The house with wooden floors and thatched roof is tastefully furnished with 2 bedrooms, large living room (with sofa bed) with very well equipped kitchen; bathroom with toilet and shower and separate guest toilet. The house has a veranda, TV and WLAN. All only 150 m from the Baltic Sea beach, in a quiet location on a forest plot with the best tourist infrastructure.

The holiday home is fantastically situated on a largely natural forest plot only 150 m from the most beautiful sandy beach and a dune landscape with extensive pine forests in a quiet location, yet directly in the village with comprehensive tourist infrastructure. Baabe is a Baltic seaside resort on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Rügen with a dune landscape, bordered by pine forests with a healthy stimulating climate. The beach road, Baabe's "boulevard", has numerous cosy cafés and restaurants where you can linger and enjoy yourself. All shopping facilities, as well as a doctor and dentist, are available. There are many leisure activities such as: boat tours, a ride on the "Rasender Roland", bicycle tours and hiking in the biosphere reserve, relaxing in a beach chair, cultural events in the Haus des Gastes, fun pool in the neighbouring village and much more.

Oasis on Rügen
Finally a holiday home that looks as cozy in reality as it does in the many pictures. Right from the beginning, we felt very comfortable. Everything was absolutely clean and the furnishings with many loving details contributed to the fact that we could spend a wonderful week there. The natural garden invites you to linger - also in the hammock we brought with us. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the house and in Baabe you can get everything you need for your daily needs (and more). You can explore the beautiful area both by bike and with the Bimmelbahn. We had the feeling that we were living in this house on Brautsteg in a small oasis on Rügen. We will definitely come back one day.

That's all you need to be happy on vacation.
From the beginning, we felt very comfortable in the small house. Everything you need was there. In short, the facts. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 6 minutes walk to the dog beach. Both beaches are very beautiful. Attention, booking a beach chair at least 4 months in advance if needed. The kitchen has everything you need for a vacation. The house also has a nice covered terrace where we had breakfast every morning. Many restaurants can be reached within 5 minutes' walk without reservations. The house is very quiet and you can sleep with the windows open at night. The large, natural, fully fenced property with many trees is a DREAM for every dog. Conclusion; it is not an air-conditioned 5-star hotel, but it is clean inside, modernly renovated, centrally located and yet very quiet, you can park your car or bus in the enclosed shady parking lot. The dog has a great time and nothing stands in the way of a nice vacation. Ideal for 3 to a maximum of 4 people. We would love to come back!!!

Verbesserungswürdig
Allgemeine Lage: sehr gut - Nähe zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas auf einer kleinen Anhöhe mit Treppenzugang. Leider mussten wir erst die Treppen und den Außenbereich ein wenig von dem Naturbelassenen Umfeld beräumen. (Kiefernzapfen und Nadeln)
Der Innenbereich wirkte sehr Aufgeräumt und sauber ist aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist soweit ausreichend aber ohne Mikrowelle. Im Wohnraum steht ein defektes Schlafsofa und der Fernseher funktioniert nicht bei Regenwetter. In beiden Toiletten ist ebenfalls wenig Stauraum vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine ist für Urlauber nicht verfügbar. (laut Aussage vom Eigentümer)
Der Zugang zu den Schlafräumen ist nur auf einer engen und knarrenden Holztreppe möglich.
Ein Schlafraum ist mit einer Tür verschließbar, der andere ist zum Treppenaufgeng hin offen. Beide sind auch nur mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten ausgestattet.
Unser größter Kritikpunkt ist aber der schlechte Abwasserablauf in den Toiletten und vor allem auch in der Dusche. Sehr unhygienisch. Erst in den letzten 4 Tagen (unserer 14 Tage) hat sich das Problem entspannt.

Wir hatten uns vor Ort kennen-, aber nicht schätzen gelernt. Wer sich auf einem Waldgrundstück über Kiefernzapfen und Nadeln, sowie bei einem reetgedeckten gemütlichen Holzhaus über knarrende Holztreppen erregt und sich wundert, dass der Fernsehempfang bei Gewitterregen vorübergehend gestört ist, muss schon etwas eigenartig gestrickt sein. Wer das moderne Duschbad und die modernen Toiletten, die vom Reinigungsdienst blitzblank geputzt waren, als „unhygienisch“ bezeichnet, ist schlicht bösartig und absichtlich geschäftsschädigend. Ob das Haus „spartanisch eingerichtet“ ist, kann jeder anhand der Fotos selbst beurteilen.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Wir waren im Oktober in diesem niedlichen Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Was wir persönlich etwas wenig fanden, war der Stauraum für Kleidung. Der Garten ist naturbelassen und man kann nicht so ins Grundstück schauen, was wir sehr schön fanden. Das Grundstück ist auch super für Hunde, da es komplett eingezäunt ist und es viel zum entdecken gibt. Was sehr schön wäre ist, wenn man in der Hausbeschreibung erwähnen könnte, dass das eine Schlafzimmer offen ist und nicht mit einer Tür verschließbar. Mit meinem Mann würde ich definitiv das Haus nochmal buchen aber nicht mit einer Freundin, da das zweite abschließbare Schlafzimmer gefehlt hat. Die Lage von dem Haus ist auch super,es ist alles in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.

Sehr gemütlich, mittendrin und dennoch viel Privatsphäre
Das Ferienhaus Brautsteg hat uns sehr gut gefallen, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder. Ein wilder Garten schirmt das Haus gut von allen Nachbarn ab, zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Besonders positiv fand ich die Tatsache, wie sauber das Haus war, einschließlich Schränken und Schubladen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir verbrachten hier eine sehr erholsame Zeit. Das Haus ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig. Strand, Gastronomie und Geschäfte lassen sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. WLAN funktioniert gut. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Vermisst habe ich lediglich einen Liegestuhl im Garten. Unserem Hund kamen die schattigen Plätze im Garten sehr gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Relaxed autumn holiday
We spent a very relaxing autumn holiday in this cosy house. We recovered very well with many beach and forest walks in the fresh sea air. From the warm living room we enjoyed the view of the colourful autumn leaves. In the bedrooms, a cosy reading corner invites you to browse. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We will be happy to come back!

weil es nur 2 Schlafzimmer gibt keine 3, eine schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer
Baustelle in der unmittelbaren Umgebung,
Duschvorhang im Bad wäre besser als gar keiner,
Steile Treppe zu den Schlafräumen.
Sehr hellhörig.
Für Senioren eingeschränkt geeignet.

Diese Bewertung ist ausgesprochen ärgerlich. Denn die vorhandenen 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und eine dritte Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Man muss sie nur lesen. Das Haus ist auch durchaus seniorengerecht. Aber das schon betagte Ehepaar Wyludda mit 2 körperlich schwer behinderten Personen erwartete offenbar eine behindertengerechte Einrichtung. Dass Sie bei der Ausstattung einen Duschvorhang dem bewusst modern, offen gestalteten Duschbereich vorgezogen hätten, spricht für sich. Jedenfalls dürften sich die 3 mitgeführten Hunde auf dem Waldgrundstück pudelwohl gefühlt haben. Doch diese konnten jedoch keine Bewertung abgeben.
