Our lovingly furnished small holiday flat is quietly and yet centrally located in the heart of Prerow. What awaits you?
1. Year-round holiday flat for max. 2 persons, living space 50 sqm
2. Combined living room and bedroom with large double bed 180 x 200 cm, couch, 2 armchairs and a small desk
3. Kitchen with dining table and 3 chairs, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle
4. Satellite TV, internet radio, free WLAN
5. Bathroom with shower, WC, towel dryer, washstand, mirror cabinet, hair dryer

Location and surroundings of object
As a former fishing and seafaring resort, the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow can already look back on a 130-year tradition as a seaside resort.
Framed by the National Park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft with the unspoilt Darßwald forest, Prerow stretches along the Baltic Sea. The white, fine-sand, gently sloping beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe and offers young and old relaxing bathing pleasure.
The 5 km long and up to 100 m wide sandy beach in the Baltic resort of Prerow is considered the most beautiful on the German Baltic coast. Stoneless, sheltered from the wind and child-friendly, it offers relaxing bathing pleasure.
For many years, the Baltic resort of Prerow has been awarded the European Community's "Blue Flag" environmental symbol. The pier with its 395 m length and the Darßer Ort lighthouse are regarded as Prerow's landmarks and, together with the Prerow Stream, give the resort its unmistakable character.

If the tenant provides a replacement tenant under the same conditions and the landlord accepts them, no additional costs will be incurred. The prerequisite is that a contract with the same rental duration is concluded with the new tenant. This also applies if the vacation apartment is immediately rented out by the landlord.

Beautiful vacation in Prerow
We really liked the vacation apartment: nothing was missing, everything was neat and clean, decorated with love and taste, very well-equipped kitchen, nice large bathroom, and cozy living/sleeping area.
Quiet location and yet the center is easily reachable on foot. And if you want to get to the beautiful beach further away, you have a pleasant walk through the wonderful nature.
Parking is around the corner. Conveniently located on the ground floor. Nice terrace with an umbrella. Everything as described in detail! (which convinced us and is also true to reality).
Communication with Mrs. Schirrmacher was straightforward.
We were very satisfied overall and would love to come back!

Simply beautiful!
The holiday apartment is small but very nice. The location is great, the kitchen is very well equipped, everything is clean, the bathroom is modern… And the landlady is very friendly and reliable. I would have liked to stay longer and was probably not there for the last time.

Best vacation on the most beautiful island
This accommodation was a real highlight for a long time! Unfortunately, we've recently had the impression with other accommodations that they only invest once and then just collect rent. Worn-out furniture, moldy showers, little to no technical devices (even a broom was never present...) and loveless, kitschy decoration. Everything was perfect at this accommodation! Clean, very modern and stylishly furnished, lovingly decorated, and above all very new, and the price was also very reasonable. The location in the village is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Communication with the landlord was super quick and very warm. We will definitely book this accommodation again whenever the opportunity arises. Thank you for this great holiday!

Gladly again!
We stayed in the holiday apartment for a week and can definitely recommend it. Very good location, about 10 minutes to shops and a good 15 minutes to the beach, quiet and with parking, well equipped. Simply great!
