Our stylishly built holiday home with castle character can accommodate up to 10 people on 130 sqm. It consists of the original, newly converted half-timbered house and a ground-level attached living area with a "turret". The upper floor of the half-timbered house has a double bed with separate mattresses, table and couch for relaxing and access via a balcony to the roof terrace, while the lower floor has a cosy living room with a sofa bed suitable for 2 people. A small shower room with towel heating and window is also provided. In the adjacent living area on the ground floor, there is a double bed with separate mattresses in the tower room, a day bed that can be pulled out into a double bed and a sofa bed as well as a TV and a children's play corner in the adjacent living/bedroom, adjacent to this is a large daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower contained therein, and facing the entrance is a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area and large pull-out table in a room with double sofa bed and TV in the central middle of the whole house.

The upper floor of the half-timbered house offers a wide view over the field meadow opposite and of magnificent sunsets. A huge roof terrace with panoramic views and green roof (new!) invites you to relax and sunbathe. The garden offers possibilities for playing (playhouse with slide, swing, sandpit with digging toys), sunbathing and relaxing and for cosy barbecue evenings. There is also an outdoor sauna. The holiday home is lovingly, cosily and neatly furnished. 4 cars can park comfortably on the property. Two electric gates provide security and allow convenient access by remote control. A carport provides shelter.

When it rains, the TV, board games, lots of children's toys and books ensure an entertaining time.

The offer includes almost complete infant equipment at no extra cost:
Baby bath, potty, toilet seat, children's stool in the bathroom, children's cutlery/crockery, lots of toys, children's books, car seat as booster seat, rocking rocker, children's travel cot (2 if required, please state in advance) and children's high chair (2 if required, please state in advance)

The kitchen equipment is almost complete: Dishwasher, oven, 4-ring hob and extractor bonnet, large fridge without freezer compartment, stainless steel sink, toaster, kettle, microwave, two coffee makers, thermos flask, blender, bread basket, butter bell, hand towels, tea towels, oven mitts, sufficient crockery and cutlery, breakfast boards, cooking pots, pans, bowls, measuring cups, juice/wine/beer glasses, bottle/can opener, scissors, etc.

Many consumables are usually always available as starter packs: Washing-up liquid, hand soap, dishcloths, pot sponges, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, aluminium foil/fresh foil, baking paper, sugar, salt, spices (pepper, nutmeg, paprika, curry), coffee, filter doors, tea.

Location and surroundings of object

The idyllic location close to the forest, the landscape conservation area and in a quiet residential area belies the real proximity to surrounding places such as Warnemünde, Stralsund, Wismar, Güstrow, Waren/Müritz, Ribnitz/Damgarten, Rügen and Fischland/Darß. All excursion options in the surrounding area are within easy reach. Nature lovers get their money's worth from hiking and jogging. Newly developed cycling and hiking trails lead directly to the long white Baltic Sea beaches. Own beach accesses also invite horse riders and dog owners to visit. Horse riders will find offers to suit their taste in nearby Stuthof. The beach in Markgrafenheide is 7 km away (or Torfbrücke/Graal-Müritz: 13 km) and can easily be reached by bicycle along a cycle path. Markgrafenheide/Hohe Düne and Warnemünde are connected by ferry.

The village has two supermarkets, a bakery, a restaurant and coffee shop, the Stolz department stores', a savings bank, a pharmacy, two dentists, a general practitioner, a flower shop, a gift shop with a post office, a solarium, physiotherapy, a casino and a railway station with connections to Rostock and Graal-Müritz, as well as bus stops.

All one needs...

We would be super satisfied with this beautiful holiday home, we didn't miss anything.
(except maybe Wi-Fi) The house is super equipped and it was spotlessly clean.
Also, the contact with the landlords was always friendly, quick and problem-free.
The location was great for us, for the children, of course, the garden and the adjacent field were ideal. The proximity to Karls was great, but also the destinations Rostock, Stralsund with the Ozeaneum, etc. are easy to reach.

