The modern and comfortable flat, which includes a living room and a bedroom, a separate, exclusively equipped kitchen with a dining area and a shower room, is located in a quiet but central location in the Baltic resort of Binz in the Villa Mönchgut of the Parkresidenz Klünderberg with its beautiful gardens. It is only 600m to the beach. The flat has a beautiful, sunny balcony facing south-west. A parking space belongs to the flat. Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation price, but can be booked with the landlord's service. The free use of WLAN in our holiday flat is a matter of course.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located in a quiet but central location in Binz. It is only 500m to the lively town centre with its numerous shops and about 600m to the beach with the pier. The flat is on the ground floor, but is on a slope, so the balcony side is on the 1st floor. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, beautiful walks to Granitz Castle or to Sellin are possible from here. The railway station is 300m away, from here you can take a ride with the "Rasender Roland" to the other seaside resorts. Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter - the Baltic seaside resort of Binz and the island of Rügen offer a refreshing stay by the sea and in unspoilt nature at any time of year, which you will find right on the doorstep of Villa Mönchgut with the Granitz forest area. Hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers get their money's worth here. The tennis courts in Binz, where guest players are welcome, are also only 5 minutes away. In addition, there are many other attractive offers for leisure activities: concerts on the spa square, numerous festivals in summer, parties and sporting events on the beach from beach volleyball to beach soccer; many other activities ensure that there is never a dull moment during your holiday. Attractive shops and boutiques as well as numerous interesting restaurants, bars and cafés contribute to your well-being during your holiday ... and if you just want to have some peace and quiet, let your soul dangle on our sunny balcony.
Relaxing days with bathing romance in Binz and the neighbouring towns of Sellin and Goehren, a wide, open bay, a gently sloping, fine-sand beach that stretches for several kilometres, the wide sea, undulating dunes, breathtaking cliffs and the extensive beech and pine forests. The favourable climatic conditions always make a stay an experience.

In addition to the following accommodation costs, there is a one-off charge of € 70.00 for final cleaning for each stay (already included in the above examples). The flat is on the raised ground floor. The entrance is at ground level without stairs. Because of the slope of the house, the balcony is on the first floor. From the flat you have a beautiful view into the quiet garden. The balcony has SW orientation.
