In the middle of it all and yet still within walking distance of Usedom's Baltic Sea beach is the quietly located "Strandläufer" holiday flat, away from the busier tourist trails in Karlshagen. The south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy a sunny breakfast and a glass of wine in the cosy evening light in the fresh Baltic Sea air. With just one step out of the spacious living room you are already "in the green". The adjoining lawn (bordered by a hedge) offers privacy and invites you to relax on the cosy furniture. The stairless Apartment Strandläufer on the ground floor offers two separate bedrooms and is particularly popular with families: a "master bedroom" with a double bed (180 x 200) and the second bedroom with a bed (90 x 200) is right next door. In the cosy and practically equipped kitchen, a large dining table invites you to play games in the evening and the comfortable large couch in the open-plan living room area can also be pulled out for TV evenings. It also offers additional sleeping space for another person.
There are further holiday flats on the property. A shared barbecue area and a large lawn for playing ball games or badminton are further advantages of the flat. A lockable wooden shed for bicycles brought along and a separate, free car parking space assigned to the flat are another PLUS of our Baltic Sea holiday flat.

The fine, white and up to 80 m wide Baltic Sea beach of Karlshagen is 1,600 m (20 min walk or 3 min by car) away from the Strandläufer holiday flat. The idyllic harbour is on the other side of the Baltic seaside resort and can also be easily reached on foot: here you can enjoy wonderful sunsets and sailing boats as well as fresh fish in the restaurants or in the popular Ehmke fish snack bar. With three supermarkets (Edeka, Penny, Netto), a large selection of restaurants, a petrol station, doctors, pharmacy and much more, our Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen offers a very good infrastructure for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday.
We have been renting out our holiday home and our three holiday flats in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen since 2005. As a native of Karlshagen, I know about the things our guests want and expect: many an island Usedom holiday tip is of course included ;-) We look forward to seeing you! In the immediate vicinity of our holiday flat Strandläufer there is a garden plot and detached houses. The quiet yet central location, in combination with furnishings that make you feel "at home", make the holiday flat something special.

| There is a free car park for you on the grounds of the holiday complex. Your car park is number 1. As the landlord of the Ostseebad Karlshagen, we are obliged to charge the visitor's tax to the guest and pass it on to the tourist information centre. This is not included in the price and will be charged by us in cash on your arrival - high season: 2.80 Euro/day; (children from 0-5 years free of charge), low season: 2.00 Euro/day; (children from 0-5 years free of charge). |

Beach holiday
Just take a deep breath at the beautiful beach in Karlshagen - great. It was equally cozy on the beautiful terrace...a really nice and well-appointed apartment. Nice landlords and easy key handover thanks to key safe, even though we arrived late. A recommendation, thumbs up.

Just relax.
...that's what we wanted. The beachcomber holiday apartment made it easy for us. The spacious living room with the open kitchen and direct access to the terrace. Wonderful. We were lucky with the weather, lots of sun, and the Hoba family was very helpful. We will be happy to come back.