We will gladly come back.

Mit folgenden Hinweisen möchten wir die Möglichkeit geben, die oben kritisierten Punkte konstruktiv zu bewerten:
Die Erneuerung der Küchenschränke ist bereits im Plan. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und wird in dem Zuge komfortabler untergebracht werden.
Glasfaser wurde kürzlich verlegt. Leider beeilt sich Telekom nicht mit den Rest- (Anschluss-)arbeiten. Es liegt zurzeit nicht in unserer Hand. Viele Gäste sind mit der Nutzung von Mobilfunk allerdings dennoch zufrieden.
Im Ferienhaus befindet sich genau (nur) ein Ausziehbett von Ikea mit zwei zugehörigen Matratzen. Dieses haben wir bei der Auswahl bevorzugt, da es zwei Personen die Möglichkeit schafft, im ausgezogenen Zustand auf gleicher Höhe zu liegen. Zwei Betten sind vom Dänischen Bettenlager und zwei von R&S. Desweiteren gibt es zwei Schlafcouchen.

Wonderful short break

A really great holiday home in a quiet location with a roof terrace for sunbathing and its own sauna house on the property - wonderful.

Various beach accesses are between 10-20 minutes by car. We were always at the beach in Graal Müritz about 1 km east of the pier - simply fantastic. The lovely landlord family is always available and helps immediately with concerns or wishes. Thank you very much for the stay with you :-)

Beautiful holiday

Top located house that makes every child's heart beat faster, the equipment is completely sufficient, everything you need to live.
And even for the children there was a large selection of games and toys available.
We would definitely book it again, it was a very nice and quiet holiday as it is very secluded from the main road.

Top holiday home

We arrived with 9 people, 7 of them children. The holiday home is located in a quiet side street of Rövershagen and is a dream for every child. It is very well maintained, super equipped and has a large dining table. The beautifully landscaped and safe property (children cannot easily leave the property) with play tower, swing and sandbox was used by the children daily and with great pleasure. The roof terrace is a dream!!! Here we could enjoy the lunar eclipse!!! The contact with the landlady is very friendly!

Conclusion: We had a wonderful time in this great holiday home. The children would have loved to move in there. We would book this house again any time!

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDABLE!!!

House description promises more than it holds!

I have to speak up now as well! I was on vacation there with the L. family and I cannot let certain statements stand like this. First of all, I must say that I find it very sad that such discussions arise just because there was no 5-star rating! Regarding the accusation that we made up all criticism points, I can only say that we have photos and videos to this day that support all the points raised to protect ourselves.
I can only laugh at the accusation that we left the house in a catastrophic condition, as the final inspection took place in my presence and no complaints were expressed. Every closet, whether in the kitchen, bathroom, or bedrooms (one of them, by the way, is a connecting room with a view of the hallway) was checked, as well as the beds! Alleged dog droppings were also not found by the landlady. The handover was confirmed without any issues by the landlady. What makes me particularly angry is the fact that blame for a defective bed is placed on a person who is overweight, as it was already noticed when making the beds that the bed frame at the head end was no longer secured properly with screws. I consider this an implication in the form of an insult! The apartment is advertised as wheelchair accessible, although there is no possibility for a wheelchair user to access all rooms as there are steps present!
It goes without saying that bedspreads and the like must be washed after guests' departure.
The danger sources, especially for children, present on the property, are also documented through images and videos! Therefore, accusing us of lying makes absolutely no sense. To avoid further escalation, I would like to mention once again at the end that everyone is entitled to express their opinion, even if it is not always agreed upon.

