Im Belegungskalender ist Wochenende frei! Auf Anfrage per E-Mail nicht mal reagiert ,bei telefonischer Nachfrage, hat Vermieter Buchung verneint. " Wäre wohl zu aufwendig die Wohnung dafür her zurichten". Na dann nicht, beim nächsten Vermieter überhaupt kein Problem !

Wir sind Stammgäste in Binz. Die Anlage sehr schön. Allerdings sind hat uns unser Appartement in der Villa Sanddorn etwas enttäuscht. Es war ziemlich unauber als wir ankamen und es fehlte ein wenig die Liebe zum Detail, die wir in anderen Gästehäusern in Binz vorfanden. So waren die Küchenschränke ziemlich klebrig, das Besteck war teilweise defekt und für 4 Personen zu wenig. Die Aussicht auf dem Balkon wurde durch den Anblick vieler Spinnweben u.ä. gestört. Ich fand es hier auch etwas störend, dass man selbst Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Putzlappen etc. mitbringen musste. Solche Dinge waren in anderen Häusern der gleichen Preiskategorie inklusive.

Auf einer Skala von 1-10 würde ich unserer Unterkunft 6-7 Sterne geben.
