Description
Our lovingly furnished 2 room non-smoking holiday flat with balcony is located in Strandstraße only 150m from the Baltic Sea beach (with dog beach) and offers space for up to 4 people + baby. There is a nice separate bedroom with double bed (180x200), wardrobe with hangers, blackout scarf, space for a children's travel bed and second TV. The cosy living area with pull-out corner couch is beautifully separated from the kitchen by a timber frame. The balcony can be accessed from the kitchen. Your car is parked free of charge directly at the house. Wifi is also available free of charge. A dryer and washing machine can be used for a fee. In the neighbourhood and closer surroundings there is everything you need for a relaxing stay. A car is not absolutely necessary. Children are welcome. A small dog is possible on request.

Privileged location: Only 150m from the Baltic Sea beach.
In the Strandstraße you will find shops, restaurants, hairdresser, ATM, baker, doctor and much more.
The spa square, the beach promenade, a children's adventure playground on beach sand are nearby.
You don't necessarily need a car here. The Baltic resort of Baabe is located on the Baltic coast of the island of Rügen on the Mönchgut peninsula. The Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Göhren are within walking distance.
The village has everything you need for a successful, relaxing holiday.
Shopping facilities, services, a doctor and much more can be found here. With the spa card, you can travel free of charge on the RPNV bus throughout Mönchgut, and you can also use the Bäderbahn free of charge. Further advantages can be found in the spa card supplement.

Baabe's landscape is largely flat, so you can reach the beach and everything else comfortably without having to walk over a strenuous beach mountain, as in Göhren or Sellin, for example.

Long-term rent at the favourable price of 40,-€/night/2p. when booking at least 1 month in the period from Nov. to March. For December the price is only valid if booked for at least 2 months (Nov. or January).
In the high season (mid-June to mid-September), please always book so that the arrival and departure days fall on Saturday or Sunday or directly follow an existing booking!
There is the option to have breakfast in the ***Superior Hotel "Strandpavillon" right next door for 15,-€/pers.
Video recorder, CD player, board games, hairdryer, ironing board and iron can be hired if required.

Superb holiday with dog
We were totally positively surprised and could not really process the many great impressions on the day of arrival, of the place and the accommodation. The flat is equipped with everything necessary, very clean, faces north and was therefore always well cooled during our 12 days. My girlfriend's little dog (15 years old) and we felt very welcome by the Pohl family. The flat is designed with so much love that you just have to feel comfortable. We had fantastic weather and many attractions in Baabe, just a feel-good holiday with nice and relaxed people around. Great shopping facilities just a few minutes away and restaurants for every taste. Of course, we also explored other places on the beautiful island of Rügen and can recommend Baabe with the Pohl family 100 per cent. There was an open ear for every question and even a short chat
We would like to thank the Pohl family very much and will definitely come back again.

Relax and enjoy
We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay much longer. The furnishings....gaaaaare completely to our taste and extraordinary.The location is great and Baabe is a dream
The hosts are very nice and helpful

I booked this apartment for my parents as a birthday present for my father's 60th birthday.
They were very enthusiastic about the accommodation, everything was exactly as described. The fear of what everything would be like was totally unfounded.
The area is enchanting.
And the landlords are very friendly, just as you would wish.
My parents will book there again. And next year they will be there again.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Für unser Baby wurde ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt.
In der Küche war alles vorhanden, wie man es von zu Hause kennt.
Der Strand ist nur 2-3 Minuten von der Fewo entfernt.
Ca. 10 Gehminuten ist auch eine Bushaltestelle bzw. Der Bahnhof vom rasenden Roland zu erreichen.
Man kann also das Auto auf dem Grundstück der Fewo stehen lassen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen.
Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Fewo und werden dort wieder buchen.

Ferienwohnug mit Herz
Tolle Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Super nettes Vermieterehepaar, welches immer ein offenes Ohr hat und bei kleinen Pannen sofort hilfsbereit zur Seite steht. Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade und ganz nah am Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe.