Jennifer P. weiß selbst ganz genau, dass wir die Betten in ihrem Beisein überhaupt nicht auseinandergenommen hatten. Diese waren sogar so ordentlich zusammengelegt, dass sie nicht einen Anschein von dem Dreck erahnen ließen, den unsere Reinigungsfrau und ich nach Abreise der Familie zu beseitigen hatten. Wir hatten nur grob in die Räume und Schränke hineingeschaut. Schäden fand ich nicht und hab ich auch nicht bemängelt.
Ganze Bettdecken, Kopfkissen und Schoner nach Abreise zu waschen ist vereinzelt normal und auch nicht schlimm aber nicht in der Menge nach jeder Abreise. Im übrigen sind wir es gewöhnt, es mitgeteilt zu bekommen, wenn jemandem ein Malleur passiert ist.
Die Erwähnung des Übergewichts ist keine Beleidigung unsererseits, dennoch aber sachlich gesehen der Grund aus unserer Sicht für das kaputt gegangene Bett. Ich hab ja am Anreisetag abends noch die Aufteilung zum Schlafen gesehen, als ich vorbeikam, um der Fam. noch etwas zu geben. Ich würde niemanden wegen Übergewichtes oder dergleichen beleidigen. Es ist auch nicht schlimm, dass ein Bett dadurch kaputt geht. Es wird dann eben repariert und wurde es auch sofort. Wenn ich mich hier jetzt nicht rechtfertigen müsste, hätte ich das Übergewicht gar nicht erwähnt. Jedenfalls haben wir mit sofortiger Reparatur reagiert, weil es selbstverständlich unsere Pflicht als Vermieter ist.
Die Hundehaufen fand...wie bereits im Vorkommentar erwähnt...nicht ich sondern mein Vater, als er zur Reparatur vorbeikam.
Der ebenerdige angebaute Teil des Hauses ist absolut rollstuhlgängig für bis zu 6 Personen und stellt mit Küche und Bad einen absolut eigenständige Wohnung dar. Da wir desöfteren Rollstuhlfahrer als Gäste bei uns haben, weisen wir das Haus als rollstuhlgerecht aus, niemals jedoch als behindertengerecht, da entsprechende Hilfsmittel an den Wänden usw. fehlen. Da wir immer vor Buchung mit unseren Anfragern persönlich kommunizieren, verständigen wir uns über entsprechende Bedarfe und Möglichkeiten, weshalb das kein Problem darstellt. Von entsprechenden Gästen wissen wir, dass die außerordentlich dankbar über solche Angebote sind, da es für sie ohnehin nicht die gewünschte Auswahl gibt.
Auf dem Grundstück des Hauses gibt es keine Gefahrenquellen für Kinder. Der entnommene Spritzschutz ist keine. Unsere nach Fam. L. und P. angereisten Gäste waren 14 Tage da und hatten 7 Kinder dabei und haben gerade für das nächste Jahr wieder 2 Wochen gebucht.

Leider enttäuschend

The initial positive impression was deceiving. In the half-timbered house, the double bed was broken and the mattress was worn out. After contacting them the next day, the bed was repaired but the mattress remained unchanged. It was expected that the child would now sleep in the same room as the parents, which was not desired. The child is used to sleeping alone and prefers it that way. I booked a house with 4 bedrooms, not 3. It was also known that the landlords were aware of the mattress as they expressed it. Yes, that is very disappointing. Unfortunately, the garden also had many defects, with meter-long open shafts, only half filled with stones. The remaining stones were open under the iron staircase, where any child could reach them. Then the play tower was partially broken, wood splintered, etc. The swing was also not usable. So that my 2-year-old child could only use the sandpit. We always had to be careful when going in and out where my little one was, as the open spots were on the right and left of the house. Everything has been pictorially documented by us. The open spots were about 20 to 30 cm deep, and unfortunately, there were 2 accidents because of them.

Sorry, for me it was an absolutely sad holiday that caused a lot of tears.

