Enjoy the beautiful lake view from the balconies of our two exclusive holiday apartments, each approximately 80 sqm in size. Both apartments are tastefully and modernly furnished and offer high comfort with wooden floors and underfloor heating. Each apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen area, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and an open shower design; additionally, there is a separate guest toilet in each apartment. The upper bathroom also offers the luxury of a bathtub. Both apartments accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartments also feature a terrace or a large terrace balcony. Equipment also includes a television, a stereo system with CD, and free Wi-Fi. The house is located just 150 m away from the Baltic Sea beach, in a quiet and idyllic location on a forested property. Shopping facilities and restaurants are easily reachable by foot, so everything is in close proximity. Ideal for relaxing days at the Baltic Sea.

The holiday house with only two apartments is beautifully located on a largely untouched forest property, only 150 meters from the most beautiful sandy beach and a dune landscape with extensive pine forests in a quiet area, yet immediately adjacent to a town with comprehensive tourist infrastructure. Baabe is a Baltic Sea resort on one of Rügen's most beautiful sandy beaches with dune landscapes, bordered by pine forests with a healthy stimulating climate. The Strandstraße, as the "Boulevard" of Baabe, has numerous cozy cafes and restaurants to linger and enjoy. All shopping facilities, as well as doctor and dentist, are available. Many leisure activities such as: boat trips, scenic rides with the historical steam locomotive "Rasender Roland", biking tours and hiking in the biosphere reserve, relaxing in beach chairs, cultural events at the Haus des Gastes, fun pool in the neighboring town and much more.

Prices are seasonal from 59 € to 129 € and refer to an occupancy with two persons. Each additional person €10 surcharge. Linen packages can be ordered for 25€. Pets on request 10 € . Arrival on weekends from 4 pm, departure until 10 am.
A 10% deposit is due upon booking, the balance 14 days before arrival.
