behind it.
Our dog also enjoyed it. Since the garden is completely fenced in, we could let him run around there without constantly watching over him.
The holiday home complex was very quiet, even though almost all houses were occupied. If you want, you can play tennis, mini golf or golf. You can reach the beach in half an hour if you walk briskly. There is also a café there from which you can observe the sea beautifully in a sheltered spot. In the reception building of the complex, there are three bowling alleys and a restaurant. We ate there on "Schnitzel Tuesday," and it was good.

In the village, there is, among other things, a shopping center with three supermarkets. Also, a fishmonger sets up his stall there three days a week. The freshly fried kippling (fish) was delicious.

We also had the luck to personally meet the landlord couple. It was a very nice interaction. We would like to thank you again for the lovely welcome gifts.

We can definitely recommend the vacation home without reservation.

Top Ferienhaus

We were guests on vacation for a week in this very beautiful, newly renovated, and lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday home. Everything is bright and friendly with beautiful and comfortable furniture, the garden is very beautiful, there are 2 terraces with comfortable garden furniture. We have been taking holiday home vacations for 20 years and this was the most beautiful one. We happily recommend the house for a nice holiday.

Guaranteed relaxation

We have been coming to Möwennest regularly for years and have always felt very comfortable there. The house has now been modernized, the bathrooms are newly renovated, there is a sauna and whirlpool for days when the weather doesn't cooperate, and we have rarely slept as well on holiday as in the fantastic box spring beds. Now that the beautifully overgrown property is completely fenced in, we were able to let our dog relax in the garden without worrying that he might decide to explore the surroundings. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a fresh bouquet of flowers, homemade jam, and waffles, which made us feel immediately at "home" again. Ralph and Katha Ott are warm hosts, and we will definitely come back to the Möwennest.

Let your soul dangle

Long before our vacation (1/2 year), we were prepared for our holiday by the Ott family via WhatsApp and email. Just before our departure, the last good wishes for the journey and the holiday feeling soared. Upon arrival, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, delicious homemade jam, and cookies greeted us. Great reception! The house is spacious with an open living-dining area, and we felt very comfortable with 6 people. Great facility, fully equipped. Close to attractions and public transportation.

5 Sterne Urlaub

We were in the north of the Netherlands for the first time and really enjoyed our vacation! The garden was fantastic for our dog, of course. Family Ott are truly the kind of vacation landlords one could wish for. Everything in the house just fit perfectly! Due to the weather conditions, our boys (10 and 12) really appreciated the free Wi-Fi, and they also missed having a football field in the park (typical boys). We would like to thank the Ott family once again for a great two-week vacation!

Dear Ott family, the Seagull's Nest was truly a beautiful home for us during our vacation, quiet, cozy, and very nicely and fully equipped. We lacked nothing. Additionally, we had great weather. Erholung pur

We, 4 adults and 1 dog, know the holiday region very well and spent our vacation for the first time with the Ott family. We are thrilled. Great service starting from the booking (constant exchange of information via email and personal guest box). Upon arrival, we received a friendly welcome from the landlord and welcome gifts (tulip bouquet and delicious homemade jam). The house leaves nothing to be desired. Through the layout, with bedrooms and shower upstairs and bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, ideal for 2 couples. This way, everyone has their privacy and a retreat. A big plus for dog owners is the fully fenced garden. A reunion is being planned.

That's how vacation should be - great !!

We were able to spend our Easter days with our daughters and dog in this beautiful house. Unfortunately, our daughters had to leave after Easter because the semester break was over. Therefore, we had this lovingly and tastefully furnished house all to ourselves. We don't even know what we liked best, whether it was the relaxing nights in the box spring beds or the morning shower with the rain shower... maybe also the whirlpool, which my husband occupied all the time . Unfortunately, we didn't manage to use the sauna at all, as the weather was very good to us, we had 8 days of sunshine. :)
Even the dog was happy and needed 15 minutes in the morning to inspect the entire property, which is of course fenced in, meaning that we were able to call a large garden our own.
The house is in top condition, completely newly renovated, not a spot on any of the white wallpapers. We walked to the beach every day, along the beautifully blooming fields of tulips and daffodils...so beautiful. Even the contact with Ralph and Katha Ott, the landlords, could not be more heartfelt, you can tell that they enjoy what they do! Arriving and feeling comfortable is very simple here...Tulips are on the table, as well as dog treats, cookies, and homemade jam as a welcome gift... One thing we know, we will come back (we've already booked :)))

We will gladly come back...

We wanted to escape the carnival hustle and bustle and felt very comfortable in your holiday home. Great equipment, we didn't miss anything. Unfortunately, the weather didn't play along, but with the fireplace and sauna, we were still able to relax superbly. We highly recommend the tapas bar in Julianadorp and the beach bar "paal6".
