Weekend is available in the occupancy calendar! No response to the email request, when called, the landlord denied the booking. "It would be too much effort to prepare the apartment for that." Well then, not a problem, next landlord it is!

Quite okay.
We are regular guests in Binz. The resort is very beautiful. However, our apartment in Villa Sanddorn disappointed us a bit. It was quite dirty when we arrived and lacked a bit of attention to detail that we found in other guesthouses in Binz. The kitchen cabinets were quite sticky, some of the cutlery was broken, and there was not enough for 4 people. The view from the balcony was disturbed by the sight of many cobwebs, etc. I also found it a bit annoying here that you had to bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning cloths, etc. Such things were included in other houses in the same price range.
On a scale of 1-10, I would give our accommodation 6-7 stars.
