This cosy maisonette flat is located in "Mühlenpark" house 1, flat 3, a small and quietly situated residential complex in Mühlenstraße 10, 18375 Ostseebad Prerow.
The flat has approx. 90 sqm and is on two levels. The 1st floor and the attic. The renting takes place
for 2 - 4 persons (non-smokers, no pets). It has one bedroom with a double bed on the first floor (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one on the second floor (1.40 x 2.00 m). WLAN is available free of charge.
Alternatively, a wide sofa bed is available in the attic.
A bathroom with bathtub and WC is in the attic. An additional bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine is in the attic
the kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, cooker, microwave and refrigerator.
Dishes, glasses, pots and pans and cutlery are available in sufficient quantity
Directly next to the kitchenette is the dining area, which is open to the living room.
In the tastefully furnished living room with TV, radio, CD and DVD, a comfortable upholstered suite with coffee table and reading lamp invites you to relax

Great Baltic Sea holiday in Prerow
We (2 couples) had a great summer holiday in this cosy and well furnished apartment.
The 2 floors were ideal, each with its own bathroom. Everyone had their own space.
There was plenty of room for socialising in the large living room with open kitchen.
The location is ideal. Walking distance: 10 minutes to the bakery, restaurants and supermarket.
At a leisurely pace you can be at the beach in about 15 minutes. There is a riding school nearby (3 minutes).
The beautiful Darß forest invites you to extensive bicycle tours.
The next holiday in this "dream holiday flat" is firmly planned.

Top flat in Prerow
We spent our summer holiday in this very nice flat.
The flat is fully equipped and as good as new. A very modern, new kitchen with everything you need.
The living room and bedroom are very cosy. Everything was clean and well maintained
You can relax on the quiet loggia.
The 2 bathrooms are also well equipped. Wifi works.
The location is central but still quiet. To restaurants and shopping facilities max. 10 minutes walk.
The beach is about 15 minutes walk away.
We felt very comfortable in this really great flat and would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our vacation in this apartment. It is absolutely high quality and lovingly furnished and modern. The location is perfect and the booking went smoothly as well. Especially nice are the two levels of the apartment.

We are a family from Berlin and love the Baltic Sea. Especially Prerow with its great beaches and the proximity to the Darßwald offers many opportunities to relax and unwind.
