Carefree package from the beginning

Holiday on the Sun Sailboat - a dream!

Lovingly furnished and fully equipped, the feeling of well-being immediately sets in and allows space to relax on the balcony with a direct view of the small harbor. A clear recommendation for those seeking deceleration and travelling mindfully.

Beautiful location

The flat is very spacious. Everything you need is there. There is nothing to complain about in the flat. The bathroom fittings at the sink and shower should be checked. If it takes 5 minutes to set a comfortable water temperature when showering, that's not bad, but in my opinion it's a waste of water. There are leaks in the kitchen tap. But that's not too bad either. You can put a bowl underneath.
What bothered us, however, was that we had no contact with our landlord and therefore received neither a receipt for our rent payment nor a spa card, although we also deposited the spa tax immediately. Several of our friends were staying in other holiday flats in Karlshagen at the same time and also received both from their landlords without contact.

Das Waschbeckenproblem ist bekannt und wird nächste Woche behoben. Unsere Buchungsbestätigung stellt zugleich die Rechnung dar. Auf Wunsch stellen wir ebenso eine Quittung aus. Leider war eine persönlicher Kontakt Coronabedingt unmöglich. Daher nutzen wir temporär einen Schlüsselsafe. Sonnige Grüße Familie Hoba

A great holiday flat

We had a great stay in this beautiful flat. The flat is located in the small but beautiful harbour of Karlshagen. The Baltic Sea and shopping facilities can be reached very quickly by car. If you are not in a hurry, you can also get there on foot or by bike.
The landlords are very friendly.
The flat has everything you need for a holiday. The flat has a great layout and a nice big balcony with its own beach chair.
The only thing to complain about was the cleanliness. The toilet and the sink were super clean, but the wall cupboard with mirror and the grout in the shower unfortunately not. But that is really the only thing we have to complain about. We travelled with a 5-year-old child and a small dog (pug) and can recommend this flat in all conscience.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung

We have arrived and were thrilled by the apartment. There is plenty of space and everything is there, almost like at home. The view from the balcony is also great. Parking is also very convenient, each apartment has its parking spot, and the parking area is secured with a barrier. From there, you can go on beautiful excursions. We highly recommend the apartment.

Who wants to go there....

There are much better and cleaner vacation rentals in the same building with a proper price-performance ratio and without unpleasant odors from the ventilation. And the fact that the landlord enters the vacation rental without permission was also new to us!

Unsere Wohnung ist eine Perle.
Was für eine Lüftung ??
Wir haben von der Nachbar Terrasse aus , Ihnen einen Neuen Sonnenschirm samt Schirmständer auf die Terrasse gestellt. Die Wohnung wurde selbstverständlich nicht betreten. Wie kommen Sie darauf?

Cosy and chic

..the harbour was frozen in January, but even if the ships were missing, it was a great sight..this peace, great. The view from our terrace was brilliant. The flat is chic and modern..we felt comfortable. Since we were there with our two kids, it works great with sleeping for four..the corner couch that can be made into a sofa bed is comfortable and really big..best for 2 people. Since there is also a TV in the actual bedroom, there were no problems in this respect ;O)
Another positive thing to say ...the blinds in the bedroom..wonderful, you can certainly sleep in during the summer.
We enjoyed the short holiday very much.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

We spent 10 days on the island in Karlshagen in May. We (2 adults and a dog) felt very comfortable here. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed was available, nothing was missing. A small repair was done immediately.
It was heavenly peace, just as we had wished for during this short trip. I would like to highlight the great restaurant in the building and the small fish snack bar on the opposite side. I was just sorry that you had to go to the village for every tabloid and every breakfast roll. About 25 minutes away, but that's why we became fans of ready-made rolls. It was a very nice holiday, to which Fam. Hoba has made a big contribution with this beautiful apartment. Thank you very much and see you next time.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr kleinen Yachthafen.
Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

free time activities: Falls der Wettergott mit gespielt hätte, wären in der nähren Umgebung genügend Ausflugsziele gewesen.
Auch der Strand ist sehr schön, leider nicht bei Regenwetter.

shopping facilities: Leider muss man Richtung Strand gehen, um einzukaufen.
Es gab im Hafen noch nicht einmal eine Verkaufsstelle für Brötchen.
Naja, 10 Tage kann man auch mal Aufbackbrötchen und Weißbrot essen.

Ihr Reisezeitraum war Januar 1970 ?? ok..da gabs die Wohnung noch nicht. Die Küche wurde erst dieses Frühjahr renoviert und umgebaut. Die Wohnstube hat seit 2 Jahren neues Mobilar und Couch etc. Im Bad wurde die Dusche im Frühjahr komplett erneuert. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher und Jalousien bekommen..soweit zu Ihrer Einschätzung des Renovierungsstaus. Apropos Stechen..Was Sie hier gestochen hat solch eine Bewertung abzugeben bleibt wohl ein Rätsel.
