Description
The Möwennest located in Golf & Beach Resort Ooghduyne, one of the most beautiful parks in the Netherlands, in very good and quiet location directly behind the dunes. The house has 130m² of living space. These are divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, an open kitchen with dining and living room with a wood fireplace and large TV. From the kitchen and the living room leads into the garden.
On the good 420m² large and recalcitrant property there is a barbecue area under vines, a sun terrace on the living room and a sun terrace facing the kitchen exit.
The free WIFI internet connection in the house is self-evident.

In the park the new swimming pool was opened in 2016! In addition to the A-class golf course are also tennis, various children's playgrounds and currently 1 restaurant at your disposal. There is a 9-hole golf course (A status) par 70. It is laid out according to the standards of the Dutch Golf Federation and has A status. It is a typical meadow area with mixed planting, difficult bunkers, water areas and impeccable "greens" with driving range "on water". There is also a 9-hole golf course for beginners (see G. Pitch and Put), mini golf course, tennis court, children's play garden ...
The direct environment:
The surrounding area offers a wide range of relaxation options. The high dunes are about 900 meters from the park. Beach 1,400 meters. On a cycle and footpath that leads through the tulip fields, you come directly to the sea. The beach is wide and clean, reminiscent of regions that most of us have traveled by plane so far! Dogs and horses are admitted depending on the season. The beach was awarded several times with the environmental prize of the EU, the "Blue Pennant".
Julianadorp offers best shopping. You can reach the old village by car in a few minutes or even better by bike. Many shops are located around the market square: bank, butcher, Aldi, Lidl, Deen, flowers, pharmacy, doctor, etc.
By car and bike: Through the dunes leads a beautiful bike path from Den Helder to The Hague. Along the way you will discover, among other things, the nature area "Zwanenwater", the unique Hondsbosschezeewering and further away Europe's largest lock area in Ijmuiden.
In the east of the province, the 'Afsluitdijk' connects North Holland with Friesland. The construction of this dike was completed in 1932. Since then, he has been closing all of Holland from the dangers of a North Sea flood. The province of North Holland offers much more: Island of Texel (15 minutes by car to the ferry), Cape Holland Den Helder (uA visit to a submarine).
You will find water sports everywhere, especially the "Golden Century" towns Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn invite to visit. But also Volendam, Edam, brands and of course Alkmaar with its cheese market should not be forgotten. Amsterdam, the capital, is best reached by train from Den Helder. In short, you have little time left to return home.
You can also become an active fisherman or woman yourself. From the Oever, cutters leave daily with guests to fish on Watten or in the North Sea.

Holiday home for feeling good
We had 2 super great weeks. The booking went smoothly and the landlords are always reachable. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable. The bed was also comfortable and not worn out. The location is also great, even with a dog. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and the landlords and would love to come back.

We were able to spend a great vacation here at the Möwennest house. We lacked nothing, the house is furnished with a lot of love and you immediately feel welcome and comfortable. The hosts are very nice and questions are always answered promptly. We would love to come back.

Outstanding in everything - immediately booked again
We spent a week in a dream vacation home with our English Setter. Everything is lovingly, high quality, and beautifully furnished. In the fenced garden, there are beautiful, partially covered seating areas everywhere. You can always sit in the sun. We weren't so lucky with the weather, but that can't be changed. Therefore, we appreciated the spacious house with sauna and all imaginable comforts even more. An oasis in a beautifully designed holiday park with good sea air, pure relaxation. The hosts informed us exemplary about everything and warmly welcomed us with a personal surprise, even for our dog. Their personal and loving touch is felt everywhere. Energy-saving measures have already been invested in. Exemplary! May all guests use the Möwennest 70 responsibly and gently, thoroughly clean the coffee machine, and contribute to the hosts' ability to continue renting out this wonderful property.

Dear Family Ott,
we spent two wonderful and relaxing holiday weeks in your house "Möwennest."
We have been coming to Julianadorp for years - also to the Landal Park - and have rented many holiday homes. The Möwennest is absolutely top-notch, starting with the highly professional booking with guest box, etc., and continuing with the complete and high-quality furnishings. The house and the garden are very spacious (we were 6 adults and a shepherd dog) and leave nothing to be desired. Of course, the overall condition and cleanliness were excellent.
We were also positively surprised by the welcome greeting, which included consideration for the dog.
We would love to come back, but unfortunately, our desired dates for Pentecost and summer 2025 are already fully booked.
Hopefully, we can return in 2026.

Absolutely recommendable!
We felt very comfortable in the Möwennest. It is a wonderfully clean, well-maintained and spacious holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. Another positive feature is the spacious parking area in front of the house, which was the envy of our short-term neighbours from across the road who had two cars... Everything has been thought of in the Möwennest. We were very happy about the welcome package and immediately felt welcome - thank you very much!
We would come again - absolutely recommendable!

