Exclusive holiday flat for 4 adults + child in a beautiful south-facing location with a Baltic Sea view from all 3 rooms, in an absolutely quiet location and yet only a few minutes' walk from the two large beaches and the town centre. The flat has been certified with 4 stars by the German Tourism Association. You can assume that it is lavishly equipped with everything that belongs to a well-kept comfort holiday. The well-kept villa "Ferienhaus Südstrand" is picturesquely situated in a dead-end street. The spacious flat is located on the absolutely quiet south side, facing away from the road. Enjoy your breakfast or siesta on the huge, 12 m² balcony! From the hill next door you have a magnificent view of southeast Rügen all the way to Usedom. A reserved parking space belongs to the flat. In the basement there is another sauna, and a table tennis room. On the grassy area behind the house: Playing f. Children can play and sunbathe.
The flat has a very large living room with a cosy relaxation area (2 couches), dining area and kitchenette, large, well-stocked bookcase, games, plenty of kitchen utensils, cookware and glasses, appliances from blender to espresso machine. The living room and one very large bedroom each have balcony access. The two separate bedrooms have large wardrobes, one bedroom has an extra bed.
The shower bath is completely tiled with marble. A hallway and a small storage room close off the flat to the corridor.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request.

The villa "Ferienhaus Südstrand" is picturesquely situated in a dead-end street. The nature reserve with great hiking opportunities to the high shore or through the old beech forests of the Nordperd begins directly behind the house. In about 200 m you are at the unspoilt, many km long south beach. From the neighbouring hill with its sheep pastures, right next to the house, you have a magnificent panoramic view over the green landscape of south-east Rügen and the deep blue Baltic Sea all the way to Usedom. it is a 3-5 minute walk to the centre of the village with all the shopping facilities and to the lively northern beach with the pier and the amber promenade. Pure nature and beaches like in the Caribbean! The Baltic resort of Goehren has two kilometres of white sandy beaches, the lively north beach with the pier and the south beach, which is appreciated by guests for its quiet, pure naturalness. Due to the gentle transition from the beach into the Baltic Sea, the bays in and around Göhren are also excellent for children. The Baltic seaside resort is located on a peninsula, the Nordperd, in south-eastern Rügen. The fine resort with the white spa architecture so typical of Rügen has first-class sports and leisure facilities in addition to an excellent infrastructure with wellness and health offers. This area of Rügen called Mönchgut is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful areas of the island. Guests can enjoy unforgettable impressions at any time of year. The Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve with its ancient beech forests, rugged headlands and lovely hilly landscapes invites you to go hiking and cycling and opens up to new, beautiful panoramas at every kilometre.
