Liebevoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet, stellt sich der Wohlfühl-Effekt sofort ein und lässt Raum, auf dem Balkon mit direktem Blick in den kleinen Hafen die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein klare Empfehlung für alle, die Entschleunigung suchen und mit Achtsamkeit unterwegs sind.

Beautiful location
The flat is very spacious. Everything you need is there. There is nothing to complain about in the flat. The bathroom fittings at the sink and shower should be checked. If it takes 5 minutes to set a comfortable water temperature when showering, that's not bad, but in my opinion it's a waste of water. There are leaks in the kitchen tap. But that's not too bad either. You can put a bowl underneath.
What bothered us, however, was that we had no contact with our landlord and therefore received neither a receipt for our rent payment nor a spa card, although we also deposited the spa tax immediately. Several of our friends were staying in other holiday flats in Karlshagen at the same time and also received both from their landlords without contact.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback und schön das Ihnen unsere Wohnung so gefällt. Wahrscheinlich hätten sie die Temperatur beim Durchlauferhitzer höher stellen müssen für schnelleres warmes Wasser. Das Waschbeckenproblem ist bekannt und wird nächste Woche behoben. Unsere Buchungsbestätigung stellt zugleich die Rechnung dar. Auf Wunsch stellen wir ebenso eine Quittung aus. Leider war eine persönlicher Kontakt Coronabedingt unmöglich. Daher nutzen wir temporär einen Schlüsselsafe. Sonnige Grüße Familie Hoba

A great holiday flat
We had a great stay in this beautiful flat. The flat is located in the small but beautiful harbour of Karlshagen. The Baltic Sea and shopping facilities can be reached very quickly by car. If you are not in a hurry, you can also get there on foot or by bike.
The landlords are very friendly.
The flat has everything you need for a holiday. The flat has a great layout and a nice big balcony with its own beach chair.
The only thing to complain about was the cleanliness. The toilet and the sink were super clean, but the wall cupboard with mirror and the grout in the shower unfortunately not. But that is really the only thing we have to complain about. We travelled with a 5-year-old child and a small dog (pug) and can recommend this flat in all conscience.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir sind angekommen und waren begeistert von der Wohnung. Es ist viel Platz und alles da,
fast wie zu Hause. Auch der Ausblick vom Balkon ist toll. Auch mit dem Parken ist sehr schön, jedes Appartement hat seinen Parkplatz und der Parkplatz ist mit einer Schranke gesichert.
Von dort kann man schöne Ausflüge machen.
Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen.

Es lohnt sich!!!
Alles passt!! Tolle Wohnung! Ruhige Lage und der Blick auf den Hafen beim Sonnenauf-und untergang sehr romantisch! Zum Strand sind es so 2,5 km aber mit dem Fahrrad ist man flott da.
Wir waren begeistert von allem!!!

Wer dort hin will....
Es gibt im selben Gebäude wesentlich bessere und sauberere Fewos mit adäquatem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ohne üble Gerüche aus der Lüftung. Und dass der Vermieter ohne Nachfrage die Fewo betritt war uns auch neu!

Wir haben von der Nachbar Terrasse aus , Ihnen einen Neuen Sonnenschirm samt Schirmständer auf die Terrasse gestellt. Die Wohnung wurde selbstverständlich nicht betreten. Wie kommen Sie darauf?

Einfach Herrlich
Wir hatten einen tollnen Kurzurlaub in Karlshagen. Die Wohnung war prima..alles hat gepasst. Der Ausblick ist sagenhaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir schauen gerne wiedermal vorbei.

Cosy and chic
..the harbour was frozen in January, but even if the ships were missing, it was a great sight..this peace, great. The view from our terrace was brilliant. The flat is chic and modern..we felt comfortable. Since we were there with our two kids, it works great with sleeping for four..the corner couch that can be made into a sofa bed is comfortable and really big..best for 2 people. Since there is also a TV in the actual bedroom, there were no problems in this respect ;O)
Another positive thing to say ...the blinds in the bedroom..wonderful, you can certainly sleep in during the summer.
We enjoyed the short holiday very much.

Grandios
Was für entspannte Tage in Karlshagen. Trotz Minusgraden haben wir die Ruhe und vor allem die gefrorene Ostsee genossen. Ein tolles Erlebnis...Strand im Sommer kann ja jeder ;O))) Die Wohnung war ganz klasse. Groß, geräumig und trotzdem gemütlich. Sehr angenehmes wohnen.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir waren im Mai für 10 Tage auf der Insel, in Karlshagen. Wir ( 2Erw. und ein Hund ) haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch war alles vorhanden, nichts fehlte. Eine kleine Reparatur wurde sofort ausgeführt.
Es war eine himmlische Ruhe, so wie wir sie uns für diesen Kurztrip gewünscht hatten.
Hervorheben möchte ich das tolle Restaurant im Haus und den kleinen Fischimbiss auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite.
Schade fand ich,dass man für jede Bildzeitung und jedes Frühstücksbrötchen ins Dorf musste. Ca. 25 Minuten entfernt, aber so sind wir Fans von Aufbackbrötchen geworden.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, zu dem Fam. Hoba mit dieser schönen Wohnung einen großen Beitrag geleistet hat.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr kleinen Yachthafen.
Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
free time activities: Falls der Wettergott mit gespielt hätte, wären in der nähren Umgebung genügend Ausflugsziele gewesen.
Auch der Strand ist sehr schön, leider nicht bei Regenwetter.
shopping facilities: Leider muss man Richtung Strand gehen, um einzukaufen.
Es gab im Hafen noch nicht einmal eine Verkaufsstelle für Brötchen.
Naja, 10 Tage kann man auch mal Aufbackbrötchen und Weißbrot essen.

In die Jahre gekommenes Apartment mit deutlichem Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und handwerklich korrektem Renovierungsstau. Die daraus resultierenden Spuren stechen dem Urlauber stetig in Auge und Nase.

Ihr Reisezeitraum war Januar 1970 ?? ok..da gabs die Wohnung noch nicht. Die Küche wurde erst dieses Frühjahr renoviert und umgebaut. Die Wohnstube hat seit 2 Jahren neues Mobilar und Couch etc. Im Bad wurde die Dusche im Frühjahr komplett erneuert. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen Fernseher und Jalousien bekommen..soweit zu Ihrer Einschätzung des Renovierungsstaus. Apropos Stechen..Was Sie hier gestochen hat solch eine Bewertung abzugeben bleibt wohl ein Rätsel.