Mögen alle Gäste das Möwennest 70 verantwortungsbewusst und schonend nutzen, den Kaffeevollautomaten selbstverständlich gründlich reinigen und dazu beitragen, dass die Gastgeber weiterhin dieses wundervolle Objekt vermieten.
zwei tolle und erholsame Urlaubswochen haben wir in Ihrem Haus „Möwennest“ verbracht.
Wir kommen schon seit Jahren nach Julianadorp - auch in den Landal Park - und haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet. Das Möwennest ist aber absolute Spitzenklasse, das fängt bei der hochprofessionellen Buchung mit Gästebox etc. an und setzt sich bei der kompletten sowie hochwertigen Ausstattung fort.
Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr großzügig (wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Schäferhund) und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Selbstverständlich war auch der Zustand insgesamt und die Sauberkeit erstklassig.
Positiv überrascht waren wir auch über den Willkommensgruss, bei dem auch der Hund bedacht wurde.
Gerne kommen wir wieder, leider sind unsere Wunschtermine Pfingsten und Sommer 2025 bereits ausgebucht.
Dann hoffentlich 2026 wieder.

wir haben uns in Ihrem schönen Ferienhaus in unserer Urlaubswoche sehr wohl gefühlt. Angefangen von dem netten Willkommensgruß, der kompletten Haus-Ausstattung, den komfortablen Betten war alles für uns perfekt. Gern kommen wir, wenn es passt, wieder und können das Möwennest bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Zuletzt noch herzlichen Dank für den sehr netten Kontakt und die unkomplizierte, tolle Abwicklung.

Sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Mit dem Wetter hatten wir etwas Pech. Die Sonne war selten zu sehen, es war kühl, sehr windig und an zwei Tagen sogar ziemlich stürmisch. Nicht umsonst ist auf der Terrasse ein Windschutz angebracht. Dahinter konnte man es gut aushalten.
Auch unserem Hund hat es gut gefallen. Da der Garten vollständig eingezäunt ist, konnten wir ihn dort laufen lassen, ohne dauernd nach ihm zu sehen.
In der Ferienhausanlage war es sehr ruhig, obwohl fast alle Häuser belegt waren. Wer will, kann Tennis, Minigolf oder Golf spielen. Zum Strand kommt man, wenn man zügig läuft, in einer halben Stunde. Dort gibt es auch ein Café, von dem aus man windgeschützt schön das Meer beobachten kann. Im Rezeptionsgebäude der Anlage gibt es drei Kegelbahnen und ein Restaurant. Wir haben dort am "Schnitzeldienstag" gegessen, es war gut.
Im Ort gibt es u.a. ein Einkaufzentrum mit drei Supermärkten. Und an drei Tagen in der Woche ist dort ein Fischhändler mit seinem Verkaufsstand vor Ort. Der frisch fritierte Kippling (Fisch) war köstlich!
Wir hatten auch das Glück, das Vermieterehepaar persönlich kennenzulernen. Es war ein sehr netter Kontakt. Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich für die netten Empfangsgeschenke bedanken.
Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Ein herzliches Willkommen mit Blumen und leckerer Marmelade, wir werden Sie gerne weiterempfehlen! Vor allem kommen wir gerne wieder... Danke liebe Familie Ott :-)
Jetzt wurde das Haus modernisiert, die Bäder sind neu gemacht, es gibt Sauna und Whirlpool für Tage, an denen das Wetter nicht so mitspielt und wir haben selten im Urlaub so gut geschlafen wie in den genialen Boxspringbetten.
Da das schön eingewachsene Grundstück nun komplett eingezäunt ist, konnten wir unseren Hund ganz entspannt in den Garten lassen, ohne Angst zu haben, dass er auf die Idee kommt, die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns ein frischer Blumenstrauss, selbstgemachte Marmelade und Waffeln, wir haben uns sofort wieder "zu Hause" gefühlt.
Ralph und Katha Ott sind herzliche Gastgeber und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder ins Möwennest kommen.
Bei der Ankunft leuchtete uns ein toller Strauss Blumen, die leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade und Kekse entgegen. Super Empfang!!!
Das Haus ist durch den offenen Wohn- Essbereich gross und geräumig, wir haben uns mit 6 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Einrichtung, komplett ausgestattet.
Wir bedanken uns nochmals bei Familie Ott für 2 Wochen tollen Urlaub !!
Selbst der Hund war glücklich und brauchte morgens 15 Minuten um das ganze Grundstück, was natürlich eingezäunt ist, zu inspizieren, bedeutet das wir einen grossen Garten unser nennen durften.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem top Zustand , völlig neu renoviert , nicht ein Fleck auf einer der weissen Tapeten .
Wir sind jeden Tag zu Fuss zum Strand gelaufen, entlang der herrlich blühenden Tulpen- und Narzissenfelder .....so schön.
Selbst der Kontakt zu Ralph und Katha Ott ,die Vermieter , konnte nicht herzlicher sein, man merkt den Beiden an , dass sie das was sie machen gerne machen !
Ankommen und wohlfühlen, das ist hier ganz einfach ... Tulpen stehen auf dem Tisch , sowie hundeleckerli, Kekse und selbst gemachte Marmelade als Willkommensgruss....
Eins wissen wir , wir kommen wieder ( haben schon gebucht :))))