Liebe Leser, Sie dürfen sicher sein, dass das Angebot genauso gut ist, wie es die zahlreichen positiven Rezensionen z.B. auch auf Fewo-Direkt.de, Traumferienwohnungen.de und auf unserer eigenen Homepage belegen. Wir sind seit der Hausanschaffung in 2013 stets bemüht, unser Angebot zu verbessern, haben bereits fast die ganze Innenausstattung ausgetauscht, einen komplett neuen Balkon angebaut, die Dachterrasse komplett erneuert und als Liegeplatz zum Teil begrünt usw. Bei den ,meterlangen Schächten‘ handelt es sich um ca. 8 von vielleicht 40m entferntem Spritzschutz in 25cm Tiefe zur Hauswand und nach unten zwischen Hauswand und Weg von Eingang zum Carport und hinter dem Brunnen entlang, wo kein Kind spielt.

Es ist nicht tief genug, um da ernsthaft hineinzufallen, es ist eine Maßnahme zur Begutachtung und Sicherung der Bausubstanz, ohne die wir den Zustand nicht bewerten können und die keinen Urlauber ernsthaft beeinträchtigt. Unter der Treppe, die am Haus hinten herum auf die Dachterrasse führt, liegen die wenigen Steine davon. Damit liegen sie nicht im Weg. Der restliche Spritzschutz befindet sich wie bei vielen Häusern an der Hauswand, frei zugänglich auch für jedes Kind, so auch die wenigen Steine unter der Treppe. Das besagte Bett wurde von meinen Vater sofort nach Bekanntwerden repariert, da wir selbst berufstätig sind. Ich habe ihn aber prompt gebeten, es zu tun. Er fand es in einem zuvor nie gesehenen Zustand vor. Unserer sehr verlässlichen und reinlichen Putzfee, die uns jede Kleinigkeit mitteilt und beim Putzen jedes Möbelstück wegschiebt, fiel kein Problem mit dem Bett auf. Fam. L. jedoch reiste mit schwergewichtigen und auch wie es schien hilfsbedürftigen Personen an, denen das eigentlich stabile Bett leider nicht standhielt. Nach Reparatur war es wieder nutzbar. Die von Fam. L. kritisierte Matratze ist tatsächlich die letzte noch nicht ausgetauschte, qualitativ in Ordnung, aber ein bisschen dünn, wird in nächster Zeit ausgetauscht. Das haben wir Fam. L. auch mitgeteilt. Da im Haus 11 Schlafmöglichkeiten auf 5 Räume verteilt vorhanden sind, waren weitere 4 Räume für Fam. L., die mit nur 6 Personen angereist sind, nutzbar, nicht nachvollziehbar also dass sie hier von nur 3 nutzbaren Räumen schreiben. Ninni. L. schrieb mir sogar, dass sie einen zufriedenstellenden Weg für sich gefunden haben. Mit der Fam. L. gab es bereits vor Anreise etliche Probleme bei der Zahlung, sie benötigten sowohl für die Anzahlung als auch für die Restzahlung eine Erinnerung, zahlten 10 € zu wenig an und überwiesen die Kaution bei der Restzahlung nicht mit, obwohl sie sich im Vorfeld mit den Miet- und Zahlungsbedingungen einverstanden erklärt hatten. Kurz vor Anreise baten sie, ihren Hund mitzubringen, der zuvor nicht mitgemeldet war. Bei Ankunft ließ ich sie ins Haus, obwohl mir Fam. L. nicht...wie gewünscht... schriftlich bestätigt hatte, dass sie auch mit den Regeln in Bezug auf den Hund einverstanden sind. Als mein Vater kam fand er nach nur einer Nacht diverse Hundehaufen vor. Das Spielhaus hat bisher alle Kinder- und Elternseelen erfreut. Es ist ein selbstgebautes Objekt, und ja ... nicht ganz fein geschliffen wie aus dem Baumarkt. Dennoch werden wir es uns bei nächster Gelegenheit auf Holzsplitter anschauen. Natürlich soll sich kein Kind verletzen. Bislang hatten wir dahingehend keine Beschwerden oder Hinweise. Die Schaukel war hochgebunden, als ich kam, ich traf Fam. L. noch vor Abreise. Frau L. entschuldigte sich schnell, sie wäre zu glatt gewesen, mehr aber auch nicht. Sie ist heil und hängt tief genug, damit auch kleinere Kinder herankommen, gut gemeint also von uns. Und auch dahingehend kennen wir keine Ärgernisse vonseiten der Urlauber. Im Gegenteil kommen Urlauber mit Kindern häufig wieder, Leute also, die dieses Spielhaus und die Schaukel sehr gut kennen. Fam. L. hinterließ das Haus nach Abreise miserabel dreckig. Unsere Puzfrau benötigte 2 Stunden länger als sonst, ich habe 2 Bettdecken, 3 Kopfkissen, 5 Matratzenschoner und 3 Kopfkissenschoner ungeplant durchwaschen müssen, da es nicht zumutbar gewesen wäre, Sie den neuen Gästen anzubieten. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich eine Rechnung für zusätzlichen Reinigungsaufwand geschrieben habe, was Fam. L. allerdings verärgert hat.

