The holiday home is located on a sunny plot of approx. 600 m² in the holiday area "Am Küstenwald", from where you can reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beach of Koserow in just a few minutes on foot (8 minutes). The house offers 120 m² of living space and accommodates 8 adults and one small child.
The outdoor area is completely fenced. Parking spaces, carport, storage options for bicycles brought along, terrace with garden furniture for 8 people, grill and sunshade are all available on the property. The Ground Floor: (65m²)

This beautiful newly built holiday home, which was rented out for the first time in March 2014, is located in a newly built holiday home development not far from the Baltic Sea beach. It is located directly on the coastal forest of Koserow. Absolutely quiet and idyllically situated without through traffic. Koserow is located at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom, idyllically situated between the Achterwasser and the Baltic Sea. The natural surroundings with the dense beech forest, the wide sandy beach and the elevation of the Streckelsberg are unique on the island.
The Baltic seaside resort is centrally located. Excursion destinations in the surrounding area are therefore quick and easy to reach.

Super holiday home in a super location
We had a great holiday in a modern holiday home with a great property by the forest near the beach. Very suitable for a larger family with dog. Very good access to shopping facilities such as beverage market, Netto, bakery.
Price - performance fits! Arrive and enjoy. Highly recommended.
