The holiday home is in a quiet central location. The beach, town centre and shopping facilities are approx. 600m away on foot
The house was newly renovated in 2022 and comfortably furnished
The spacious living/dining area is on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower
On the upper floor you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180x200), as well as another bathroom with shower. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with SMART-TV.
The beautifully landscaped garden including outdoor seating area with awning, beach chair, barbecue and parking space offers various opportunities to linger and relax. A privacy fence prevents third parties from looking in.
WLAN with internet access is provided free of charge.

Enjoy your holiday on the island of Rügen in our holiday home on the Klünderberg in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz
The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a forest that invites you to go for a walk or hike. From the house it is approx. 600m to the fine sandy beach, as well as to the town centre with cafes, bars, restaurants and to the promenade.
Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. You are also welcome to take the Bäderbahn from Klünderberg to the centre of the village
Well-developed cycle paths invite you to enjoy wonderful bike tours. There are several rental stations in the village.

(1) If the tenant cancels the contract before the rental period begins, they are required to pay compensation, accounting for the savings on expenses, in the form of the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) provided that re-renting the property is possible: Cancellation Up to 29 days before rental begins: 50% of the rental price Up to 21 days before rental begins: 60% of the rental price Up to 14 days before rental begins: 90% of the rental price Otherwise (later than 14 days before rental begins): 100% of the rental price. The landlord will attempt to rent out the property again. If the property is successfully re-rented, the rental income will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 80.00 euros. (2) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they are still obligated to pay the full rental price. (3) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The day the statement is received by the landlord is considered the effective date. (4) We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

A wonderfully equipped house
The house is only a 10-minute walk from the Binz pier.
It is well-equipped and beautifully furnished.
If you have questions, the landlord helps immediately, great communication.
The grocery store is also only 10 minutes away.
2 cars can be parked on the enclosed property, very good.
So the house is absolutely recommendable.
We will come back.

Beautiful holiday home
This holiday home is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Nothing is really missing, and you feel very comfortable from the very beginning. Even fairy lights for the dark season have been thought of. The house is quietly located, yet you can quickly reach the town center. Thank you very much to the landlords for this beautiful accommodation.

A very beautiful holiday home
We spent a lovely vacation week in this beautiful holiday home. It is very cozy and really lacks nothing. Everything is very well maintained and we felt very comfortable. The pier and thus the beach are within walking distance. Everything worked out great. Thank you to our hosts.

Well-maintained accommodation
The house is very lovingly and cozily furnished; we lacked nothing. The adjacent forest is ideal for hikes and walks with our dog. Only the steep Klünderberg was a bit challenging for us. We also really liked the well-maintained garden.

Super Holiday House
