The holiday home is in a quiet central location. The beach, town centre and shopping facilities are approx. 600m away on foot
The house was newly renovated in 2022 and comfortably furnished
The spacious living/dining area is on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower
On the upper floor you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180x200), as well as another bathroom with shower. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with SMART-TV.
The beautifully landscaped garden including outdoor seating area with awning, beach chair, barbecue and parking space offers various opportunities to linger and relax. A privacy fence prevents third parties from looking in.
WLAN with internet access is provided free of charge.

Enjoy your holiday on the island of Rügen in our holiday home on the Klünderberg in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz
The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a forest that invites you to go for a walk or hike. From the house it is approx. 600m to the fine sandy beach, as well as to the town centre with cafes, bars, restaurants and to the promenade.
Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. You are also welcome to take the Bäderbahn from Klünderberg to the centre of the village
Well-developed cycle paths invite you to enjoy wonderful bike tours. There are several rental stations in the village.

Kündigung Bis 29 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 50% des Mietpreises Bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60% des Mietpreises Bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90% des Mietpreises Ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100% des Mietpreises. Der Vermieter ist bemüht das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten. Sollte das Objekt wieder vermietet werden können, werden die Mieteinahmen erstattet, abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 80,00 Euro.
- (2) Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet.
- (3) Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter.
- (4) Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.

A very beautiful holiday home.
We - along with our Border Collie dog - spent our vacation here. The house is very well-maintained and leaves nothing to be desired. Lovingly and tourist-friendly furnished. The adjacent forest is ideal for dog owners. We really enjoyed our vacation but had to realize that the Klünderberg lives up to its name. Nevertheless, we can only recommend this accommodation.

A nice and relaxing vacation
We had a very relaxing and wonderful week with our small dog. We have been to Binz several times, but in this holiday home, nothing was missing. Whether it was dishwasher tabs, Q-tips, cosmetic tissues, grill lighters and much more, everything was already on site. The house is very quiet and we spent the evenings in the garden grilling and playing. During the day, we quickly reached the beach and could enjoy the Binzer promenade. Our dog loved and enjoyed his walks in the forest. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the great time.

Beautiful holiday home on the edge of the forest
It is a beautiful, spacious holiday home, which is cosy and lovingly furnished and has good facilities.
Four of us stayed there for a week and enjoyed the fact that the house is away from the hustle and bustle, but still with a good location to the sea and Centrum.
The location is quiet and is on the edge of the forest. We spent some nice hours in the great outdoor seating area. It simply invites you to linger
We enjoyed our holiday very much and would book this house again.
