Enjoy the beautiful lake view from the balconies of our two exclusive holiday apartments, each approximately 80 sqm in size. Both apartments are tastefully and modernly furnished and offer high comfort with wooden floors and underfloor heating. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen area, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and an open-plan shower, and there is also a separate guest toilet in each apartment. The upstairs bathroom additionally offers the luxury of a bathtub. Both apartments can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartments also feature a terrace or a large terrace balcony. The amenities include a television, a stereo system with CD, and free Wi-Fi. The house is located just 150 m from the Baltic Sea beach, in a quiet and idyllic location on a forested property. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within easy walking distance, so you have everything close by. Ideal for relaxing days at the Baltic Sea.

The holiday home, with only two apartments, is beautifully located on a largely natural forest property just 150 m from the most beautiful sandy beach and a dune landscape with extensive pine forests in a quiet location, yet right by the town with comprehensive tourist infrastructure. Baabe is a Baltic Sea resort on one of Rugen's most beautiful sandy beaches with a dune landscape, bordered by pine forests with a healthy stimulating climate. The Strandstraße, as the "boulevard" of Baabe, features numerous cozy cafes and restaurants perfect for lingering and enjoying. All shopping facilities, as well as a doctor and dentist, are available. There are many leisure activities such as: boat tours, scenic rides on the historic steam locomotive "Rasender Roland," bike rides, and hiking in the biosphere reserve, relaxing in beach chairs, cultural events at the Haus des Gastes, a fun pool in the neighboring town, and much more.

Beautiful accommodation - close to the beach

I was looking for accommodation for 4 people and found it here. And it was super nice! Communication was straightforward. Responses came quickly and were informative! Great location, great accommodation, good facilities, and super clean!

Great holiday home in a prime location, quiet, close to the beach.

We rented the FH completely with friends. Very nicely located as a forest property left natural. Quiet with birdsong, close to the beach, about 300 m to the textile beach. So we use the perfect weather for morning swimming. Everything needed is available in the house. Restful sleep was provided. The road construction right in front of the property is in the final phase. Close proximity to restaurants, bakeries, and shopping possibilities is given. As we enjoy cycling, Baabe is a very good starting point for us. Evening entertainment in the spa park ended at 10:30 PM, which we found very pleasant. The spa tax is justified; you can use the bath railway and the bus for free, daily cleaning of the trash cans, and the beach are to be highlighted.

Beautiful days in Baabe

Once again, we felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. The house is located in a quiet but central and beach-close location.
The view into nature is balm for the eyes and soul.
The equipment of the holiday apartment is perfect, and we find it very cozy.
Many thanks to Dr. Berberich for allowing us to extend our holiday so easily.
We are looking forward to our next vacation here.

Relaxing holiday in Haus Waldblick

Here the name says it all! We spent a week in the beautifully situated Haus Waldblick. Every morning we could enjoy our breakfast on the large balcony on the upper floor, together with woodpeckers, nuthatches and wrynecks. Pure nature, beautifully quiet.
The house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is particularly practical that small daily necessities such as spices and such are available in the kitchen
We liked it very much and will be back in 2019 ;-)

Stürmisches Silvester

We, as a family, spent a very nice long New Year's Eve on Rügen. In the beginning with all five of us, including our three children (5, 14, 17), and then for a few days just with the youngest. The upper apartment is also very well suited for a family with very different interests, especially in the winter when you have to spend more time indoors. With two floors, you can retreat well but also have enough space to eat and play together. The storm made nature by the sea very impressive for us, but we didn't notice anything in the apartment! Everything wonderfully tight and warm. The sea roared, there was an indescribable difference in silence when no wave was moving again! Rügen is absolutely worth another visit. Baabe is well connected, shopping options are available, and the Rasender Roland quickly takes you to the busier beach resorts. If you love the tranquility of nature in winter and can enjoy your own company, this is the perfect place for you! The apartment is great, with a highlight on the kitchen equipment. All the little things that you usually need to buy (spices, coffee filters, kitchen paper, dish soap, etc.) for a short trip were provided along with sufficient cooking utensils and dishes! A responsible person from the property management checked once to see if everything was okay, cleanliness. was all excellent! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Unfortunately not great.

When we arrived on 16.10.16 around 15:30, the entrance area and the apartment were not cleaned. Everything was still as the previous occupant had left it. After the initial call to the landlord, the cleaning person was not reachable by phone (only voicemail). It could not be determined when a cleaning would take place, even after we called back again. With the kind support and multiple phone calls with the landlord by a woman who knew the landlord, we managed to arrange for a different vacation apartment at the landlord's expense for the duration of our vacation. This way, we were still able to enjoy a nice holiday in Baabe without extra costs. We thank the landlord for this gesture of goodwill.

Eine neue Putzkraft hatte uns ohne jede Vorankündigung im Stich gelassen. Sie wurde inzwischen fristlos entlassen und durch eine andere Reinigugsfirma ersetzt. Die Reinigugsprobleme waren in den Jahren zuvor nie aufgetreten, so dass davon auszugehen ist, dass ein einmaliger Ausreißer vorlag.