Flawless family vacation

We were on site with 7 adults and 4 children between 1 and 7 years old. It was a wonderful accommodation that left nothing to be desired. On the contrary. Whether children's accessories such as beds or high chairs, kitchen inventory, etc., everything was available in perfect condition. For the children, the outdoor area was of course an experience in itself. Slide, swing, sandbox... there were no unfulfilled wishes.

Overall, very nice contact and definitely recommendable.

Ich muss mich jetzt leider auch mal zu Worte melden! Ich war gemeinsam mit Familie L. im Urlaub dort und werde gewisse Aussagen, hier nicht so stehen lassen Als aller erstes möchte ich sagen, das ich es sehr traurig finde, das solche Diskussionen entstehen, nur weil es keine 5 Sterne Bewertung gab! Zu dem Vorwurf, wir hätten uns alle Kritik Punkte aus der Nase gezogen, kann ich nur sagen, das wir bis heute, über Fotos und auch Videos verfügen, die sämtliche, angesprochenen Punkte belegen, um uns abzusichern Der Vorwurf, wir hätten das Haus in einem katastrophalen Zustand hinterlassen, kann ich nur belächeln, da die Endabnahme, in meinem Beisein statt fanden und keinerlei Beschwerden geäußert wurden. Es wurde jeder Schrank, egal ob Küche, Bad oder in den Schlafzimmer (eins davon, übrigens ein Durchgangszimmer mit Blick auf den Flur )kontrolliert, sowie auch die Betten! Angebliche Hundehaufen, wurden auch von der Vermieterin nicht gefunden. Die Abnahme wurde also durch die Vermieterin, anstandslos bestätigt Was mich ganz besonders böse macht, ist die Tatsache, das man einem Menschen, der Übergewicht hat, die Schuld an einem defekten Bett gibt denn hier ist es so, das schon beim beziehen der Betten gesehen wurde, das das Bett am Kopfende nicht mehr, durch schrauben befestigt war. Das nenne ich also eine Unterstellung in Form einer Beleidigung! Die Wohnung wird als Rollstuhlgerecht angepriesen, obwohl für einen Rollstuhlfahrer nicht die Möglichkeit besteht, alle Räumlichkeiten zu nutzen, da Stufen vorhanden sind! Das Bettdecke und dergleichen nach Abreise,von Gästen, gewaschen werden müssen, erklärt sich von selbst. Die Gefahren Quellen, insbesondere für Kinder, die auf dem Grundstück vorhanden sind, sind auch durch Bild und Video Material dokumentiert! Uns also als Lügner hinzustellen, macht überhaupt keinen Sinn. Um das ganze nicht weiter ausarten zu lassen, möchte ich zum Schluss nur noch einmal anmerken, das jeder seine Meinung äußern darf, auch wenn sie nicht imm
